This is a great place to get parts. I got auto fuses and they installed the windshield wipers. Kenn was extra helpful with a problem I had with a cord for a 12-volt refrigerator and saved the day. He went above and beyond. Also helped me diagnose a problem with Prius headlights. He had some in stock and others available Monday. It was nice to ask which is better? Is it worth waiting? He used his knowledge to steer to the ones I'll wait for. I like someone to use their knowledge to help me choose. So for old-fashioned friendly service by knowledgeable people who listen, this is the place,

This location can be very hit or miss. Tonight I went in and walked up and down every aisle. Looking for some thing. Only to find that it was five times the cost that it was on Amazon. No one once greeted me, spoke to me or made iContact. I just left and ordered it from Amazon from the parking lot. I much prefer to buy local, but it s tough sometimes.

Called O'Reilly's, Miss Lori answered. What an excellent phone voice and manners. I needed a check engine light read and didn't want to impose due to them maybe being busy. No worries! She made me feel quite comfortable and encouraged me to come down, and I did :-)Got onsite and introduced myself to her, she turned me onto Nicholas who immediately got the equipment and read the code.I have an O'Reilly's card. I shop O'Reilly's. Freindly service like this seems to be what I find quite often in their stores. Lori and Nicholas are solid evidence of that.Thank you both! And Thank you O'Reilly's!

I had a check engine light on my car. I stop by Napa they couldn t help me so I went to O Reilly as soon as I walked in. I discuss the problem with Payton for maybe 10 seconds he immediately went out to the car tested it with his diagnostic tool which revealed the problem with the spark plug wire had the part all fixed and on my way what a fantastic employee I would never get rid of this guy he made everything so quick and painless

I overfilled my oil during my 20 hour road trip and Nick helped me drain my oil, and showed me how to check it to be sure I don t overfill it again. I don t know what I would have done without his generosity and excellent customer service! Amazing job and thanks again, Nick!

When we stopped at this store on our way from MA to FL for vacation, Chandler went above and beyond to help us with a check engine light and rough idle. He helped us find the problem, offered to try the cheaper solution first, and even installed the new part for us so that were able to continue our road trip with only a one-hour delay. We're so very grateful! --Happy customers with 4 young kids

Bought a car battery. Clerk got me a good price BUT The install did not go well. Tech stripped and broke off one of the bolts used to stabilize it. Handed me the other bolt and stabilizer bar and told me I needed a new bolt and to get the broken piece out of the frame. Not happy about that.

Very helpful management and staff. Was having trouble getting my car started, stopped by to get my battery tested. It tested as not having any issues, as did alternator so I caulked it up to just left something on, but the manager told me if it happens again to come back and see him and he would replace the battery. Then a week later I had problems again but it didn't seem to be the battery outright, but a fuel problem. Not having time I delt with the slow starts, until it made me late to work. I returned to this location and another manager was there and he tested my battery again, this time it tested bad, he replaced the battery outright and all my issues were resolved.Good customer service.

Big sign in the store stating they check the code for the "check engine" light. I waited in line for 20 minutes for the employee to tell me the device is broken. If it's broken take the sign down

Hey!!! OK I'm big on Google reviews and I went into the store and was happily greated by Deanna, I told her what I needed she got me the price and had it in stock. She even assisted me with which part it was and its location on the car "ac relay" with help through Steve. Another local store Advance Auto Parts tried to sell me the part for $58.99. They had the same part for less then $20 our the door. She was very honest and helpful. I appreciate the honesty and help. Its the little things that make a difference in ones day and we still have honest helpful people in the world. Thanks Deanna!!!!!!

I've been here several times for different reasons. Always have encountered helpful and friendly staff.My most recent encounter with them was to replace a headlight. They found the correct headlight and installed it for me to show me how it's done with the vehicle since I was unfamiliar with it. Will always recommend them.

Chandler the assistant manger is one of the most hardest working employees. He is the kindest person and helped me find what I was looking for so quickly! He was dealing with me and getting the phone and was so polite the whole time!

I d all but given up dealing with any local auto parts store due to the rudeness that seems to run with most of their employees these days . Micheal Maxey at this store was just awesome , polite , and very helpful! This will be my auto parts store for anything in the future. Thank you Micheal for your help yesterday!!

Stood there for 4 minutes, 5 people are working, I know 4 of them saw me. I asked what I neeed. He pointed out another employee that was stocking cases of oil. He walked passed me and on the third walk by I left. I'll take my business somewhere they want it.

I usually receive great customer service at the Florence, SC Palmetto Street location. Ken was not welcoming! He appeared to be bothered when my 12 year old nephew, on his own, asked him for assistance to install a rear wiper blade on his mother's truck. Hopefully, he has a better Sunday night.

They where helpful in helping me find the parts I needed. The last time I went it was an urgent situation and they didn't have the part. They searched there other locations and when that fell through they helped me find it at another distributor. That's great service

Came in today for a part since Napa couldn't get it for two months or more and was told they would not price match since napa didn't have it. Went to advanced and they priced matched no problem. I guess I now know why the parking lot is always empty.

We were driving from Raleigh, NC to Miami FL....And we had only gotten two hours away, to Florence, SC, and our Honda Odyssey started acting a little rough and the check engine light started blinking, so I pulled off and exited at Florence and we found an O Reilly Auto Parts that was open until 10 PM, and I walked in there at about 9:45 PM. A super nice dude came outside in the cold and connected their device that reads the check engine codes from your vehicles computer And he told me what it was, and he also cleared out the code so the light would go off and hopefully the engine would fix itself I am not a mechanic at all, to any degree So having peace of mind while driving on the road for 12 straight hours, was a huge help and blessing to me When we get down to Miami we will take it to a shop to have the spark plug issue fixed, but it was helpful and reassuring just to know that it was OK and safe to drive on and not something that s going to blow your engine up. The receipt from the store has the name Michael on it But I m not positive that that was the guys name that helped me I can t rememberTHANKS O REILY!!!!
