The work done is excellent - looks like new. Work was done on time (would have been done 3 days early except for 1 part that had to come from dealer. ). Friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job on my car. Only thing I didn't like is when I first got there one of the guys at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. He acted as if I was a bother just being there. I walked in and said Good Morning and he never looked up. The man who runs the place, however, is very friendly and helpful.

The staff at Caliber Collision work very hard to provide a high level of service in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Greg listens and communicated daily with the progress of repairs. He always returned my many telephone calls understanding there was a bit of anxiety involved with the process.They let you know upfront as well as the insurance company that car parts are on backorder today. Patience is key. This was a lot work and good things take time.With that being said, it was worth the wait. Greg made the experience worry free. They managed the insurance company and paperwork. All of the body work was done perfectly and on time. I recommend Caliber Collison. They do a splendid job.

Repairs to my 2011 Toyota Camry were made in January 2024 and appeared to be done correctly. I completed the original survey and then a few days after picking up the vehicle I noticed that the front bumper had separated from the fender on the driver side. I took the vehicle back to caliber and they attempted to make adjustments which did not totally correct the problem. I was told at that time that they would order an original Toyota OEM bumper and replace it on my vehicle. I kept waiting on this to happen and was not getting anywhere so I finally gave up and contacted my insurance company. The insurance company had me take it to another shop for reviews and possible repairs/adjustments which did not totally correct the problem. The new shop told me that caliber had used incorrect fasteners and had left both headlights loose and unsecured. Therefore I would not recommend caliber collision of Fountain Inn South Carolina.

Service was excellent. Greg called weekly with an update on the repairs. For the repairs that were required I was pleased how timely they were done. Wow, such a great experience w this location. I recently had a wreck and damaged the rear of my SUV. I called and visited 10 repair shops. Most wanted appts just to get an estimate. They took the Ins Estimate AS-IS. Many places would see men for 6-10 weeks. They saw me immediately. Very friendly. Agreed w Ins Estimate. Filed a supplemental. I had my car back in less than 2 weeks. Even with a few delays for parts. They inspected the car w me before leaving. From office and Repair Manager was very friendly and welcome. If I have a need for repair services again. Caliber in Fountain Inn is my place to go. You should too! Great service, attitude, knowledgeable.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience and great customer service. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and even helped me load my personal items that were in the rental car, back into my vehicle when I went to pick my vehicle up, after repairs were complete. Seamless process between them and my insurance company, as well.

Was called by the shop stating they needed me to bring car in sooner because they had no work and needed to make payroll. I said okay, Arrived and there was no place to park there was so many cars. When we checked in I told them we did not have insurance to cover rental car. A week later I had to go by and ask the status they said no parts yet. They said you don t have insurance for a rental? No, as I said before. Surprise the part was arriving the day I complained. Another week rental but I was now getting calls squeaky wheel gets oiled. I could go over other issues but it s not worth my effort.

Got my car in to be fixed within a week. Only issue is there was a delay in getting some of the parts in but only delayed by a few days. I was kept updated on my car's progess. When I got my car back it looked brand new. Overall good experience. Would recommend to others.

Everything was done in a timely manor, and they kept in touch with me the entire time with updates on my car repairs. Had some minor damage to my car from a fender bender I had a few weeks ago. I took it up to Caliber Collision and had Greg Brown look at it to get a quote. He was very confident that the damage wasn't too bad and gave me an estimated pick up time of about a week and a half. He was spot on and made this experience as painless as possible for me. My car looks as good as new. I've worked with the nice folks at Caliber Collision several times over the years and have always had a great experience. Thanks, guys!

