I've been here with tire needs, oil changes, and engine problems and M&M is always willing to help. One time my truck stopped working on me as soon as I got to their garage, and they stayed 30 minutes past closing time fixing my issue. This is a great place to stop with incredibly helpful workers.

On 9/23/21 I had them replace 2 tires on the front end. Since then my car hadn t been riding right. On Friday night, it began making a knocking noise, I thought maybe a branch or something was stuck under my car. There wasn t anything. On Sunday, the knocking noise grew louder and steering wheel began shaking really bad. I literally had to drive 10mph from Lancaster to Fort Lawn. The tire is about to come off! I thank God for protection! I will NEVER EVER visit nor recommend this establishment to anyone in the future!

Good place fair price. Great people great work. Very honest they wont do or even suggest work that dont need to be done. Just really good place worth the drive if your in cheater rock hill etc.

I'm a first time customer. I took my 2009 Lincoln Town Car to M&M. I was having problem with my air conditioning.They properly diagnosed the problem as the blower motor. They replace the blower motor and than I discovered the next day the blower motor was only working on high speed setting. I contacted them and they told me to bring it in the next day. Now It's blowing ice cold and working the way it should. They also gave me a 3-month warranty not only on the labor but also the parts. They are very professional they even gave me a ride home while my vehicle got fixed and picked me back up and brought me back to the shop to pick it up when it was finished.

One word, Amazing!! My son broke down on I-77 heading home to Macon GA. USAA towed car to M&M. They got the parts and installed and had him back on the road in about 2 hrs. Alternator and battery crapped out. God is good!! Thank you M&M. If you need car maintenance call them.

This is the absolute best place to go if your car needs any work done. The employees are incredibly kind and the work is reliable. I always feel comfortable taking my car here and y all should too :)

EXTREMELY GOOD SERVICE and fast and friendly. **There prices are the lowest compared to others and there quality of service is great I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and would give them a 10 star rating.

My husband and I got a nail in our tire on our way from Ohio to Charleston. We were about 20 minutes south of M&M when we pulled off and discovered the nail and we started becoming concerned after calling 3 other tire places that didn't have a replacement tire for a Honda Civic. Thankfully M&M said they had one so we headed back up that way. I was nervous about the location initially when pulling in but they were pretty busy and had a steady amount of customers going in and out. They took our car back very quickly after arriving, and about an hour later we were on our way! We were so thankful for this place and for them being open and having what we needed. And I wanted to write this review because I was initially nervous about this shop, to reassure anyone else out there like me. They were good people and I would definitely recommend.

Got stranded with a flat. Got a ride to M&M and they were able to dig up a rim and tire from the back that fit my Hyundai Veloster. Praise Jesus! Only charged me $50 for the rim and tire that was able to get me down the road

Horrible experience! My Car Was With Them Since Friday For Simple thermostat change but Was Put Off Until Today and Still Haven t Been Looked At. My Frustration Comes From asking About the Status of Car and Not One Person since Friday told me That They wouldn t be looking at it.I Have been a Loyal Customer for them since I started driving in 2017. Smh I Would Have Been Ok With Them Just Telling Me We Are Booked instead of leaving My Car in the parking lot.

Owner took time to answere my questions, about my exhaust.ready to put exhaust on my bronco need to make appointment.ok Mel. Got my exhaust done on my Bronco. Thanks Mel couldn't be Happier was not expecting the chrome tips. Unfortunately they got a little muddy when I got it unloaded great job will refer you and your business to anyone who needs it Thank you again

Been going to Mel for years, and will never go anywhere else. Had an issue with my mother in laws car, and he came on his day off to our house to pick up the car, and fix it the same day. Truly the best establishment for your cars needs. They go above and beyond!

This was the first time I came here. I can say I will certainly be going back! I recommend them! Everyone was so nice. My issue was fixed very quickly. And I haven't had an issue since (it's been a few weeks). I feel like the price was very fair. I was honestly expecting it to be much more.

Stopped by to get 4 new tires for my Durango. First off they had the best prices around. Secondly they had 2 guys taking the tires off the rim one guy balancing them and one putting them on. Felt like I was in a pit crew watching them work. It wasn't hard to tell they work together quite often. What normally takes me an hr and a half to get done these guys did it in 25 mins. I was/am highly impressed.

Well, I understand that a line is a line but I was sitting outside for more then an hr made me super late to work and all I wanted was a plug two days later guess what? I got In my truck and I had 23 psi in my tire. Brand new tire that I bought from M&M couple months ago and it coast me 41 bucks. I knew I should have went to discount tire, now imma have to buy a 210 bucks of a tire. Least I know discount don t charge so much for a plug. Never ever going back here

Aplus name brand tires have been good to me for over 28k miles with no issues but I'm ready for another set soon, and I will be going back to M&M and see Mel.

I called ahead and told what I wanted to get done. As soon as I arrived, they got started on the suv. They had all the parts there. They were done in a decent period of time. Super nice people! Great job!

I was stuck in a bind trying to find some place with over sized tires (37/12.50) and could handle an oversized truck. Well these guys pulled through...same day even! Very professional and extremely polite! What a pleasure to deal with! We will definitely be back for all our tire and then some needs!!!
