The only reason Freeman's would only get a 5-star review is because you can't give 100! These people are outstanding in their field, but they go so far above and beyond fixing a car!My mother's car was stolen as she was getting into the car. She could have been hurt badly but was able to get out of the way when the thief sped away in it. The car was recovered by the York County SC sheriff's department a couple of days later. It was badly wrecked, and the inside had weed in the doors. The smell was unbearable.The detective had it towed to FREEMAN'S BODY SHOP.From the first conversation to the last, these folks were on our side. They were a liason between us and the insurance company. This saved us so much time and headache. They advised us regarding what was best in our circumstance. They fumigated, detailed - even cleaned the hard to clean head lamps. They replaced the wreckage, painted, had the key fob and locks changed, and sent my mom home with a car that looked better than it did before the incident.If you ever are in need of their services or know someone who is, I highly recommend Freeman's!

Great place! My truck was in a front end collision and needed a new front bumper, tow hook, etc. The damage was more extensive than the pictures show as there was minor damage to the frame too.My insurance company assigned assessor required I get an estimate from a large corporate auto body shop in the area (I won't name them, but many of you will know immediately whom I'm talking about), and they came back with a ridiculous parts list and time frame for repair (30 + days).First chance I got I went to Freeman's for a second opinion estimate after finding their website and them being close to my work. Was impressed how quickly they pulled together the estimate when it took the other shop 4 DAYS to look up repair procedures and compile their list. That was enough for me and I went with Freeman s instead. They ordered parts and carried out the repairs in a week.Freeman s is a small local shop run by great people, and I highly recommend. They really do know what they are doing. Don't underestimate what this place can do. They repaired my $57k truck quickly and it looks just like it did off the factory line. They specialize in frame repair as well and their painter is awesome. Love the office decor too, Semper Fi!I will add after pics tomorrow when it s light out.

Freeman is a family owned business and they treat you like family! The owner Rex and his crew run a top notch repair shop. Angie and Melissa are knowledgable, organized and compassionate! From the time I met them I know they'll take care of my car like their own. I highly recommend Freeman!

I was very pleased my experience here. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and they were very upfront with how much everything was going to cost. In the end, they even got the job done for last than they had originally stated in their estimate. Very good and honest folks. I would definitely use their services again.

Just had my van repaired by Freeman's Body Shop. It had so many dents and needed new lights and lots of scratches taken out. Now after Freeman's work it looks amazing! I am very proud of my van now it looks brand new!!! Definitely let Freeman's handle your auto needs.

Rex was awesome. He took his time and explained exactly what repairs were needed for our Infiniti Q50 and what the process will look like with insurance. Furthermore, he completed the whole repairs in just three days! The quality was exceptional. It is a family owned business, therefore, they took extra steps to make things right. They even polished/waxed the car. I would definitely recommend!Service: Painting

Prompt appointment for auto body service, used quality manufacturer's part, (bumper) fair pricing (self pay, not insurance), professional to deal with but friendly and reassuring. In business 30 years, would definitely use this local small business again.

I backed into a yellow pole and ended up with a giant gash/yellow paint on my rear bumper. They got me in quickly and did an amazing job fixing the damage. It looks like it never happened. Highly recommend!

We have had a couple of recent needs for service by Freeman's and they have delivered! The folks there are great to work with and they do very good work.I hope we don't need to use them too often but when the need for body work arises, they are the best around!

Mr. Freeman and his team took good care of my Infinity grill and bumper repair. Recalibrated my front camera. Was very pleased. Good communication and customer service. Great job and good folks to work with.

My car needed some body work after an accident. I checked online and the reviews were great. Rex, the owner was in charge and they did an excellent job.They handled everything and dealt with my insurance company as needed with perfection. My car looked as good as new when I picked it up! I couldn t have been more pleased. They went over the warranty with me in detail. The cost was on point. Rex and the ladies in the office even stayed open a little later on Friday so I could pick up my car before the weekend. They made sure that all the little details were completed that day.I want to thank Rex and the entire staff of Freeman Auto Body Shop for making the whole process seamless.I highly recommend this business to everyone!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my car here in March after a fender bender. The office manager was extremely professional and proficient. She had everything prepared and even helped with the enterprise car rental process. Freeman s did a great job fixing the car and matching the paint. I got my car back looking brand new and experienced no issues 10/10 recommend !Services: Painting, Vehicle wrecking

I highly recommend, Freeman s Body shop. I had the unfortunate displeasure of being hit from behind not just once, but twice within 6 weeks time. Our neighbor, who went to school with the owners recommended them to us. They are professional and personable. They did such a great job fixing my car! I am very thankful! It was a good feeling to support local business and even better to recommend first hand!

