Couldn t have asked for better service for installing a subwoofer and amp. Friendly staff with extensive knowledge about the products they offer. They won t try to upsell you and their quality is top notch!

Worst Customer Service i ever seen. Don t want to install on my vehicle because i won t purchase a system from them. Said if someone comes in after me and purchase products from them and they will install on their vehicle first. I don t recommend them

DO NOT GO TO NORTONS CAR STEERO!! I bought this piece from them and it s missing 5 wires. He charged me $33 dollars for this piece, and it will plug up to my radio but all the functions does not work due to missing wires. If you need your radio or speakers hooked up go to Black Optic Tint for a reasonable price. The bald white guy with glasses has horrible customer service and he probably owns it I dont see how they are still open! I went and reordered the parts I need and I only spent $17.99 on amazon. Stop giving Norton your money, THANK YOUU .

Do not get audio installed here I have seen time after time people get really bad installations here. My buddy told me his system went out that was installed here and I noticed it didn t have power to the amps which by the way the z stat amps run 8 guage power wire. To really push power you need 4 guage to 0 guage wire which is a thicker wire can carry the proper amount of current safely and more efficiently. This thin wire easily overheats and can cause a fire. I am submitting a picture of the burnt fuse block as a result of a bad installation which caused the amp to not work as the wire overheated and it burned through the wire coating and through the fuse block . Please do not get your stuff installed here. They will overcharge you for a rebranded Chinese sub and amp and they always use prefab boxes which do not do any justice to any subs power. A custom box tuned to the airspace of the vehicle and tuned according to your sub will blow the prefabs that they sell out of the water. With all being said please take consideration with doing business with them, they seem to be nice people but I have not been impressed by a single instillation that I have seen from them and they have turned into major fire hazards for many of my buddies vehicles. I will be attaching a picture of a burnt fuse block and power wire that was in my buddies vehicle that they installed.

Ruined my amp then try to say it was already broke before I brought it in took it home and got it set up myself amp wasn t even broke tried to sell me one for an outrageous price so not recommended if you can go somewhere else

Great service and excellent install. I've had a navigation head unit and remote start installed in two different vehicles. Both worked flawlessly and we're much better than the junk I've bought online or in a box box store. I would definitely recommend Notions.

I very highly recommend over anyone .I was turned away from other installers telling me the radio wouldn't fit my truck. My first positive impression was I wasn't ask what radio do I want or how much are you willing to spend Instead I was asked what features are you looking for Turns out the radio that no one could install just required cutting a non structured piece of plastic, they went the extra mile, and the finished job looked like it came from factory. Don't waste time go straight to NORTON STEREO

My experiences working with the owner so far has been great. He was kind enough to answer questions and honest enough to give me the answers (even things I didn't want to hear about my vehicle). I'll be back when the radio I need is in stock.

Went in and dropped 2200 on a radio, amp, box, two subs, and 4 new door speakers came out with a cracked dash from amp installation that I m sure they know they did and never told me about and a broken panel for the window and door lock again not told about. also the two speakers in the rear doors lasted about 3 months before they blew .

I just called this place to ask them to help me out with my noise cancellation. He was really nice until he asked if I needed to purchase a system also. Once I said no he tells me that I could bring it but they probably could not get to it because they are busy installing for customers that purchase from them!? Really!

They are very fast talkers , they don t disclose all the full information , only states what makes it sounds good ! I spent a decent amount on an new system all around (speakers, radio, amp, subwoofer) i get everything installed , i notice one of my apps aren t working that is on the radio, Sirus xm to be exact , it s blacked out , i go back to the place to ask him why isn t it working and i had sirus xm on my previous radio the app worked to find out that i had to purchase an additional piece to make it work $150 extra dollars . Also for the seller to tell me i could install the app on my phone ? l brought the radio i wanna use the apps that are on the radio , not go through my phone ? The app came preinstalled . If purchasing make sure they disclose everything !

We have been using Nortons for years! Justin and Jimmy have always kept us pleased! We recently had two vehicles done by them and as always they did a great job! Very reasonable, quality work, and professional!

Staff is very knowledgeable and help to ensure they account for the little things like ensuring they have the right adapters, especially for steering wheel controls. They finished my install ahead of the projected time. Show up bright and early to ensure you get a spot on the schedule that day!

