I bought a 2016 Camaro from Pavel 3 years ago. When I went to his shop I was impressed with all of his vehicles, including mine which was in excellent condition with low miles. He allowed me to take it to a Chevrolet dealer for a thorough mechanical inspection. I bought the vehicle and all paperwork was completed in 30 minutes after I paid for the car. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a nice used car.

This was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I ve ever had - and I buy a new car every year. Pavel was friendly, accommodating, and informative. He also does not have any junk fees and very thoroughly explained the breakdown of costs and gave me options for my purchase. It took me longer to get the money at the bank than it did to complete the sale. Signing took about 10 minutes and then I was on my way in my new car. This is how all car dealers should operate!! I spent less than an hour at his shop and was well taken care of.

I would not recommend buying from this dealer. He is a nice guy, but he does the bare minimum to get a car fixed for sale. We recently bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey. We took it for the first oil change since buying the car only to find out that it will need an additional $2k+ to fix up issues that were clearly there before we bought the car. The rear shocks/struts need replaced as well as the AC compressor. We probably should have taken it to a mechanic prior to purchase, but the dealer is clearly putting in the minimum amount of effort for the car to appear working to make a sale. Not a trustworthy dealer.Edit: I took this to my regular, trusted mechanic (not a Honda dealer). We took the van for its first oil change well before it was due given the persistent issues. We had issues with the AC since we purchased the car as well as the rear suspension issues. These were clearly issues at the time of purchase but not disclosed by EuroCars.

AWESOME Dealership! Purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited online and the owner sent several additional pictures and video footage to me before I drove to pickup the vehicle. We drove from Fayetteville NC (3 hours) The owner stayed at the dealership after hours to make sure our experience was nothing less than perfect. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. Thank you!

This is my first car, and I worried a lot before I actually get it, I checked the review of this dealership and compared each car pictures, and I still was very worry about this dealership.2. Mr. Bircak helped me so much, he cares about his customer and my car.3. I am a careful person, and he answered all of my questions. He thought of all the things that I didn't think of.YOU SHOULD TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

In reference to 2015 Mini Countryman:The Good: Fast processing with Pavel, no haggle back and forth negotiating needed, gave us time to drive, make decisions.The Bad: Was told car was checked over, no issues and will not need service. After driving 100 miles, the check engine light came on. Took to local euro repair shop, and was informed oil was in my coolant reservoir. Ran leak down and Compression tests and showed leak in Head, and would need a new motor. Pavel said to send him receipts and even thought Pavel argued about it needing a motor, told me he would give me $2000 credit for repairs. Car was in shop for about 1 1/2 months, cost me over $4000 in labor and parts plus the cost of a motor. Pavel has NOT responded after numerous texts, ignoring me. He has not proven to be a man of his word.

Great car dealer and seamless buying experience. Pavel is a straight shooter and from my experience offers great cars at a fair price. He's not the typical used car dealer trying to make an absurd margin on every transaction. He honored his commitment to sell a Tesla to me despite having offers on the car above his asking price. I would buy from him again in a heartbeat.

We needed a used SUV type car so I did hours of looking and research as usual. I accidentally found the EuroCars web site by accidentally forgetting to limit a 50 mile radius from our house. From the very beginning I was impressed the website presentation, shiny cars, info and prices. They are cars of typically European mfg. For my needs I was interested in a 2014 Acura RDX he had and a bunch of Toyota Prius's. It was a 2 hr drive for us but was so impressed we had to take a ride. First of all, all cars are stored inside a small warehouse. Each car was meticulously detailed and even the whse floor was shiny and painted. Pavel (the owner) is the only person you deal with. He selects only the primo cars to buy and sell. Our 2014 Acura looked like it was just manufactured and drove like a dream. We said yes right away. He carries all kinds of foreign cars. No fords, buicks, chevie's etc. He even had an Alpha Romeo SUV there. Clean cars, no slimy salesman, zero pressure. Look online first and if you see what you want then Go.

