Starter went out on my Jeep, my extended warranty sent me to Precision and were charging me crazy deductibles back to back. Spoke to the shop directly to find out it would be a lot cheaper to just fix the issue outta pocket! Saved me about $600. I will honestly say they are very nice and knowledgeable. Got me up and running in a few hours! I definitely recommend for small repairs!

I would like to thank everyone at Precision. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. I was referred to them by Geico when my car broke down on I-95. I had to get towed to the shop, 7 hours from home. I was able to go online and schedule an appointment while waiting for the tow truck. They got me in, figured out where my car was leaking oil from, order the parts and fixed my car in several hours. I made it home safely thanks to them. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.Again thank you!Ron. From Tampa.

I did everything the shop asked me to do.I was meet with misleading information, was told wrong information, lied to about what was done and what they couldn t do, and had to get towed, because of poor work done.I reached out a week ago about the problems I have and have not gotten a response. I ve called multiple times.

Ok, honestly speaking. It was more good than bad. Nevertheless, the bad must be addressed. The service Precision Tune provided for me was a bit expensive for that type of job. Note that I did shop around for price comparison. Now, here's the twist! Three out of four I searched price range was $400-500/575. You're asking why didn't chose one of the three? Three reasons. Two had to order, one was booked for the day and the main thing was the service needed to be done ASAP. Enter Precision Tune. Service could be done when I arrive. Didn't have to order, they have the part. Total $785.00.Now, what really surprised me was the time it took to complete the service. One hour and fifteen minutes. I'm truly going to hold them to their warranty!!

This place is great. They replaced my whole front end. The prices were cheaper than anyone around. Their parts are cheaper than the car part stores. My car is running so good now. My engine blew. Precision Auto Tune "Charlie" found an engine with very little miles on it for less than I had expected. They were very kind to talk to, and when I was stressed, they were there to support me through the process. Now my car runs like new and I didn't have to pay an overly expensive bill. I would hands down recommend them to anyone, and they will be my main auto shop to go to for repairs and maintenance. Thank you, Precision, and God bless.

I didn t used them but I was considering them. When the man got on the phone he had a nasty attitude and when I told him I got a diagnostics Saturday. He flew into a rage and say it doesn t matter what the other mechanic said his diagnostics will cost me $150 an hour for three weeks I m a female but anybody know you don t take 3 weeks to do no diagnostics so I gave him a zero and I told him I wouldn t be bringing my car to him ladies don t use this service

I've taken my Jeep to Precision several times now. They are quick to diagnose, easy to work with, and always do such a great job. Went for a routine oil change and they charged me $120-something for an oil leak diagnostic that turned out to be unfounded. With the oil change and diagnostic, I paid over $200. To be fair, they did ask me if I wanted to proceed with the diagnostic. I agreed to do the diagnostic because I was desperate. They said the oil was almost empty. I have a sick dad that I've been transporting him hours away for cancer treatments every week. I have to have reliable transportation and the idea of blowing my engine due to an oil leak while traveling on busy interstates scared me into trusting them instead of waiting to get an appointment with my regular mechanic. Plus, the young man at the front desk (son of the owner) seemed compassionate when I told him my situation. He said he'd gone through a similar ordeal with his granddad so I let down my guard. Then, they told me that they spotted a leak in the rear main valve and fixing it would be over 1500. I declined that service and I took the estimate to my regular mechanic the next week. (He does not do oil changes anymore due to his high demand which is why I went to Precision Tune i the first place. The Precision Tune I used to go to in NC was excellent and this shop had overall good reviews so I gave them a chance...even though their prices are higher than NC for some reason) Anyway, my mechanic told me that the make/model of my car doesn't even have the valve they mentioned in the estimate. He found no leak but encouraged me to check my oil daily. I've probably gotten more than 500 miles on my car since that oil change. Still full of oil. My mechanic also showed me where to put some cardboard under my car while parked and to check it for leaks. Did that for a couple weeks. Not one drop. So riddle me this? My last oil change was done at a little bit under 2000 miles. (I'm fanatical about maintenance.) They said it was almost completely out of oil. After driving 500 - 600 miles if there was really a leak that warranted $1500 worth of work, shouldn't I have seen some leaking by now,? I'm disappointed and I won't go back. A couple things I remember: The son's vibe seemed really kind and friendly. The dad's vibe was fairly cordial but when I ask for a printout of the estimate, there was something cold about the tone he used when he told me that it was on the receipt. I also noticed that when the mechanic brought my keys back and reached them through thst little window, I spoke to him and he just looked "through" me without speaking. It just felt weird and I had a sixth sense something was off. I'm not sure why this misdiagnosis happened. I have no evidence that it was intentional or just a fluke. Maybe my filter wasn't on right and it WAS leaking. This CAN happen. However, when my mechanic pointed out that the valve they mentioned in the estimate doesn't exist in my car, I got suspicious. Since they seem to have pretty good ratings overall, some people have obviously had a good experience. I did not and I would advise anybody, especially a woman bringing her car in for an oil change by herself, to pull out that dipstick and check your oil kevels while your car is cold before you bring it in. I come from a long line of car savvy men and should have known better, but the stress of all I am going through got the better of me and ended up costing me money I could have used for groceries, gas, a bill, etc. Be more careful than I was. I rate them 2 stars instead of 1 because I can't prove or disprove the loose oil filter theory but there is no excuse for the estimate not even referencing a valve that my car actually has. That too coul be a mistake but I have to trust my gut under these circumstances and not return.

