Very kind associate hosting the oil change.Mechanic tried too hard to upsell me on differential service (I'd just had it done and it looks fine by all means).I recommend it for an oil change place at least. Quick and clean.

The associates that I dealt with were very pleasant to deal with. They changed the oil, checked all the turn signals, checked air filter, checked the in cabin air filter, asked me if I wanted them to change them, and gave me pricing for each if I wanted. It was a very enjoyable experience. They seemed knowledgeable and enjoyed doing their job. They even showed the color and level of the oil before leaving. If it was not so expensive, I would go there more often.

After several mins. At this location. Had me pull into oil change bay, checked my oil, (informed I didn't need oil change), when I was due an oil change. He tried his best to convince me no oil change was needed. Then after several mins. Come back and tell me oil bays were full with old oil and he couldn't help me.

I just went and had my oil change recently on a 2022 Honda and I was driving down the road this afternoon and my oil pan cover fell off and was dragging at home and found that there was no screws left in it this isn t okay and I hope it didn t damage anything . If you don t want to do your job then don t work

This was the easiest oil change experience I've ever had! Everyone was friendly and seemed to care about the work they did on my car. They didn't bother me with unnecessary services and didn't patronize me like other places always do. I've never left an oil change thinking, "I'll be coming back here" -- until now! I will definitely be back next time my car needs servicing.Service: Oil change

Husband took his truck there to have his oil changed.He asked for Valvoline 10W30 conventional oil.They wrote that on ticket, the technician drained his truck and that's when they went to check on the oil he wanted and they were out of it.They didn't come and tell him that they were out until after they changed the oil and filter. They ended up using 10W30 synthetic blend for high mileage......he doesn't have high mileage on his truck. And they didn't change the ticket to show that they used synthetic blend.Will not be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kenneth did a great job! Loved the service fille the tires and did the oil change showed us it was clean and filled. Definitely appreciate it.

Pulling up for the first time at this location, and my first time at any "quick oil change" store in over 35 years, and my first impression was WOW! The manager Jarrett flashed me a warm smile as he walked up/greeted me/intro'd self and guided me to the bay. The team members Desz and her new trainee, as well as Brandon all smiled/said hello. When does that happen these days? RARELY! I appreciated the explanations without pressure, the offer for additional services, the speed that the oil change etc was done and the overall feeling that this experience left me with. Highly recommended and will be going back to this location, now that my car's manufacturer warranty/maintenance are expired. Thank you Valvoline Team! :0)