Was very displeased with these people. They played shady games the entire time they had our car, the repair quote contained items that did not match what the car came with from the factory, and theyre hard to get ahold of unless they want something from you. Even our insurance company had issues with them. Never let these guys get ahold of your car

Previous car we were very happy that s why came back to same shop the next time other car needed repairs.This time it was over 2 months with repairs less then 50% of an actual damage and bunch of pick up corrections and delays back and forth due to more parts discovered that needed to be also ordered and replaced!!!Most likely need to go different place next time (sadly)Service: Body & Trim

I was very pleased with Zack, and Caliber Collision for their service he received me and what the insurance company paid to do the job on my vehicle wasn't the best it was to get another deductible, but I would rather pay out of pocket for the next job.

After waiting 2 months i finally got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. When i got up there 2 hours later, i was told they went to test drive it to make sure it was ok . So why tell me it s ready and available for pick up? They said they felt a vibration when driving it, they said they took my car to a local shop to double check everything they then told me its bc my front tires are bald. This is a rear wheel drive car and my front tires are far from bald and of course there is no vibration when driving it . When i got back i noticed all these spot all over the front end that they couldnt even notice somehow, pics are below. I would not recommend them for any kind of body work, completely unprofessional and im scared to leave my car with to fix these minor things.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Whole experience was Awful! Poor customer service. Took way too long for the amount of work needed. Miscommunication or straight out lies when pressed. No one seems to know what is going on. The staff doesn t agree on anything.

This was my very first deer accident and it really hurt me because I car alot of about my vehicles that's I drive. Greg and his team made sure that my "Baby" was put back together as if nothing happen. Thank you all. Now I can go down the road without me thinking people are looking at my cars imperfections.

I've never been in an accident before and Geico chose this place for me to take my car, THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE: They had my car ready in a week but the work was shotty (my bumper was not aligned to my car properly and was uneven all the way around, there were uneven gaps from my the front and sides of my hood connecting to the bumper, my new headlight was scratched up).... So they got it back in and couldn't figure out why the parts weren't aligning as it should, they had to get a regional manager (which took an extra 2 weeks) to come look at the car and tell them what's wrong, in which the Staff is clearly incompetent and inexperiencedThey never inspected the grill of my car after removing my bumper, to see that was also damaged in the accident... The grill was bent, so they had to fix that in order for the bumper to align properly, that took an extra 3 weeks... Then they tell me it's finally done and I get there and a piece of the bumper is still loose and not attached (I literally can pull it right off)

Caliber took care of our car s repairs. They mediated well between myself and the rental car company. They were very respectful/professional and friendly. We are highly pleased and we recommend them.

Overall I m very pleased with the service, repair, customer service, and communication. Caliber is a great group. They were very clear with delays, part arrivals, timing, etc. I did have some delays due to parts arriving. That is beyond their fault. They clearly communicated mid repair that additional issues were found and made the fix. I love my car very much and they were also very patient with me calling to check in from time to time. It s difficult to trust your car someone else, but they were excellent in handling my concerns.

I had 2 vehicle damage incidents in the past 2 months that required body work on my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. I needed a headlight repaired after being hit by a flying piece of debris on I-385 and then I had to have hail damage repaired to my hood, roof, and driver's side door frames. Logan and his team at Caliber Collision in Fountain Inn did an excellent job not only with both repairs but with working along with my insurance company (Allstate) to make sure the process as efficient and effortless as possible. They communicated with my insurance agency to get the claim number and charge me only the deductible amount owed and they also worked hand in hand with Enterprise Rent-a-car to ensure I did not have to wait nor make any extra trips to pick up OR return my rental. They kept me updated on how the repairs were coming along and when to expect my car to be ready to take home. Necessary repairs to a vehicle are never fun but Logan and his team made it as painless as possible. The repairs were also done perfectly and no one can tell there was ever any damage to my car. It looks good as new which is excellent news for me since both incidents happened just months after buying the vehicle! I highly recommend them for your body repair needs. Caliber Collision does excellent work! Our experience with Greg was great. We had front side panel damage due to hitting a small tree, it's completely restored. They have great customer service as well and they keep you up to date with the process of your vehicle.
