I rate Quality Tires a 10 because I was very satisfied of how the Staff Josh took control of servicing my vehicle. I will be back next month to get more tires..GREAT JOB JOSH

Love this place, knew I should have just gone here first. After 3 other stops looking for a tire I finally was able to get one at Quality Tire. These guys are about as genuine and helpful as they come.

I bought my four tires for my S80 Volvo there and I get them rotated for free every 5000 miles. Have one problem with the right rear which constantly leaks and it's been taken apart and put back together again even with a new stem and it still has a leak definitely think it's got something to do with the rim. Service is always good. It's always good to stop by and see the guys.

I called and they put me on hold (laid the phone on the counter) for 15 minutes as I listened to them and other customers telling jokes about their personal lives. Yep I finally hung up.

I've been going to quality tire for yrs, their honoring of the care of new tires can't be beat. Best tire shop in Florence. The tire technicians care for your vehicle as if it were their own, and as I've seen they are the best in Florence. Impeccable service ALWAYS.

I have been going to this place for about 4 years now and I have to say it is the best around the Florence area! They offer the BEST PRICE AND THE BEST QUALITY TIRES (no pun intended). Teresa and the staff HAVE ALWAYS been so very helpful in standing behind their products and work. I can remember on many occasions going in the shop at last minute needing a tire plugged and not having any problems at all with them trying to sell me another tire or some ridiculious line about the tire not being able to be plugged. I have also gone up there many times in a hurry or last minute needing my tires rotated and not having to wait forever which is GREAT. The staff at Quality Tire have not only taken care of my Tahoe as far as tires they have replaced brake pads for me much cheaper than anywhere else would have and stood behind their work. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE in THE PEEDEE AREA! THANKS QUALITY TIRE!

This place has always had a skeevie feel to it, yet the tire prices have always been good. Yesterday I discovered why it's skeevie.Apparently management has a policy where they are not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle while it's in their care. For example, broken lug bolts.Yesterday I dropped off the car for two new tires. This involved moving some around and checking a pressure sensor. I told them I'd like to pick it up at 1:00. Sometime that morning I got a call that all was well and it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at 1:15 or so I was told that the technician had broken a lug bolt during installation, but it was ok, I could ride on 4 lug bolts. Every place I've ever done business with would have replaced the lug bolt while the tire was off the car, since it doesn't take very long to put a new bolt on. These people did not AND they told me if I wanted it replaced I'd have to provide the part and pay 35.00 in labor to do so. What? Sounds like they've put a policy in place that allows their people to do sloppy work with a side benefit of being able to pad the bill.The people on staff wouldn't budge from the stance and told me "If I didn't like it I could call the owner later". So later I did, twice. The first time she was with a customer, and the second time she wasn't in either and when I told them who I was magically she appeared. She explained to me that I should have spoken with her before making a decision about their skeevie service. (I guess the way to get good customer service here is to complain loudly to the owner, otherwise you are SOL)She further explained that they don't stock the parts to repair cars like that. Fine, but I know that auto parts stores can deliver during the day and that two auto parts stores are within 2 minutes drive time of this location. Either way they could have replaced the bolt while it was on the lift.Based on the damage, there is no way of telling if the bolt was damaged going on or coming off. It's not an old car, so it's not likely it was broken coming off. It's way more likely that the bolt was sheared off going back on because the torque on the impact wrench was set to high. Also a failure to inform me of the damage when they called is another gaffe. I might have reacted differently had I been notified before arriving to pick up. They didn't even have the courtesy to give me the option of having it fixed (within the bounds of their own policy) while it was on the lift and the tire off and thus save on the labor costs. They also wanted ME to go and buy the part and bring it to them so they could install it.Bottom line is that Quality Tire is negligent, lazy, and has policies in place to cover those two attributes when it comes back to bite them. I'd avoid this place.
