I have been taking my car to Express Oil for decades. The mechanics consistently do excellent work, explain what they need to do (helpful for me, because I'm not mechanically minded) but aren't condescending. I recommend them highly! They've kept my 2010 Subaru standard drive running very well. Thanks, guys!

Cameron was very professional and got me in and out quickly for an oil change. Shout out to Parker down in the pit. I have been a customer of this location in Fort Mill since at least 2012 and I have seen the lead manager change a couple times but the service level has not. Well done!

I have been coming here for 4 years with both of my vehicles. I usually love it because its quick and easy. Today they unplugged the mass air relay. Took them 20 minutes to fix their mistake. I come here to save time not waste it.

Parker checked me in and he was great. Very personable and informative. Cameron did the actual work and was very thorough in explaining to me what he did and he double checked what was done . I was stranded 10 minutes before closing time in a parking lot close by and Joseph and Jeffrey came and helped assess my issue. When the car wouldnt start at all, they helped me push it all the way back to the store so they could have it there to look at the next morning. Two great guys and I cannot thank them enough for their help!!! We get quite a bit of work done there already but this keeps us coming back. Thank you Jeffrey and Joseph!

I recommend this place to everyone. My oil change was fast and well worth the cost. Joseph was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond. Because of the excellent customer service I will return here for every oil change.

Exceptional experience with the teams of technicians, Kenny the mgr on duty at the time of most recent service provided explanations and advice for all recommend service of my commercial size utility van. All the work included oil change, brake rotors and pads and tire replacement was completed in an expeditious/timely but efficient manner. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to this location for full service! I come here everytime i need an oil change (which is very frequently) all the guys here are so helpful and genuine people. They dont ever try and sell me something i dont need, and today joseph helped me, he asked me when i last got my tires rotated i didnt know when so we went ahead and did that and had them check to make sure my tires were good (mine stay flat lol) 10/10 experience everytime.

The way this company treats their employees is terrible! Their management skills suck, their professionalism doesn t exist and they are rude human beings. If something happens they put it on ONE person someone who isn t even a manager and definitely doesn t get paid enough to endure the negativity. They are selfish men who are so miserable with their own lives they want to make sure all of the workers feel it. So if you want a job here and you like being treated this way . I guess this place will be your type.

I realize I don't have to come to this place for an oil change. Beware of their pricing. I realize synthetic oil is more expensive. I paid $104.70 for a synthetic oil change for a Ford Ranger. Is this normal? Seems very high considering the last time my wife took the vehicle here it was around $80 (still high to me). When it's all said and done, they didn't even top off any "fluids" they charged me for. Here was my bill:1. Oil change labor: $21.00 <- makes sense2. Oil 5 QT limit and fluids: $26.99 <- Is this the the oil because they charge me oil related line items below. No washer fluid or any other "fluid" was topped off.3. Oil filter: $5.00 <- makes sense. Even seems cheap.4. Valvoline 5w30 Synthetic: 6.2 = $12.00 <- what is this? Related to oil? Why wasn't this included in the "5 QT limit and fluids" line item?5. SYNTHETIC OIL upgrade: $36.00 <- Shouldn't this be included in the price of the oil above?$100.99 + $4.71 tax = $104.70

These guys are absolutely AMAZING!! I walked in on a Saturday morning at 10am. I was greeted by Dorian who was so nice and accommodating. They had my car fixed and ready by 3:00!! Kenny was so knowledgeable and honest about the work that needed to be done. I m so grateful to live near a group of gentleman that I can trust to help with all my car service needs. Excellent service! I had an issue with my AC and the team turned it around for me in 45 minutes. I had switched to Express Oil for oil changes because they are so efficient and well priced. I had not realized that this team was capable of so much more! I will definitely be taking my car here for more things going forward.

Dorian was a model employee and provided an excellent service to me, answering any questions I had. He also helped out some less experienced employees while my change was in process. He seems to be an asset to this shop.
