I would not recommend going here for an alignment. An oil change is probably fine. I came into the shop during my lunch break, they asked why I thought I needed an alignment, I told them I replaced the bushing and ball joints in the rear end, they said ok and came back to me an hour and a half later with the front end aligned not the rear end. Maybe a miscommunication on my part, I ll own that. Came back in the next day because the rear still needed an alignment they did the rear for free which was good customer service but I looked through the window and the mechanic was working on the front end again. Fast forward a few months I was working on the car myself and one of the front camber adjust bolts was completely stripped, had to be replaced. Overall after my experience I d say one or two of the mechanics are a little condescending, I will never trust them to do an alignment again after the stripped bolt and they took longer than expected. Management was good and helpful though

I came here for the first time today & just wow Mrs. Sonia in the front desk was absolutely amazing. You could tell immediately she knew her stuff when it comes to vehicles. Great customer service & willing to help in every way possible. Thank you Mrs. Sonia for making my experience here at Speedee Auto Service phenomenal. If you stop by for services here I definitely recommend you ask for Sonia. 10 out of 10.

Went to get my tire plugged or patched yesterday. They Patched it, said it was free in which I greatly appreciated. I went to work at CLT airport and got off at 1am to see my tire completely flat. The shop I'm at now Griffin Tire & Auto on little Rock Rd Charlotte N.C got me right. Told me to get my money back( it was free).They said the chemicals put in wasn't buffed and cleaned they were able to pull the patch right off with there hands. Nothing was done right at ALL and were surprised I made it as far as I did.I just want the the person who did it be retrained immediately. I had my one year old with me and this could have been a different story.

Needed a quick oil change - John was fantastic. Got me in and out quickly. The tech showed was efficient and courteous. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this location.

Very fast oil change, I got there right when they opened and they finished in 20 minutes. Also reattached a piece of plastic hanging underneath the car for me. Will definitely go back.

Honesty is so hard to come by in places like Auto body shops or where cars are getting work done on them but this is one place where I know I can truly trust what they are telling me is fact. I can trust that they will do the work on my vehicle the right way the first time. They give me the best price possible (because let's all remember, they are running a business). I love this place! Ms. Sonya is one of the kindest people one could meet and she is extremely professional (everyone who works at this establishment is) and I won't go anywhere else. Whether it's just for an oil change, something going on with my tires, or something more serious. I take my car to SpeeDee Oil change and Auto repairs. I do a lot of moving around and one of the most difficult things to find when you move from place to place is a mechanic shop that you can trust. As a matter of fact, I have traveled hours, in the past, to go back to the places I knew I could trust because it's just that important when it comes to your vehicle. I'm so, so grateful that I no longer have to do that and I have an auto repair shop right here, in the town I live in now, that I can trust to take my vehicle to no matter what the problem may be. Jonathan is always so helpful and the mechanics are always awesome. I'm forever grateful.

Very Cool guy that's the General Manager. I was worried about taking my car to get someone to change the oil.I have had bad experiences with poor service. PEP Boys didn't seal my filter and almost ruined my truck.This place is professional and good at what they do.Thanks.

They made an alignment, but the steering wheel was set crooked. I picked up the car, I found that the carpets were stained, I drove to the car wash, they could not wash this engine oil and I would need to do detailing. I arrived today, I thought at least they would fix the alignment, they tried but they couldn t, while they did a test drive there was an employee behind the wheel and, not seeing the car, he began to turn miraculously, there was very near to accident with other car, he apologized and I said stop and got behind the wheel myself. I told the owner about what had happened, and he asked the mechanic and he lied that there was nothing. On this I was given a refund of what I paid for and was told not to come to their service again. I have only one question! Guys, did you really think I would come to you after this again?!

This place is very unprofessional. My wife went to get her oil changed and was quoted a price she was unsure about, so she called me in front of the guy at the counter, whom I spoke with on speaker phone. We decided to go another direction. After leaving l, my wife called and told me how she felt uncomfortable due to the man at the counter flirting with her and saying. What stood out to her was he he made a comment about how he hopes she will decide to come back because she is so gorgeous. What a creeper. We wlfound this representative to be very unprofessional and immature. He acted as if he was a drunk at a bar hitting on a married woman. No class and no respect. We will not be giving them a second chance in the future.

My favorite part about going here was that they didn t try to up sale me or talk me into services that I didn t need. They were just friendly and honest. The service was super quick and the building was very clean. I will absolutely be going back!

