I went in yesterday and had my rotors turned and shaved and they provided excellent service. Weren't pushy and provided awesome pricing. This will be my go to place from here on out. Special kudos to the manager. Continue with your excellent service!

TIRE choice in Florence, South Carolina fixed a flat for me for one of my tires. I am in the roofing industry so I get lots of flats. Some places will fix them and some will tell you it s not fixable and want to sell you a tire instead. I know what can be fixed and what can t, like I said, I ve had lots of flats over the years. I am new to this area and didn t know who to go to. I went and they quoted me a price and told me upfront if it could be patched or not and then once they checked, they found actually two nails in my tire and patch them both in charged me the same price for a flat, even if it was one now, so I am very satisfied. They were truthful and honest and unfortunately that s not always the case anymore in business. I would highly recommend them if you re new to the area

We were traveling to Florence and were afraid we had a tire issue. The guys who worked on it were prompt, thorough, and found no problem. Best of all, they didn't charge us for their time. Would highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for 6:00 PM yesterday for a tire patch and when I pulled up they were closed. No big deal, I ll come back tomorrow morning. I came by and was denied service because my car was too low for the lift. I understood, I had a low-profile jack that was able to get under the vehicle and the older gentleman who works there looked at me like I was dumb and said I m not getting on the ground . I smiled, told him it was okay, and left. Clearly this wasn t okay, I was here before and another employee serviced my vehicle no problem, so why was there an issue now??? Disgusted.

These guys stripped my wheel lock key and I had to take it to Toyota where I had to pay $400 for them to cut the locks off in order to get the tires off. Monro offered me $19.99 to cover the cost of the lug nuts, then ceased communication with me. Stay away from this place.

Great service! Very professional! Very quick turn around! Tracked down the same tire I needed very quickly and the best price around by far!! Great job guys

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service center. Like other reviews I had a very dismissive attendant when entering the store. His demeanor was basically as if I was a bother to him actually needing to perform his job.Additionally, price provided for tires and installation online was far different from what was requested when I arrived to the store.

They stripped my wheel lock key and when I went back to show them they denied doing it and blamed it on the staff that is no longer there. Toyota wants to charge me $500 to get the wheel locks off and the new manager at Tire Choice basically told me to pound sand because I can t prove that they did it. They re denying I was ever there for a service but the windshield sticker was still on there from the last time I took it in. Will never do business again here.

Robert and his staff were very professional and helpful. I took my car in for an alignment; after the local Toyota dealer seemingly made things worse when they performed an alignment in January. My vehicle did pose a unique challenge to correctly align, but Robert and staff never gave up until it was right.I have used this location for several years and they are typically my first go-to spot for suspension, alignment and tire evaluations.It s good to see some familiar faces again. I had stopped going for a while due to the high turnover rate.

These guys are AWESOME. I was dealing with a 3rd party warranty company for service on my vehicle, Dave and his crew made a difficult situation very quick and painless. Quality work and friendly service. While waiting for my vehicle to be completed I witnessed several,very honest, vehicle diagnosis, and quotes for service to other customers. I would definitely recommend and will be back for future service. Thanks Dave, Robert, and crew!

Great great great experience! Had a tire issues while traveling home from new england with my daughter. The staff was outstanding. They were quick and efficient. Got us in and out with 4 new tires in less than 2 hours. They checked everything else out for us and made sure we were all set for the last 5 hours of our journey. True gentleman! Thanks you!

I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager (Tyrone) recently and was very pleased with him and with the service done on my vehicle. Tyrone was not only knowledgeable and charming, but he was also fair in price and honest/straightforward. I was so relieved that I paid half of what Jiffy Lube was trying to charge me for the same service. On top of that, everything is so much more convenient here now than ever! I was able to set up my appointment online and didn't have to wait in line! Thanks to this, I was able to get everything done quickly and be finished super fast. Thank you Tyrone and Tire Choice!

