Excellent used tires, good crew working there.Had rear brakes done, Robert is Damn good, and quick.No trouble at all with any work we've had done.

AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My best friend and her TODDLER were both put in danger after getting tires here. Were spoken to like scum of the earth, disrespected and belittled. How dare they- disgusting people! Save your money people, please!!!! This is not okay.

Paul is the best and if I could give 10 stars I would. We got a flat tire on the way to the beach and couldn t find many tire repair places open on Saturday morning in the area. Paul called us back and we limped into his shop on the donut tire. Paul quickly removed the object (bullet casing) which had punctured our tire and plugged it for $10. He saved our family beach trip!! Thank you Paul

I went there to fix a hole in the tire... first time around the helper decided to plug it for $10 .. that lasted a week.. second time i requested a patch.. helper says $30 .. i said ok... then Paul took over the patch repair and charged me $35... I paid with a credit card and so far so good. I swear to God, if patch quits on me within 30 days ... I will dispute the charges.. and pay nothing ... hope you're reading this Paul .. $45 to fix a tire ?

Today I drove into Paul's Discount Tires of Fountain Inn on the spur of the moment with a problem tire. They seemed very busy at the moment but they took the time to greet me immediately and we're very friendly. Paul's mechanic diagnosed my problem and fixed my tire and had me going in less than 15 minutes. I would say that is top-notch 5-Star Tire Service Center and would definitely recommend them to anybody needing help with a flat Tire or the purchase of a new or used tire. Thank you for the great service

I called Friday, March 31, 2023, and asked the price of a used tire. My truck is 20 years old. Paul said the price was based on the size and asked what size I needed. I called him back on Saturday and his "go to guy" answered. I told him the size and he said they had them in stock. I went in and purchased two. He put them on the truck so quickly, working alone. There were five people ahead of me and I couldn't believe how fast I was in and out. This "go to guy" was so efficient and an excellent worker. He really knew what he was doing.I will highly recommend this business.

I m stingy with 5 stars, but they deserve it. I showed up just before 5 pm. He s like don t worry we don t close til 5:30! Brian and Keith were so nice! They quickly found a freakin nail in my brand new tires and I was back on the road in 10 minutes. Thank you guys!

Call to check if they had the tire I need and the guy was completely rude while I was getting the size of the tire. Made a comment to another guy about me while I was listening to him on the phone.

One of the best tire and rim places I've ever been to... Is even so good of a person that I took a tire back to him because I had no problem with it and he told me to pick out another.. that is why I went back to a week later and bought for rims and four tires

Ordered tires on Tuesday with an appointment at 11:30am on Thursday. I arrived on time and was on my way in less than an hour. Recommend Paul's Discount Tires for great service, best products and friendly/professional staff. See you when I need my next set of tires. Thanks!!!

An extraordinary business. Honest, professional, driven by a genuine desire to solve the customer s problem at the lowest price. I dropped by Paul s Discount Tire place with my flat tire. They immediately started to work on it, and withing ten minutes I was back on the road again. They repaired the tire at a very reasonable price. Most shops I have been before, would try to sell you a new tire, even if it is repairable. Not at Paul s. I was so pleased with their service, I convinced my wife to bring her car for a much needed tire balance (the wheel vibrated badly). Again, they started to work on it immediately and within ten minutes the problem was solved at a very reasonable price. If we had taken the car to most other places, they would have diagnosed a much more expensive repair. Not at Paul s. His office displays a picture with a set of maxims he lives by; they are strict moral codes of conduct emphasizing, service, hard work, and honesty. I was impressed to find an old-fashioned business driven to help. Thank you Paul and your associates. We will be back with all the family cars.

My tire grenaded (one in the picture) and they changed it in 30 minutes with a used one. Very reasonable rates. Good customer service.

I had a slow leak in one tire but couldn't find what was causing it. Went to Paul's and the men found a small nail, with the head snapped off, buried between the treads. They plugged it and it's been fine ever since; no leak.The charge was the lowest I ever paid and I was in and out in a much faster time than the big chain stores. I'll be going back to check on used tires for my small truck.

Not sure if he s owner or associate but guy with cowboy hat has bad attitude. I purchased tires and had them to put tires on my car, few weeks later my tire went flat. I went back for them to put air in tire and he got mad at me. Said he was too busy to put air in tire and go to store

Who changes 2 tires during Hurricane Michael?? This was probably my 3rd or 4th time coming here over the years and I've always had great service. Since it was raining and windy today, I just wanted to see if they had some tires for me and I'd come back tomorrow to get them. As I was leaving, the man saw my tires and was like, 'wait a minute. I gotta put them on today. I have a raincoat!' (my tires were really bad. Wires everywhere) The owner stopped by and called him "Mr. Johnson". So thank you Mr. Johnson! You're awesome!

Nice people great work ethics.They could have sold me a tire but told me they could fix mine.I was able to fix 2 tires for less than the cost of a used tire.I will be going back in a month to get 2 new tires just because i trust them

This place is the worst place to go for a tire ever! I got one of their tires on a Tuesday and it blew out on me on the interstate on Wednesday. When I took it back to them they said I had probably hit something. Then he proceeded to scream at me and asked me why he should be concerned because my tire blew out. Do not go to this place they are rude they are expensive and their product is terrible. They never have the correct size and will tell you don't worry about it it will be fine. They have people's lives in their hands and they don't even care.I did not hit anything. But I DID report you to the BBB.

The employees are great and the owner,Paul, wasgreat to buy from. Their pricres are good and the work was done quickly. I purchased a set of tires and I'm very pleased. I will make this my go to tire guy from now on.

Called and asked about a price to put a tire on the rim. I was told $15 which is an average price. I took my car down there and after they performed the work Paul the owner told me it was now $20. I asked why and he said because the rim was 20 inches. However he waited until the work was done to inform me of this. I questioned him about this to which he raised his voice in front of other customers being argumentative and disrespectful. On top of that they over inflated my tire, and scuffed my rim. I will never be back.

Had a tire plugged here and within 36 hours it started leaking. I should have known something when he said he don't know if one plugged would work. I called back and he said you can only get another plug or a tire, he stated that a plug can last for 10 mins or a couple of days. I have had plugs before and they always last longer then the tire. I normally would not write this however I would want to be warned. I get I may need a new tire but to say get a tire we don't guart. the work we just did is a joke, and if that was truly the case why not tell me so that the money could go towards a tire instead.

Had a slow leak in the used tire that I just bought so had to take it back. Guy there could not find the leak so I had to find it for him then tried to give me a hard time about fixing it.

I gave Pauls a 5 star rating because the service was excellent. The place may not be big and fancy but the guys are hard workers and will do anything to make the job happen.

These guys are great they will give a good honest deal and even if there is a line they are still pretty quick. Excellent if you need a plug or a used tire to get you by untill to you can buy new ones.