The lady that works in this place is so nasty and rude. The one guy kept asking me about my shoes and the lady(owner) kept asking me how much I paid for the compressor. I laughed it off about 4 times But she kept asking how much did I pay when I didn t get it from her. That was so weird it made me feel uncomfortable. Then I said ok can I have the total of everything on a piece of paper after waiting for a quote to fix the ac for 45 mins. I spoke with a man first and he said that he can check the car to see what exactly is wrong with it. At the end when I was ready to go she says oh yea and it ll Be $150 for the diagnostic computer check. When advanced auto parts do that for free. I had to literally argue with this lady that no one mentioned a price for seeing what is wrong with the car after I already told you. So she lies and says ok you can get it for free. But seconds ago you were about to charge my card $150 for nothing. I will never go there. Ever

Wow! What a difference a year makes in service experience.Changed from 3 to 5 stars. Team was happy, helpful, and definitely customer service oriented at the front desk.After last service issue the owner called me directly to discuss how to make it right. Wasn t necessary, but very much appreciated.Will definitely be back.2021 experience:My experience definitely got better over time. Initial interaction nearly made me leave as I received no details on service or pricing from the guy outside. When I went inside expecting to be greeted and presented with options, I needed to approach the team member and ask what I should expect here. Evidently the guy outside was supposed to inform me of details.I never actually talked to that guy again.Not a great first impression for sure.The rest of my experience was with 2 other team members in the lobby. Very nice team with nothing but great things to say about the owner of this businessPricing seemed a bit high to me for what I received but maybe I am just old ;)Not sure they earned my return business but would not discourage others from going here based on what I assume is a one off experience

The people at SpeeDee Oil were very helpful, knowledgeable and timely. They really did a great job on my car sitting for 15 months. It runs like a dream! This place is a complete joke, and I hope they see this message because what they did was so unfair, they claim they did diagnostics but clearly they didnt, they gave me a list of nonexistent issues for my car I took it to another shop and everything they said was a complete lie... not only they took a day to even look at my car caused me a day out of work they gave me a bogus diagnostic that could've cost me over $3000+ Im so disappointed I would not recommend you visit this place. Bad service! They literally stole $153 from me that I want back because they mis diagnosed my vehicle.

It seems to be rare to find a diamond in rough this day and age however I cannot say enough good things about SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service. I can just sum it up by saying it was excellent service from the time I set my appointment to the time I picked up my vehicle.Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The turn around for my vehicle was quick and without sacrifice to the quality of work. Sonya (Owner) went above and beyond to ensure that every step of the process was going to be a 5 star experience. Through each step, she provided full transparency related to my vehicle and the work being done. Customer service was horrible. I called and asked what the cost would be to get my 2019 Honda Odyssey in for an oil change. They told me I have to get the Full Synthetic for $79.99+tax. I asked them before coming there was any coupons. They told me they would take off $5 because it is my first time coming to Speedee. Since it was a Saturday and I couldn t get in anywhere else, I brought the car in. When I reminded them of the $5 off they said they won t do it. Then they got the manager, Jonathan and he said he would never offer such a thing. Made me feel like I was being dishonest. They required my phone and address and told me it was because of insurance purposes. I got the feeling these guys didn t care at all. Once and only once am I going to speedeeService: Oil change

I took my car in for a major service and was expecting the same hassles that I had with other shops. I was pleasantly pleased at the service that I received. The owner was very personable and attentive and the service people were competent and informative. They provided daily updates and completed all services within my budget. Recommend them highly and will continue to frequent them for all of my automotive needs. If you are in the Regent Park area in Fort Mill, this is the place for you.

Both of our vehicles needed brakes and oil changes badly and we knew that going in. Sonia found us the best price for what we needed, and you know, you kind of always expect that phone call when they say, Oh well, once we got into your vehicle, we found this and it will be this much more and you have to do it now. That phone call never happened with Speedee in Fort Mill! You don t have to worry about techs trying to up sell here! The tech was very nice, knowledgeable, and you can tell the entire business is run with complete integrity and honesty. I will NOT go anywhere else for services on my vehicles. I can not speak loudly enough that this is the place you should go for all your car needs! Look no further! Kudos to you, Sonia, for the family atmosphere of the business and that everyone-your employees And customers are all treated with the same dignity and respect. Job well done, Sonia!

I took my 2015 Dodge Durango to SpeeDee to get the A/C serviced. Communication was great throughout the service and even though the work was performed over a holiday weekend, the vehicle was ready for me when promised. When I had a small issue return shortly after repair, Sonia got me back in immediately to remedy the situation and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I truly appreciate a business that stands behind their work and understands how to win new repeat clients.
