These folks were absolutely wonderful to work with. I brought in a battery to be tested. They were able to do an initial diagnostic and then recommended something else to do. Turns out they were able to determine definitively the problem, and were able to give me a really good solution. I work with two different people during the transaction, and they were both fantastic. I recommend these guys very highly.

I'm pretty sure that I've already shared my experience on here with having a battery tested and changed and how the particular individual who worked with me needed to erase but my phone is asking me how was O'Reilly's Auto parts? So I'm answering the question again. I had a phenomenal experience and I guess that's really about it

Love this store. The evening weekday staff are helpful and quick to check in with you when you come me in to the store. When I have ordered parts I have been able to pick them up same day. Always have the tools, fluids, and random stuff I need in store

Had ni idea what was going on with my car .The guy checked my car and ran a diagnostic .this saved me a lot of time and monet because if I kept driving my car I could have had some serious problems. Thanks

Need Battery for my Van. 2 Young employees working. 1 complain about how busy they been all day . Battery tested bad battery. Purchased battery. Employees could not install the battery. He Kept sayingNeed better tools???. This is Auto part store?. Get refund go To Adavace Auto. No problem .Battery install

In the past 6 months I have returned a bad battery (replaced at no charge) and a bad set of brake pads (replaced at no charge). Both we re under warranty and they were true to their word. Excellent customer service! Nice job O Reillys!

I went there to get my battery checked. The young lady said that my battery was great. Well, I had bought the battery 4 year's ago from there, so I figure it had to be the battery. I decided to go to the alternator shop and get the battery tested. Low and behold I was correct, the battery. They put in a new and the car started right up. We all have to crawl before we walk, so the young lady is learning.

Went here last week. My turning signal was out and I had no idea what to buy or how to replace it (I dont know anything about cars) An older man was helping someone fix their car and said someone else would be with me. There were two employees in the back talking and laughing. The lady even looked at me and then acted like she didnt see me. I waited at the register for about 10 mins with items I wanted to purchase before leaving. It seemed the only person who was doing there job was the old man so 5 stars to him. but the rest... poor customer service

The store is not as good as it was when Julie was there. Have to people don't know what they're doing and have them are there just for a paycheck don't care. We need a real good parts house around here. Can we sure don't have one advance O'Reilly's AutoZone number any good

The last 3 times I have been there only young guys working and they where more concerned about talking with there friends who where in there just hanging out not buying anything and playing on there phones was never asked when I walked in if I needed help or came over to see if I needed help. Very bad customer service will only go back to this store if I have no other option. Hire some older people who know how to treat customers.

O'Reilly auto parts in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. Took 25 minutes waiting on the store manager and only 1 other employee at the front counter to get parts. There were only a couple of customers before me, the phone was ringing off the hook and neither one answered it. Store was not clean and alot of the shelves were not well stocked and a mess. I only use O'Reilly auto parts stores and this one was the worst I have ever been in. I should have just gone to the Simpsonville O'Reilly auto parts store, would have saved me some time!

Younger guy I got to help me was not friendly and ended up being not being experienced at all. Had him diagnose a possible bad battery. He used his device to check but I noticed he seemed unsure as he was pushing buttons on the device. Then he said battery was fine, but a bad alternator.I didn't have symptoms of a bad alternator and he didn't say or recommend anything else. I took it for a second opinion at an alternator shop and they checked it and said it was operating fine (vehicle at 45k miles). It ended up being a weak battery that needed to be replaced.

Jake saved the day again--O'Reilly's got a great guy when they employed him! Don't know what I would have done without his help today when my car battery died and left me stranded at home. On his own time, he brought me a new one and changed it out. Thanks SO much--that is going way above and beyond the call of duty!

Staff... mainly manager doesn't really have it together. Try did what I asked and sold me what I needed after waiting in line for a questionably necessary timeframe. I will only go here if there is no other place the day I need to go but I would not be "scared" to shop here if I had to.

My husband went here to pick up some parts . While standing in line a African American guy came in coughing & picked up some washer fluid. He walked up & down each aisle coughing the entire time. He then got in line still coughing, then coughed very loudly & when everyone turned to look at him he began smiling then walked over set the fluid down & walked out still coughing & smiling.

Lance is crooked and a liar. All he wants is your commission. My "$2,700" new motor replacement that he quoted me, ended up costing me $4,700. Completely unprofessional and misleading. I won't be back

Staff are knowledgeable and they can turn your brake rotors unlike many other auto part stores.