We took one of our cars into Freemans after a minor fender bender that broke the headlight housing and broke off the fender from it's mounts to the frame. They got us in sooner than any other body shop could. Had it done in record time, about 4 hours, not only did they replace the whole headlight housing which is what we took it in for, they reattached the fender and lined everything back up nice and straight. This place re-sprayed clearcoat on one of my mirror caps did a very good job, and since it was a small piece, worked it in with all the other jobs they had. The place is extremely busy so appointments will be pretty far out.

Due to timing of an upcoming storm and the need to have the car to use for daily school carpool they fixed the car ahead of time so I would not be out at risk driving the car there with the upcoming possible bad driving conditions. Rex Freeman and his team are amazing! The tailgate to my 2005 4Runner had extensive damage and the body shop my insurance company wanted me to go to would've cost a fortune so I decided to pocket the money at the time and hold off on the repairs. I'm glad I did because they quoted me about half what they were trying to charge and they actually charged less than what they originally quoted since they were able to find an exact match and didn't have to paint at all. After they fixed everything, they also cleaned my car so it looked brand new. Can't say enough positive words about this place, glad I came here over anywhere else. Thank you!

Rex did an amazing job making our 2003 camry look like new after someone decided to make a u-turn from the right lane then speed off after! Anyway, they helped us with our insurance company make it so it wouldn't be totaled, they went to great lengths to get that number down and the car just looks incredible. Perfect paint match and the headlights are even brighter, so we walked away with an improved vehicle! I would highly recommend visiting Freeman's when you need to get your car patched up, very impressed with their kindness, customer service and professionalism.

Freeman's Body Shop is amazing! The service was wonderful, impeccable timing, and beautiful work. We just had two different vehicles repaired by them! And they look wonderful and thet saved me money. Ask about their Detail Service man.If you need front end/alignment/brake type work, ask about the man who owns the shop next door. Everything it was just fantastic!

I stopped because my tire trim was knocked loose due to debris on 485 . The gentleman that looked at my car said I would need a new trim piece because it s all one piece and some had broken off. But he got the existing trim fixed back in place for now. I will definitely have them order the part and put it on fir me. They were so very nice . Thank you so much.Service: Body & Trim

Freeman's went above and beyond in their level of customer service even helping me with rental accommodations when I ran into problems with my insurance carrier. They replaced the hood/grill of my Ford explorer after I collided with a deer. Had the vehicle looking like new within 3 days. Freeman's has been in business and a part of the Fort Mill community a long time and it's easy to understand why. I hope I don't see them again soon but in the event any more deer want to play chicken with my vehicle, I'll be returning to Freeman's no question.

He did quality work at a great price. We were very pleased with how he fixed our vehicle. I would recommend them. I got free estimates from 5 different repair shops and his was the best price. His professionalism was beyond reproach. I especially was happy wih his punctuality. My car was ready when he said it would be.

Such a friendly, wonderful environment! I was so nervous about dealing with auto insurance after my wreck and they took care of it all! Angie at the front desk is very professional and accommodating, after all was said and done my car even got a nice detail clean. I will definitely use them if I ever need to in the future and will recommend.

Freeman s Body shop is the place to go, great people and great work! Rex did such a great job fixing my car and Angie, Melissa, & Bo are very helpful and great to do business with! I am very keen on local businesses as well as knowing you're in good hands - I said it once in this review and I will finish with saying, Freeman's Body Shop is the place to go. I can't not express my gratitude enough. The staff at Freeman's was amazing. My front bumper became "detached" from my car.... to make the story short, I called them and they said we are very busy on Monday's but come by and they will look at. I didn't think anything could be done on short notice but the guy came out had it reattached in 30 mins and only charged a nominal fee. I couldn't believe their kindness. I gave the guy a huge hug and was able to get my gets at the bus stop and to their dentist apt on time. Highly recommend this place!!

We shopped around and received many estimates. Freeman's gave us the best price. We had them fix the vehicle and it was done on time . When the vehicle was fixed, it looked great. I highly recommend them.
