It was not a good one. I waited about 45 minutes to an hour before I was waited on. When one of the employees came to the counter did not state "Is someone waiting on you nor how may I help you" NO! COURTESY at all. When I was about to ask for someone in that department she cut me off and stated I'll get somebody. That person never showed up. Then a few minutes later the young lady from the counter where the ID's is taken came over to the Tire Department I was about to ask her she to stated I'LL get someone and again Know one came. When the one person that was actually working in the department did come to the register he than waited on me. He was very nice, polite, responsible and patient. He was taking orders for tires, putting the tires on and giving receipts to the customers with a courtesy and a smile.

After 15 minutes of listening to the employees complain about having customers, I waited 4hrs for 2 tires that I had already special ordered to be put on - only to be told the work could not be done because they couldn't get the lugs off. The other company I took it to was able to get the lugs off in 30 seconds. Do not take your car here EVER!

Apparently everyone that was scheduled to open at 8am called in to be late/off. Opening time was pushed back to 11am, but no change made on the website to reflect this problem.

Great quality and price. Service is very slow it's best to shop slowly while they are working.

I am member of Sam Club. I was looking for Microsoft Office 2019 or 2016 and they do not have any information at all.
