I had an issue with my Box Truck roll up door for a year. I carried it to Poston's, and they fixed it quickly. I wish I had known about them sooner.

This was the first time I used these fine people, week of Nov 17-19. I have a personal enclosed trailer that needed ramp door work on it. They treated me more that fairly, with the utmost respect, and manners. The price was well below what I figured ti might be. Rusty explained everything to me and when I went to get it on the 19th, he even gave me a lunch that they had bought for the workers(they had bought extra he said). Yes, I HIGHLY recommend these folks.

Don't use these people. My husband just had his truck there a few months back with a leak in trailer. He paid $2100 to have it repaired and still leaking. Not only that it took 3 weeks to get done.Now it's leaking again and he is out there as I'm typing this trying to fix it himself. All these repair shops screw these Truckers out there money only to have to pay someone else to fix something that should've been done. My husband has done business with Poston for years but won't take it back because he has to get back to work. I'd take to civil court,lucky they aren't dealing with me.0 if they had that option. Don't waist your money or time.

Extremely horrible place to do business! Dont waste your time or your money! No customer service, prejudiced people and they are rude as hell especially to good upstanding citizens just trying to take care of business! Go someplace else if you are looking for a fair price and people that treat you like you matter!!

Great place to get any service. From the moment I made contact with the shop and the speedy service both on the side of the highway and at their shop. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. If I ever need repairs again in the are that will be the first shop I call for help. Thanks again for getting me on the road fast.

This place absolutely deserves no stars. They are horrible in customer service and have horrible prices. To top everything off this place racially profiles and treats their customers with no respect . I will not and would never recommend this place to anyone. It s disgusting to say but so true and people need to be made aware so they don t go through this horrible service as well.

Absolutely great service at a great price. We do work for them and them for us. And they do very good trustworthy work. Anything on a trailer needed repaired. Take it to them and consider it done.

This place is awesome and prices are very reasonable.The owner is a great guy!I've been broke down twice in florence with my trailer and both times the owner Rusty has taken well care of me and got me back on the road quickly!whenever Jordan Transport LLC is in town and need help I will always go to Poston's trailer repair

Very rude and SCAM ARTIST cheat you on labor prices and parts found this place on the internet was in need to get my trailer air lines fixed I called ahead they told me to come ASAP I came within the hr around 2 they didn t get me until 445 then they didn t finish til around 8 just to change the trailer lines then proceeded to charge me after labor fees without letting me kno before hand they close at 5pm and they charge after hrs fees no they made sit nd wait to scam me you have to be careful where you bring your equipment but long story short that s why it s good to read the reviews before you go somewhere

The worst experience of my life don t go to this place they will SCAM you out of money it s a nasty place it s just a garage turn into a shed dust dirt people who do bare min work on your truck avoid at all cost no lies all facts I pulled in at 430 pm est to get my right rear axle airbag fixed they fixed it (not hard to put a airbag on in a shop)then the lady calls me I forgot her name just look for the lil fat lady with the mustache then the owner Russ comes in we have conversations everything is going good they wouldn t give me the receipt unless I paid them I said ok can I just look over the receipt they gave it to me to my surprise they charged me after hr labor fees now I would not had a problem paying that if they let me know after five o clock pm we charge you after hrs no they snuck it on the bill then proceed tell me I have to pay cash I told them I have no cash it was credit from the beginning the lady called the cops behind my back I really didn t care I explained everything to the officer he said this isn t his first time out here they always over charge people or don t fix the problem and call the police because it becomes a civil issue long story short for the air bag labor 500$ he refused my credit card so I had to pay cash just a warning for everyone out there AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COST Horrible everything about was just a horrible terrify experience the customer service was very rude and nasty!!! It just a dirty old run down shop a moms and pops shed They fixed a brake chamber on my trailer and didn t put it on right before I get into North Carolina all the air was leaking out so had to go to t.a and spend more money because I refused to go back there.

This company has extremely inadequate customer service if you can even call it customer service. I guess they have never heard the term the customer is always right? I personally work in customer service and would never treat someone the way I was treated here. They over charged for work that was not properly done. When I brought it to their attention they ignored me and proceeded to be extremely rude. I will not be returning.
