To whom it may concern my name is James i ve been with AutoZone over five years and current .I just want to commend your company on employing one of your employees by the name of Brody he went beyond customer service to help me out. He went to the community, his immediate friends to help me it s a rare to find people like that, I don t know your company where else you can promote him to but I m pretty sure he deserves it. In addition to that the manager there who was very cooperative, and the staff overall never had A problem. Thank you AutoZone.. James A forever customer...

Had a super experience tonight with the guys at this AutoZone, they were both very helpful in getting me the parts I needed and gave me some money saving tips as well !! A huge thank you and shout out to JOHN & JOSIAH for making a stressful car problem much easier to fix!!! John even gave us a battery jump with his own car at 9pm as the store was closing!! Now that s going above & beyond!! THANKS GUYS!! This store will continue to be our top pick for all things car related!!

AutoZone is the best place to go if you need parts and can do the job yourself or know a good mechanic!! Prices are fair and they can get anything for you from brakes to batteries! They will when test your battery for free and help with simple installs. For more serious items they will even let you use some tools for free! You can't beat this place when it comes to cars and trucks! Wonderful service!!

Went in specifically to get a 14 inch antenna for my SUV and some valve cover caps for my tires. It was very visible from the road with easy and and easy out. Ample parking with wheelchair accessible. A friendly employee greeted me as I was walking down the aisle another one walked up to me and asked me if he could help me. He took me to each place in the store that I needed to go to pick up what I needed. I would suggest this location to anyone that has accessories or parts needed for their vehicle.

The best thing about AutoZone is the way the staff helps solve problems. This one was no different. The actually had to order my part but when it came it I had confidence it was the right part for my problem because of the guys help.

In the parking lot right now after I just left the store. I came in with a defective product I'd just recently bought. The gentleman that helped me was quick to offer a replacement to resolve my issue. I was in and out in less than two minutes. They just saved my day from starting out bad.

My daughter and I were there on January 10, 2023, around 1 PM and the three people in there were so extremely helpful and nice considering we have no idea what we re doing lol ! Thank you for being so sweet and it s nice when you walk into a business in the first thing you re greeted with a smile and asking to be helped I want to say his name is Jacob or Justin and then the other two were so sweet great place that s all!

Just had the WORST experience in the store on 160. Specially because of Johnathan C. "Parts service manager" with "customer satisfaction" on his name tag. What an absolute JOKE!! Johnathan was the rudest employee I have EVER delt with in all my years of shopping with AutoZone. Came in to pickup and online order and to also do a warranty replacement. Was told that NOBODY in the store knew how to lookup or even process a warranty exchange when I have never had any issues before. Johnathan huffed and puffed the entire time even just looking it up in the computer, was completely unwilling to even try or reach out to a manager who actually KNEW what they were doing. It's no wonder AutoZone has gone downhill with employees like Johnathan C. I will never be shopping with AutoZone again and will take my business down the street to Advanced Auto who actually gives a hoot about their customers and are actually HELPFUL and train their employees to do a simple warranty exchange. Customer lost for life all because of Johnathan C's attitude.

It was fast and to the point what I needed at the time because I was in a hurry. The guy seemed to not be the most charismatic but that's not his job he was nice enough and knew what he was doing and had a very organized way of helping the people coming in

Anthony was amazing!! I came in so frustrated that another location could not remove my battery after waiting 2 and a had hours! Anthony did it in just a few minutes!! He was so patient and kind with me even while I was frustrated. I will definitely be coming back here if I need anything. To this specific location in Fort Mills, SC. Thank you Anthony!!!

The salesman who helped me was courteous. After I purchased windshield wiper blades, he installed them for me. He wasn't rushed and made sure the job was completed correctly. There's no extra charge for the service. I love it!

With so many discount auto places, one would think this place would work on their customer service skills. Not good at all. I forgot to add that the man that tried to help (big guy with tats) was very nice and tried to help. But going there three times to pick up the brakes due to in house error didn't make any sense for the poor guy that did my brakes.

I came in the other day and had the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had! My car hadn't started in a few days and I struggled to get it jumped to get here and when I got there I walked in and was "helped" by this skinny white guy with the worst attitude,I think his name was Anthony. We went to test my car which he acted like it was a hassle to begin with when auto zone offers free testing, but anyways he said everything tested fine but I said there must be something cause it hasn't been starting and he got all red and yelled he wasn't a mechanic and he couldn't change the battery but didn't explain why. I just wanted to see what was going on whether it was a battery starter or alternator but I guess I won't be doing any shopping at this location again. I love auto zone but I can't shop or recommend this location anymore. Seems like every time I'm here there's all new people and management.

This place amazes me. Went last year to get a new battery and a woman waited on me, mastering the change out in 5 minutes. Battery died again so I called, they looked it up, verified my warranty status so when I walked in they had a new one ready, verified the battery I had was indeed bad, and swapped it out all within 10 minutes! I never paid a penny because there was no prorating of my battery.

The Fort Mill location has great staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The complimemtsry services are convenient, they ran an OBD diagnostic on my vehicle's computer quickly and easily.

Kelly F. provided great customer service. I stopped in AutoZone just before getting on the road for a 4.5 hour trip to pick up a replacement tail light bulb. I asked Kelly if he could help replace it and he agreed. In less than five minutes he had it replaced. Thank you again for the great service.Out of all the options for auto parts stores, AutoZone is my go to, due to the great service they provide, at every location I stop in at.

After having service on my car at a local dealership, I was told I had a bad battery. I brought my car to the Fort Mill Auto Zone for a second opinion. Dillon was super helpful testing my battery and advising it was actually still good. He even took a wire brush and removed a little corrosion from the battery which allowed me to avoid replacing it so soon. I really appreciated the fast and free second opinion with such great service.

Worst customer service from an employee Dakota. Had problem with the right light bulb. Didn't even want to check the car on what it needs .Have to tell him to check to make sure . Then when the item was purchased and ask if he can install it. Doesn't show any enthusiasm to do it. So I returned the item. Very poor customer service experience. Very lazy !!!!

I won't go anywhere else now. Andy was amazing. I came in with questions about air filters and had no clue how to change them myself. Tired of being charged an arm and a leg to have it done at the dealership I just wanted someone to show me where to change them. Andy not only showed me but offered to go ahead and change them for me. He was knowledgable and really went the extra mile and with a smile. Thank you Andy :)

Customer service was not good. The customer service rep asked me what I wanted and I told him I needed a keyfob battery. He went on a rant telling me that they cant install them staying and that they would be at fault for damages. He handed me a the wrong tool to open the keyfob to install the battery. He continued to make smug remarks while attempting to walk me thru changing the battery.

Went in expecting to spend $200 bucks on a new alternator. Tested as good. Given great instructions on what the real problem was and how to fix it. Worked perfect. Up and running again and didn't have to spend a dime.