Have warranty on a speaker that I brought... mind you i spent over $800 with this company... Anyways I have warranty and they told me that the warranty would last a year, but unfortunately I went back there and they told me that the speaker had a lot of internal damage which I didn't do... Everything was installed by them and my amp went out. Now they are telling me I have to pay $129 more dollars for another speaker when my warranty isn't even up... I would advise to never go there!!!!!!!!!!! OAN: the skinny, bald headed guy is an a**, he got on the phone when i was trying to ask him a question. The other guys are ok, but him he personally needs an reality check or at lease quit his job if he is that angry at someone and stay home

After experiencing poor, and very expensive, diagnostics, Norton Stereo was recommended to me as a likely place to fix a very annoying rattle in the inside light assembly in my car. Justin was my first contact at Norton. He was attentive, interested in what I had to say, and confident they would be able to help me. He quoted a very reasonable cost estimate. I left the car the next morning and, before my friend could get me home, Justin called to tell me the rattle was resolved. I interacted with both Justin and Jimmy, both of whom are dedicated to providing professional, competent, and experience-based service. I am convinced they will always evaluate a problem with integrity and expertise.

I will never come back to this place. My car wasn t their priority Bc I didn t buy my speakers and radio from them it s been there two days and they said they were starting on it at 8 this morning but still have yet to start. Do not recommend!!!

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if only for parts. Very dishonest. I was told that the interface i needed behind my radio would need "programming" to sync up properly. I repair electrical equipment myself and after researching and finding the truth i decided to do it myself. Took about an hour and the only programming needed was the turning of a dial. I expect a business to make money...but i also expect professionalism and honesty.

Guys I have to say for the money zstat subwoofers and amps are the best pound for pound on the market I would be willing to bet that you can't buy an amp pushing like there 500.1 and 2 12s for even close to the same amount of money and get the bass and pure sound that these products give no way I've had all the top name brands in car audio and none compare and the guys there are straight forward and know there stuff for sure. got the best sound system I've had in years and it's all thanks to Norton's!!!!!

Great range of equipment to chose from, however when I asked about installing equipment bought from somewhere else (Crutchfield) the owner was rude with his answer. Basically said people bring junk bought off the Internet, (Crutchfield is a certified seller, no junk) these days the Internet prices kill these stores, plus I have 3yr warranty on my JUNK). For business, why not just keep your opinion so I'll come back THEN look at my JUNK and decide. Still it was mainly his rude tone when he said it. No customer service skills!! So I took my business to norton columbia. Better customer service, so they'll get my business (they did my truck great few years ago but this one was closer to my residence ). Maybe he had a bad day, don't know, but good thing they aren't the only installers around. THE BALD GUY FYI

They completely ripped me off, payed $440 for horrible door speakers. The back seat you can barely hear. I went to big boy toyz in Florence on secon loop and got the best setup with subwoofers. Norton s is awful.

They would not wear masks and this was at the beginning to middle of the pandemic. The owner argued with me and talked down to me, probably because I was a woman. Their estimates didn t at all match or come close to other estimates that I had gotten.

I went into Norton on Saturday August 10 to get an Aux Input adapter for my Honda Accord. They didn't have it so instead of saying they didn't have it, they talked me into getting a FM modulator. Stated I wouldn't notice the difference. When I installed it, I noticed a huge difference as I got alternator noise and static because the radio stations in this area were overpowering the modulator. I thought I would be nice and give them feedback in person about the product. Mind you, I wasn't asking for a refund, and they tried to say it was my fault. I ended up buying the adapter from Enfig stero in NJ and installed it and am pleased with the product. Needless to say, I will never buy from Norton Stereo in Florence SC and advise you not buy there either as they do not have your best interest at heart.

I got there at 1:30, and is leaving out at 4:30 WITHOUT them even getting to my vehicle. Sat in there 3 hours and was asked to leave because they re getting ready to close. I asked if I come back the next day could I get my price knocked down a little since I traveled over 30 minutes to get here she says No it will still be the same tomorrow . Worst customer service, from sitting there that long I see they do have terrible customer service watching the other customers walk out with disappointment. Don t recommend anyone come here because they suck

If I could put lest of a star I would because the guy is very rude and very unprofessional. He doesn t have the knowledge of anything. The guy was trying to sell a wire to me for $20 that I got at bestbuy for $11 same brand. He will try to sell you over priced radios . Just look up your stuff before you go to that store

Place is full of idiots. They think prefab boxes that are tuned high sound good straight stuck in 2002....and they adjust gains by ear. Get with the times. Get a scope.

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service I ve come across in a long time. The guy wouldn t even give me time to explain what I needed before cutting me off. DEFINITELY will NOT being doing business there and wouldn t recommend anyone else either.

I just bought a 12 in rhino box yesterday because the guy that always at the front counter told me it would beat 10 times harder come to find out it doesn't and I had everything hooked up at Cliftons in hartsville I do not recommend these guys I just took a 200 loss and I can't return it because they don't do returns now for some reason complete rip off must not be making enough money
