Great experience! Javier is a good employee to deal with! Very professional and polite! The manger is wonderful as well! They got me in and out! I highly recommend them! This is GOOD customer service at its finest!!

My experience was simply beautiful. The staff was very kind and attentive especially Javier. He really is a remarkable and hard working young man.Abby and Teresa were also attentive as well.They were all quiet knowledgeable and professional.

Had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. However, I would have love to have known whether my tires were aligned after being installed without having to ask. I will have to return to have them aligned because it was close to closing so I must come back to have them aligned. Thanks to Abby for keeping me posted every step of the way!

Been wheeling and dealing with RNR since 2017 when it came to Florence SC. I can always depend on them for my tire & rim needs. They offer financing also. Highly recommend!!!

I brought rims and tires from here In April. And I thought this was great. But I brought a second pair in July for my son and why did the rim a ND tire pop off of his car. He could of been hurt but thank God. I had the car towed to this place on 8/23 and guess what as of today still there. The store manager Hector is rude as a store mgr . The corporate office no better you can't contact them... I have more coming. This is a picture of the store mgr that wanted to say my son hit something. Now if this was another way Round he would act up if it was his. Child

I give this company because they can not fix anything and they will lie to you about there tires and rim they will sell you use tires and rims and know that the rims and tires are no good. Then when you take it back to be fix they mess the rim up more than what it been. I give this company a 0 star they can't fix anything they sell and the managers are all lira. Do not go there to this place in Florence, SC

Excellent customer service. Very warm and welcoming environment. Very clean. Instructions was explained. Technician and Management was very kind and patient. Your salesperson (Stephanie) was the best. I called and told her what my situation was and she told me to come on in and she will take care of me. She was there to greet me when I arrived and walked me through the entire process.

I can t say enough about this great group of men! We came down on a 21st birthday beach trip and ended up having tire issues along the way! With the doors closing and no where else in town wanting to even help, these men jumped up and had us read to get back on the road! Short wait, and great prices! Thank you RNR!!

Javier is his name, very professional,great attitude, he really knows what he is doing.Thanks to the manager, taking care of what the assistant manager Jake made a bad experience. He, Jake basically called my husband and I a liar, offered us ($20) dollars, and immediately tried to send us away with damage goods. Beware of Jake!!!We my husband and I took pictures before the incident, for another reason, we had proof.We are returning customers, and like doing business with RNR.This is for you Javier, you are the five star, I hope to see you on commercials for RNR, management material, yes, you are. Go Javier!!!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this great location. I was in need of a rear right tire for my car. I tried one tire store in the town I live in. No such luck with the size I needed. I then reached out to RNR. After all, I purchased the tires and wheels from the Myrtle Beach location a little more than a year ago. This Florence location just might have it.I called them up after a quick Google search. My call was answered promptly by who I think was Major. I told him what I needed and he placed me on a brief hold. Stephanie picked up the line and confirmed the size tire I needed. She came back to the line and gave me the good news that the tire was in stock. I asked if I could get the tire the same day. She said I could and informed me of the operating hours. I told her I would be there in 30 minutes. She was fine with that and advised me to ask for her upon my arrival.When I arrived at the location, which was easy to find, I was greeted as soon as I was in the store. "Welcome to RNR!" Now, if I can be honest, there are establishments that welcome you but the energy doesn't sound nor does the atmosphere feel welcoming. Not this crew. They were every bit as energetic as they sounded. I asked for Stephanie as she directed me to do once I got there. Stephanie immediately noticed my Marine Corps hat and told me that her father was also a Marine. Stephanie and I were buds from that moment until the time I left. I wasn't Stephanie's only customer. But she made me feel like I was.In a society where customer service seems to be anemic, Stephanie and RNR Florence have resuscitated genuinely good customer service. As a customer, she made my day. I left there feeling better than when I arrived. Thank you!

Choosing RNR tire express was the best decision I've made..Javier was excellent! I really appreciate his expertise and timely manner which he got my tires in that I wanted..he communicated well with phone calls and texts .he kept me informed.. he's the man! Thanks Javier!

Staff are very friendly,knowable to the customers needs and concerns.with there need of tires and rims,also they have used tire packages that can fit those who like to do cash and carry,or just a cheaper way to get there tire needs on there $needs .I am a 2x buyer with them.Also 6 months ago I last my father to cancer,and the Manager help me not get behind on my payment,to me that alone said a lot about customer service there.

Was supposed to get an alignment the day i got tires put on and they didn't. Tires now have inner wear and when i got the alignment, they didn't do the whole alignment cause i had to take it to Honda. One front was 26� in or out and one back tire was either in or out don't remember what honda told me. Hoping to get the tires replaced under warranty.

RNR Tire Express is definitely the place to go when you need tires or rims. I bought a set of rims and tires in the past and just recently bought new set of tires with no problem. I truly recommend RNR

Had to take a quick moment out to shout out and commend, Mr. Hector ! Stellar customer service and straight to business.As soon as came through the door, he acknowledged me 1st chance he had, within seconds, all while still ensuring to provide attention to the customer he was with.It automatically made me feel valued, and felt as if he was sincere. (He was!)Immediately following closing out with that customer / transaction - he was on my request. What we needed they didn't have in stock, but he already knew who to call and once discussing the options, he was on the phone ready to coordinate and have what we needed there in a matter of minutes, reasonably.We ended up not shopping today, with RNR, due to time constraints (on our part) but with the positive experience and great customer service Mr. Hector provided - we'd definitely return and am recommending RNR to others.Appreciate that respect and positive experience, Sir. It made our rough day a bit easier and more pleasant.

I had a great experience at RNR of Florence! Rosa was definitely a great help! I love her customer service it was a pleasure working with her!! And their service is quick! If you re looking for tires or rim or both i highly recommend RNR tire of Florence!!!
