Terrible customer service. Walked inside and the employees didn't even look up to say anything.. Went to the counter and the employees both in their phone, the employee who helped me just looked up at me waiting for me to say what I needed without saying how may I help you or anything. After buying a gas cap I asked a simple question. Can I attach the cord from the old gas cap to the new one? he didn't even know the answer, or wanted to help.

I love coming to O Reillys they give exceptional service they go out and beyond their customer service to make sure their customers are happy not only are they a customer service but they turn into mechanics I love them

Was told to bring in for a replacement for their mistake and then charged, given a different brand and lost my lifetime warranty on part and they would nit make it right

Just a heads up but your light pole beside your building has been knocked down and some type of alarm is beeping. Myself I'm just taking a nap here. Pls check your cameras as well. Stay safe

Stopped at O'reilly's for oil for my car. They helped me with what type I needed and put it in the car for me. They were very knowledgeable of the different oil types.
