Super friendly people and capable mechanics. Shortly after moving to the area from NC, I had some work done on my Yanmar 424 TLB and was very pleased with the experience and customer service. Looking forward to working with Blades in the future when I need a new trailer.

Mike and his crew at Blades are just outstanding.We have been using Blades since they have been in business and they are very knowledgeable and will explain any questions that you have for them.They have walked me through several of my problems with all of my lawn equipment.I would recommend them to everyone who wants there equipment fixed right the first time.

I always dive from a distance to shop at this place or to get there service . I pass several husky varna dealers on my way the blades outdoor equipment store but I always like to give those guys my business .very friendly staff , great service . thank you guys .especially Chris

Had a great experience purchasing a new mower. This was actually the first new lawn mower I've ever purchased and they made the experience wonderful. Great sales staff, great price and great follow-up.

My first time visiting there and definitely will not be the last time. They made sure I had the right parts for my old mower even cross referencing to make sure. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of repair for an old man trying to work on his older rider

Ordered blades for our lawnmower, we're told they would be Ordered and to check back. We called every week for a month and a half, only to be told the same two stories over and over again. They were either on back order or they were in Spartanburg waiting to be shipped. We finally went to the barn yard and found them there. This place sucks at customer service.

Absolutely the greatest experience I've ever had with any place like this! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Very fast and courteous customer service! They were even able to have a part I ordered that hasn't been manufactured in many years there in the days! Outstanding job guys keep up the great work!

Staff is very courteous and they had the blade I needed in stock. 29&1/2" Husqvarna riding mulching blade. Better quality and price better than Amazon. I will continue to do business with them in the future. It's nice to know that there are still businesses that care and put their customers first. Thanks Blades Outdoor Power Equipment.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. They're very trustworthy for service and they're part of the reason I'll stay with Husqvarna. It's hard to find good people who will do good work that you can trust. This is the place to go!!

I am so glad that I found Blades Outdoor! They were able to get the part I needed for my Husqvarna riding mower and I will be using them for my services from now on. Nice showroom and great customer service. I highly recommend Blades Outdoor Equipment.

Purchased a tractor and a couple of implements from Blades, for my configuration it took two to make one, not a simple task, I know, I do something similar, only on a larger scale for a living, everyone was involved in some way, an outstanding group of people and as far as my experience goes, it was excellent. As for the tractor, it works great, and trust me, Ive worked it pretty hard so far. I foresee myself purchasing more implements from them.Thanks for the great service!James Surber

Mike and Tammy are top quality people; honest, thoughtful, accommodating. The shop is professional and skillful in the work they perform. Customer satisfaction is the first thing on their minds, not " the almighty dollar"!. I do all my lawn related business at Blades. When you find the best, there is no reason to go somewhere else. Thanks to all of you at Blades!

Poor service after the sale. Equipment (chipper/shredder) failed an hour after they assembled it (engine seized.) Returned it for warranty service; [crickets...] Called for weeks and left multiple messages requesting a quick update call. (The message you get says they're helping customers.) Ended up having to dispute the charge with Visa. Ugh.Search their reviews very carefully. I think the positives must be mostly friends and family.

My boyfriend went to Blades last week to get a belt and spark plug for his mower. He said they treated him really well and gave him great service. He had a hard time getting fixed up at 2 other places. He said Blades is number 1 to him now Thank you, Blades!

Blades has been a great place to go and get things I need or have my lawn mower blades sharpened! I actually took a mower blade to a different dealer and had it sharpened. Something didn't look right with the blade so I went to Blade's. They informed me that the mower blade was bent and wasn't supposed to have been sharpened due to it was dangerous in the condition it was in......he also advised that the blade wasn't properly sharpened and took the blade and sharpened it to show me the difference which was night and day from the previous dealer! I then got a new blade to replace the damaged blade and it has worked like a champ! I appreciate their honesty and the super friendly atmosphere! Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

We have bought a lot of stuff and was planning on getting more. but when we took 2 saws back since they were under warranty to be fixed. it was blamed on me and wasn't fixed. said we shouldn't buy pre-mix fluid and that is what messed them up. if so then why aren't my others messed up also. then when i get them back they are in pieces. when i took them they were all together so why not give them back that way. I WILL NOT DO ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM. there are more places that do what they do.

I stopped by to check out the lawnmowers and the staff were very helpful and knew the products they sell. When I get ready to buy a new mower , they'll be there in the top 3 places I will be shopping with.

I understand a store being closed on July 4; they should be closed on that day. But closed on July 5? That was a wasted trip. This is one more example of how difficult it has become to get Snapper parts from a Snapper "authorized dealer."

I dropped off my lawnmower for repair about noon, and got a call before the end of the day that it was repaired and ready for pickup. It works great now. That's service! Thanks

They had a noce stock and had the trailer ready to hook up before i could finish paying for it. Would defintely go back if i needed to upside.

First customer that day, but associate too busy/annoyed to assist me. Waited for 20 minutes in lobby he just kept walking pass me. Very rude and unprofessional!