Saw an ad on car gurus for a car we have been looking at for a while. Sent an email about being interested and less that 2 minutes (seriously checked time stamps) Pavel called. Extremely friendly guy who didn t start with any of the typical sales stick. He asked what I was looking to trade-in and asked for pics so we could do as much up front and not waste each other s time. Sent him pics and we had a, very surprisingly, honest back and forth. No hedging, no games, just a straight conversation. It was the most straight forward conversation I have ever had on a trade-in and car buying. Went up for a test drive and fell in love with with the car. From the time we decided to buy it to the time we drove off... TEN minutes. Got an amazing deal, got to meet a genuinely awesome guy and got a dream car. In the span of less than an hour ( most of which was driving up there and test driving). ALL dealers should look at Pavel s model, his approach, his extremely friendly, no-nonsense, professional demeanor. That was horrible grammar but I cannot stress nor pack in enough adjectives on how amazing he and this experience has been. I will buy ever car from here on out from Pavel.

I bought a 2011 Toyota Prius from EUROCARS LLC, Pavel gave an outstanding service, he is very kind and honest and you won t be disappointed because he is one-stop-service man, I mean you choose the car you like, close the deal, sign the paperwork and that s it! Less than 15 minutes. Pavel will also be ready with the taxes and DMV paperwork so you can get your plates and title because he is public notary too. My car has a clean CARFAX which Pavel printed to me too. For sure I will go to EUROCARS LLC when I am looking for another reliable used car. Thanks Pavel, you rule!

I bought a 2011 prius from this place. The guy was really nice and didn't try to upsell me on anything nor try to push a lot of information on me to confuse me. He was a very relaxed guy just trying to sell his great quality and reasonably priced cars. I will absolutely buy from him again!

Found my Mercedes online and called Pavel about it, who immediately answered my questions by finding the tire date codes and showing me the brake pads on FaceTime. Since I live out of town he agreed to hold the car for a refundable $100 deposit. Two days later I completed the purchase which was the easiest and fastest transaction I ve ever had buying a car. Took less than 30 minutes. The ML350 was mint condition. EuroCars only charges a $199 dealer fee which is fair and lowest you ll find anywhere. All the cars in inventory appeared in excellent condition. This is how car buying should be. Highly recommend. Thank you Pavel!

I had a car purchased from this group. Be careful to inspect every detail. Car was clean and well cared for but was listed online (and verbally) as having new tires only to have the 2 front tires cupped and less than 5/32 of tread depth. When the owner was questioned he said he stood by what he sold (which he told my agent there were only 10 miles on the tires and the white stripe was still fully in tact on the tires-neither of which was true. The two front tires were 2010 and 2011 tires-definitely not new and again they were cupped. Buyer beware, but the car is nice otherwise.

What can I say but many thanks to Pavel for going the extra mile to make sure all was ok with the purchase of our Audi.. I would not hesitate to deal with Eurocars again and would happily recommend Pavel and Eurocars to anyone looking for a great used car. Pavel made the car buying process easy, painless and quick with no pressure and a willingness to answer any and all questions. If I could rate Pavel a 10, I would!!! This review is long overdue....but I will DEFINITELY purchase my next car from him as well! I had been wanting a CLS550 for years, but I had an older Mercedes that ran fine - and I could never pull the trigger to buy a newer one. In 2016, there weren't many CLS's on the road, and I drooled, every time I saw one go by. I was driving one day, and saw a car that looked exactly like the 550, but it said CLS400 - which I had never seen before! Plus, it was black, with a cognac interior, which I had also never seen before!! I really wanted black, but did not want black or white interior! I went online, and the ONLY one available in Charlotte, was at Pavel's place, so I called to schedule a test drive. When I arrived, I thought I was in the wrong place - I was looking for a typical car lot. But it was an industrial area, and the small door to his office said Eurocars. There was a gentleman outside, washing a Lexus, and he looked like he might be a mechanic. The reviews for Pavel said he was a one-man shop, and did it all - but never did I expect the car washer to be him!! He was extremely polite, dried his hands and we went into his immaculate office. There he had a couple of the latest computers, and then took me into this HUGE warehouse - with the most GORGEOUS cars I had ever seen (which he said he had a couple other buildings as well!) He explained that 2015 was the first year the CLS400 came out, and the main difference between the 550 and the 400, was that the 400 is a 6 cylinder, and the 550 is an 8. I'm a Realtor, and drive a tremendous amount, so the 400 was fine with me!! There was a 550 from another dealer, that I also wanted to test drive as well. He asked me which dealer, and said "let's pull up the carfax on that one". The other car was a couple years older, with more miles on it than his, and without saying one negative thing about the other dealer, he showed me where the car was coming from, and that it was the same area where a hurricane had hit, during the time the car was driven in that area - which meant it may have had water damage. His car was only a year old, and was just coming off a lease in an area I trusted. Prior to purchasing, he allowed me to take it to an authorized Mercedes dealer, to have it inspected. I mentioned to them that I was debating between Pavel and this other dealer. They said without a doubt, to go with Pavel's car - they never had any issues with cars that came from him!!! Needless to say, I bought it right away, and have not had an ounce of trouble!! He was so easy to deal with, and extremely honest - I highly recommend him!!!

