Please, the supervisors should be more aware of the workers, since they are leaving the motor oil halfway, that was on a different date, and a few days ago they left me the old filter and they changed it, when the filter is included in a payment total of $60, we are entrusting our cars to this place, because we feel comfortable, but it puts the useful life of our cars at risk, since we know the risks of not changing the filters at the same time as the engine oil, the filter It was full of old grease and black, when you change the filter it looks new, clean and with a lively smell. We hope there is improvement, but in the meantime we must check the car right there before leaving, it will take longer but it is for our own good.

By far the worst experience I ve had just to get an oil change. First they couldn t find my appointment but said I didn t need to move my car because I was first in line (arrived at 7:15am) whoever the staff was on 3/2/24 complete trash. The white young guy with the long hair lied about the order and was sneaking cars on the opposite side stating he had appointments but you just said you couldn t find appointments because of the tablet. Been there for 3 and a half now I have to leave with my morning wasted and get ready for this funeral. Fire the whole staff. Unprofessional and too busy talking about their coworkers getting high and being lazy. Just gossiping and walking around the cars. Now working on them.

They stole $60 from my car then have the nerve to tell me not to accuse anyone. I had money right before my service and the money was gone after. Never help me with anything else after I told them my issue and had the nerve to tell me not to accuse anyone. Don t go here they steal.

Had a flat on the highway, called to see if they were open. Guy said yes bring it on, get there within 15 minutes. Guys says sorry not taking new customers. Had to go way out of my way to get there and then want help. What ever happened to helping a fellow man in need.

Having to wait in order to drop off a bad tire is a bad policy. Luckily, I called them up to see if they are still doing this terrible procedure (they still are.) I will gladly go somewhere else and pay more to get my tire fixed instead of waiting forever just to drop off a tire.

Looked up the times the auto service center was supposed to close, seen it said 7 pm. Got here about 6 or maybe 5 minutes or so after. There was no one in there getting their oil changed andnonly one car getting tires looked at or changed. Sat there for a few minutes no one came to my car so i called, the lady says they arent doing oil changes. On the site it says oil changes take 30 minutes or less, now had the had people in there i would understand but there was no one else getting an oil change. If yall have special hours or something why not post it.

Called ahead and was told I could get a tire change. Drive 30 + minutes to get there. Once I arrived they told me they couldn t do a tire change today. Then why was I told y all could over the phone? Poor communication skills. And 0 effort. Will not be returning

Got the car in quick for an oil change. Process to set up for it was a little odd and unorganized, but once everything was in place, it all went pretty smooth. Employees were friendly and pretty helpful.

I have come here for the past few oil changes, the workers are mostly polite and haven't had an issue with their work. The time estimations are usually worst case scenario so if they tell you 1.5 hours, it'll usually be done in about 45 minutes.

Got a brand new Good Year tire from here for $100. It was for our Ford. The wait time was around 30+ minutes but they had a waiting room with coffee and a tv. The employees were nice and we are pleased with the Tire. Would highly recommend this place because if the Tire price.

Didn't have my tires in stock but directed me to another place where I could get them at a decent price. Very friendly service! For someone who was in town on vacation, it was much appreciated!

Tire center guys do a great job. I've had them do battery tests, check tire problems, they've always been professional and prompt. I order tires online. The tire shop installs them, balance ,stems etc.. They always do a great job and it saves me a lot.

Would not recommend using walmart auto care, claimed their policy would not allow them to change a tire due to missing a lugnut, then asked if they could replace the lugnut and they wouldn't. I went to my regular tire shop (baxleys tire) the following day and didn't have one problem.

From the time they pulled my truck into the bay it was two and a half hours to take off for tires put them on new ones on the rim balance and then put them back on the truck. I gave specific instructions on putting the rates on the inside of the tire, they put them on the outside, they had to take them off rebalance the tires and put the lead weights on the inside as I had specifically instructed them to do in the first place. People in the tire section at Walmart on Irby Street cannot understand English. On the upside the tires were cheap.

The shop was warm and friendly, it offered free coffee. There was a line but, went quick. In and out an hour and a half. And the car ran better.

Horrible place I waited for an hour to get a tire I ordered online. I got it then they tell me that they can install it.. system problems. I went to blacks tire and was gone in 5 minutes . They had no problems. They didn't even charge me.

They are always polite. The wait time is minimum. They will answer any questions and I can shop while I wait!

If you say you open at 7, open at 7. I showed up at 6:45 and waited until 7:20 and they still weren t open. Now there is a line and no one in sight to help. The point of opening up at 7 is to get to work by 8.

Called before I wasted my time going all the way up there from lake city, even left work early, just to be told I had to come back and try again tomorrow... will definitely find somewhere else tomorrow

Went for one Tire on front driver rained the one that s on there is about bust...they said they could not help me since one of the tire on the opposite side that has nothing wrong is not the same number...they can t change the Actual one that needs changing ASAP...never heard of this rule till this morning...other Walmart doesn t have this rule so why they do....

I bought a battery 10 months ago for $90 . it went bad went to Wal-Mart to get a new battery I still had to pay $62 prorate it. What a ripoff

Went Walmart in Florence South Carolina Irby street got me in out treated me nice they rock but don't go to the belt line location the guy treated me rude and told me lies that Walmart don't honor their warranty on batteries no more went to other location didn't have my recipes an he hooked me up god bless