Tyrone and Robert were both very helpful! I had an issue with my car and they told me exactly what was wrong and provided me with several different options. I was really thankful for Tyrone being the one to help me out. He is always very friendly and helpful when I come. I look forward to continuing business with them both again in the future.

Just wanted you to know since I can't tell you I got all the lugs loose in a matter of minutes in my driveway had I had jackstands with me I could have rotated them. A 4 way and some strong arms and true mechanic skills come in handy. I've Bullitt 11 jeeps I've rotated those tire a million times and wish I have my stuff here to do it with glad I was charged nothing but some learning needs done

Dave is very friendly and accommodating. He gave me a time and the work was done efficiently and correctly. Tire prices are better here than at any other place I've looked in Florence. The waiting area could stand an improvement (my only complaint).

Ive gotten my oil change here for the second time and I must say I REALLY love the honestly and caring about Dave. His team an work; they are GREAT! Any questions I ask he solve them. Haven't been to this place in years but I am so glad I gave this place another shot!! I met an incredible human being by the name of Tyrone. Guys I promise you to anyone reading this comment this is your mechanic this guy knowledge is unmatched in his field. He went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. Amazing place but this guy makes it even more special. I can finally say my car has a home.

Recently had a brake job done on my CX5 here. Had noise issue afterwards. Came back and had the pleasure of meeting the new manager Ken. He listened to my concerns and knew exactly what the problem was. Told me they would make sure everything was taken care of. Employee Don checked the brakes. They replaced some things and now everything is great! I couldn t ask for any better service!!! Have been a customer since 2017 and definitely will continue to be. Thanks Ken and Don! You guys were awesome!!!

This business Florence SC, on W. Palmetto St. was open on the 4th, which was awesome, So I came to have 2 tires mounted and balance, which I had my own used tires, so the representative asked me have ever been here before and answered no, and then he said we don't mount customer's provided used cars, because of company policy. I really think this representative didn't just to help me, for reasons unknown. If a customer signs retail agreement/service order stating customer's liability, this should take all the liability off the company, you would think!

From the time I walked in until the time I left was an amazing experience! I had an issue with my tire going flat and decided to google close tire places to have it looked at. This was my first time going to Tread Quarters and I will definitely be going back when needed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, was given proper expectations with the wait time and was provided excellent service. Dave s phenomenal customer service made time fly by while waiting on my tire repair.

Great service, reasonable price on four new tires , an alignment and a rear brake job on our Honda Oddysey. The store manager was very personable and helpful. The work was done relatively fast, I m glad I chose this shop to do my work. I will come back for more work when I need it.

Called in for quote for an alignment and tire installation on my 2018 f150. Had just done a lift kit so needed an alignment and had my own tires to be installed. With no hesitation at all they offered to match price of another local shop to gain my business. Great customer service and from what I can see great professional work. Highly recommend.

I called in the morning to see if there were any available appointments the day after Thanksgiving and Tyrone told me to come right in. He got my car pulled in right away. His service was amazing! I needed my brakes fixed and also new tires. Tyrone is amazing with his customer service! I will surely come back for all my vehicle needs! No questions asked.

The manager is friendly, very helpful, and awesome. The mechanic is knowledgable and not only told me what was happening with my vehicle, he showed me. I called before I went and they were able complete my work in a timely manner as well as the many other cars there even with limited staff that day! The service and options I received were timely. With the price, options, and GREAT customer service, I definitely recommend this Tread Quarters in Florence, SC. After I spend some time driving with these new brakes, I will be able to tell you if it is a 5. I already know the tire and alignment service is a 5. The service for sure is 5 star! Thank you Dave & Curtis for an awesome job!

Dave is the best ! He really took the time to help me and figure out what the issue was with my vehicle. He was patience on the phone and very personable in the shop. Other shops I spoke to were impatient and dismissive. Dave was awesome and after his service my day was on an upward swing!