I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano from Pavel and the buying experience was top notch. I had previously bought a SAAB from him 4/5 years ago and my wife still loves and drives the car. Pavel only deals in mint quality vehicles at very fair prices. I would highly recommend EuroCars LLC to anyone looking for a luxury European vehicle.

Given that most people tend to share their negative experiences online & on social media platforms Pavel & his services absolutely deserved for me add (to the many that he has online already) a positive review for him & for Euro Cars. Here we go:I purchased a vehicle from Mr. Bircak two weeks ago. When I initially contacted him, he was on vacation with his family (out of State) but he still responded to my inquiry, was Direct & Straight to the point ( Straight Shooter approach), and was very Professional & overall Courteous (traits that carried through throughout the entire process of me purchasing this vehicle).Cons of The Transaction:Only Hiccups as far as Pavel & overall EuroCars LLC & the experience that I encountered was the Trust Factor to send over ALL the Money (the cost of the vehicle) to him as opposed to using a Middle-Man like an Escrow Service. I m in New York & was unable to personally see the vehicle. Pavel & Euro Cars is in South Carolina so there in fact lies a potential issue. Pavel will tell you straight up from the get-go that he doesn t do Escrow Services because he s gotten burnt in the past (which is understandable). On our end (as a prospective buyer) that will either be The deal breaker or it s not. For me, the rapport that was established between Pavel & myself, him taking the vehicle to a Dealership (Volvo) to get a Pre-Purchase Inspection (at my cost), & me sending a Certified Bank Check (as was the only recourse if something were to happen given that it could be viewed as Fraud if the vehicle didn t show up)...made me personally feel at ease with the transaction as a whole.Pros of The Transaction:1) The car was exactly what I had been looking for (1 Owner, Non-Smoker, Garaged, Interior & Exterior Pristine Condition, Meticulous Maintenance all at one (1) dealership confirmed by Car Fax & by Dealer itself). Again given that I m in New York & Euro Cars is South Carolina this was an online Purchase for a used vehicle. In addition to the precise description of the condition of the car, Pavel provided Additional Pictures than those posted, Videos, description of any blemishes, & his overall knowledge of the car s History, how he acquired the car, & his affiliation with the original owner (who purchased a Car from Pavel himself).2) Pavel s Professionalism, Quick Responses, No-Gimmick, Non-Salesy approach, was refreshing & it was a true pleasure to deal with him. This is how a Car Buying experience should be when purchasing a vehicle. I would not have an issue buying another vehicle from Mr. Bircak or overall dealing with him under any other capacity.3) Pavel provided a 30 Day Temporary Dealer Plate & saved me money on the back end with shipping the vehicle (the highest quote that I received for shipping was $900 more than what he set up for me).Overall the Service & Professionalism of Pavel (Excellent Communication, Bringing the Vehicle to Volvo, Clear Instructions, & Straight Shooter Approach), Condition of the Vehicle, Assistance with the Shipping (along with saving money & time) is what gives Pavel & Euro Cars the 5 Stars Review. One could say to take off half a Star for the Con mentioned above dealing with Pavel makes up for more than that (thus the 5 Star Review).To Pavel Best of Luck & Continued Success with your business Sir. I have bought 2 cars from Pavel. Bar none I have never had a better car buying experience better then with EuroCars and I have bought from local dealers, Car Max and from other people. He has a great inventory if you are looking for European Luxury Brands.

It was a pleasure working with this seller. He was completely laid back. No pressure. Allowed me to test drive the car for a reasonable length of time and he answered all of my questions. If I were to own a car dealership, I would model it after him. I would absolutely buy again from him in the future.

The best car transaction ever ! Pavel knows very well what type a car he is selling . We purchase a 2018 Mercedez Benz CLA 250 . The car is Practically brand new it's in perfect condition and a very good price . We definitely purchase again with him .

Super experience, was out the door in 45 min. wife loves her car could not belive the quality of all the cars he had, did not see a blemish on any of them. I would feel comfortable buying from him over the phone, will be back.
