My husband and I own a small freight hauling business with one truck and he broke down in Florence, SC, several hours from home and with a load on the truck. These guys were wonderful. They gave him a ride to and from the hotel he was staying at while they fixed the truck. They did a great job and got him back on the road ASAP. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Kept truck for over a month. If you like paying for parts and labor but not having your truck fixed please send to this shop. They kept my truck for around a month. After pulling truck the next shop had the truck fixed in less than a day. You will pay the cost for their inexperience or lack of capability to fix things.

As with any repair shop a customer should never be taken advantage of. All we expect is for diligent honest work and have some initiative when diagnosing and repairing trucks. These mechanics work in a very hot humid garage ... maybe the heat, and I expected better. Put it this way..when you order steak medium rare and it comes to the table well done is what I experienced here.

We brought our RV in for an oil change and to fix the seat that wasn t moving. They ended up finding a broken generator they claimed had a damaged radiator from a freeze. They bought parts and wanted to charge me but decided they didn t want to repair it. The bill was over $800 which I questioned but no one would speak to me. I took it to a Cummins dealer and it turns out all that was wrong were a few leaky hoses. Needless to say, I won t be back.

These guys are AWESOME! They dropped what they were doing to help get me going and were MORE than reasonable on the cost. I cannot give a higher recommendation for a company to do repair work. They are honest, friendly and very knowledgable.

Reckless endangerment of a child by one of their truck drivers is my first experience with Palmetto. This morning I was tailgated for over a mile by one of their service trucks, then cut off at high speed while their driver feigned to sideswipe me. Thank you for attempting to terrorize my wife and 6 month old daughter, great job guys.

Pretty good job ... 9K later then one day later truck was back down due to an issue on their part. I was charged another $900 to fix their error. That is so not how you back your work...don't think I'll return there on that

After over 3 week that my truck sat at Truck Service of Florence SC,I had it towed to Palmetto Diesel to have my engine rebuild. They did a great job and it only really too them 2 week.Service was great

Told me I had air in coolant line after injector and valve adjustment. Bleed system and topped off coolant.