I've gone to these guys twice now for an oil change and they do a fantastic job in a timely matter at a decent price. It is a first come first serve and I get in and out within an hour and a half. If there are other concerns with my vehicle they let me know and don't get pushy about letting them do it.I appreciate the team and the reception for their friendliness and professionalism. Excellent, friendly, professional service! I took my Suzuki SX4 there to get my AC repaired, brakes serviced, an oil service, front end alignment and tires rotated. Awesome service all the way around with everything completed perfectly with fair prices. AC working like new and my car drives great! Thank You! I ll definitely be back!

We were referred to this place by our warranty. We were not sure at first, but the guys have been nothing but great to us through weird car problems. We appreciate Allen for being professional and kind while dealing with a Mini and with warranty company.

I had to take my car back to them 3 times. Originally the brakes and rotors were supposed to be replaced. They were not. I took it back to them, they only turned the rotors. You could tell they rotors hadn't been replaced because they were rusty. The 3rd time I went they actually replaced the rotors. I could tell the difference right away, as the rotors were shiny! I will never take my car for service there again.

Very friendly workers. Oil change was pretty quick, but a little on the pricey side. They do have a clean waiting area with a TV and coffee maker.

This has been a great place to visit. The staff is so polite. The mechanics are kind and experienced. When coupons are offered there is no push back given. The suggestions made for new service and maintenance are timely and helpful towards proper upkeep and issue prevention.Often times you visit maintenance shops and dread whether the service rendered is more harmful than good. It is refreshing to know that there is a local franchise location that yields excellent service to all patrons.Thank you Precision Tune for all you do!With special regards to Allen Cox and the staff!

I reviewed this place 2 months ago as being great but i was wrong. I purchased a card 12/23/2020 as an early Christmas gift to my self. Took the car with a due bill to them and the issue has not been solved yet!! I work two jobs and can t afford to have my car in the shop every 30 days for an issues that should have been fixed the first time. Highly disappointed and wish i would have went elsewhere to begin with. They re costing me time and money when my car could have just been fixed right the first time instead of trying to get over on me and the car dealership.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I was out of town over 800 miles away. They were open and available when many other businesses were not. They were friendly, courteous, truthful and honest. Very willing to go the extra mile to help me. Fixed my vehicle fast and cheap, with a smile. We need more businesses to be ran like this. An absolute wonderful experience that helped fix a bad luck situation. THANKS!!!

This place charged my grandmother $1,700 for spark plugs and brakes. She came in and was told the work would be $700 and once they were done, the value jumped up an extra $1000. She disputed the cost and they brought it down to $1400. Feeling taken advantaged of, she reported the issue and was called multiple times from a personal number saying that it was too late . So they up charge senior citizens and harass them when the issue is brought to light. Looking through the reviews it looks like this establishment has a history of taking advantage of people. I literally went back 5 years in the reviews to see a trend of dishonest and manipulative service provided. Please check the reviews before coming to this place. They will up charge you and if you get upset, they re liable to call and harass you for not just shutting up and paying the bill. I also have reason to believe this place is sexist and targets women when given flawed cost estimates. Out of the 29 negative reviews I ve seen and taken screen shots of, 26 were from women. So if I came in for service, a male, I would likely get a different quote than the woman who came in with the same issues? Add in the fact that the woman maybe 70 + years of age. So instead of being decent citizens, these people are liable come off as if they re targeting her cause of her gender and age? This is ridiculous. As an Army veteran of 12 years, who is still serving, I am highly disappointed and disgusted my grandmother had to experience this.

I gave them Five stars yes.. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They got me in got me right got me out and riding right.. They even called a few days later to make sure everything they did was ok.. just like we need good doctor our cars do too.. this is the place to take your vehicle. PS. I'm not one to write a review but they did an amazing job..

Fixed the issue we had BUT along with an additional 4 hour wait which was understandable they left things unplugged under the hood and plastic under the hood which caused my vehicle to smoke. So make sure you pay close attention to your car when embarking on a cross state drive after leaving here. Customer service was decent.
