The guys at the Strickland Brothers location on Cashua St were very helpful & showed that they cared about the condition of my vehicle. They took the time to explain & suggest what I should get done to my Tahoe in addition to the oil change that I primarily went there for. They were quick for my surprise & I was in & out of there under 20 minutes. I will be going back there again in the future & will recommend friends & family to them.

I had a good experience at this place, they took care of me and my car. Thank you to the 2 gentleman Mr. Joe and Ty, they really did a great job. Although they advertised 10 minutes, I appreciate the extra time to make sure my tires and other fluids were good.

Sent my son to get an oil change and he called me about my engine being flush because it had bubbles in the cap. I agreed on the service because the Customer Service was Great and Professional and the service was a Fast Delivery.

Bring your vehicle HERE these guys will get you squared away.I went to Strickland Brothers on N Cashua Dr in Florence, SC. Store #061Mr. Joe, Ty, and James hooked me up with an oil change within 10 mins or less. They both all very professional and respectful. I would recommend them for an oil change.

I visited this past Sunday and was told the bolt on my oil pan was cross threaded, and I was sent back to the location that normally does my oil change.The bolt was removed with no problem, and I was able to personally ensure the bolt was not cross threaded.This makes it appear that the two men working Sunday just wanted to go back and sit in their truck and car like they were when I pulled in. I asked if they were open, and they said yes. So why tell me a lie to avoid doing the work.

Stopped in today for an oil change and was promptly greeted by Ty and another gentleman whom name I did not get. Although they were servicing another vehicle, they both made sure I was aware that they knew I was there and also came out with mini bottles of water for my wife and myself. Once I was pulled in the bay, Ty explained the different types of services they offered, as well as the cost associated with each. From the point they started, to finishing, it may have taken slightly more than 10 minutes, maybe. Either way, for the service rendered, professionalism and time spent, it was well worth it. I'll definitely bring the rest of my vehicles for service based on this experience. Thanks gents, much obliged.

Best customer service in Florence for oil change! They are great, specially Braxton, extremely friendly approach, honest opinion, quick service, and fair prices. I ve done my oil change here for over a year. I change my oil often since I travel between states and you won t find this quality of service anywhere in town!!!
