My family was headed to the beach this past summer for a camping trip. While enroute and pulling a camper, we heard a strange noise coming from the engine compartment. After multiple stops and a few Google searches, we concluded it may be the charge air cooler.Based on what we read, we needed to act fast. We called numerous Ford dealerships, while slowly continuing our travels. As we continued to lose horsepower, we stopped and focused on how to solve this problem and to ensure damage was not done to the engine. Thankfully, the communication between the Ford dealerships in Darlington, Florence, and Myrtle Beach (we contacted all of them) was flawless and it was determined Reichenbach in Florence had the needed part! We slowly headed to Florence.That was the easy part. Where Reichenbach separated themselves from other companies is how they reacted to the situation. Knowing we had two small kids in the car, we were still hours from our destination and 5 o'clock on a Friday was fast approaching, the team at Reichenbach went to work. Between service, parts and techs it was all hands on deck. From the time we entered the lot to the time we departed; it was roughly 1 hour. The in-stock part was replaced in the parking lot via a tech that was pulled from another job.We are forever grateful to the TEAM at Mike Reichenbach, and I highly recommend you give them a try.

The salesman Erick was amazing. Didn t hassle or push to make a sale. Heard what we wanted and showed us options. Was just going in to look and bought a 2024 Bronco sport. Recommend Erick to everyone who is looking for another vehicle.

The service department personnel lack professionalism and customer service. I scheduled an appointment in advance to get my tires balanced. Btw, the set of tires and service were purchased less than 3 months prior from this dealership.I arrived promptly at my scheduled time. I received a chilly greeting from the rep. When I explained to him why I scheduled the appointment, he dismissed my concern and said "that doesn't sound like the problem, but we'll balance them. It'll cost you about $50, and it will be at least an hour and half before we get to you" I asked to see the service manager who told me "we overbooked, and there are 2 vehicles ahead of you." I scheduled the appointment to manage my time. The service manager said, "It's just like going to a doctor's appointment, you just have to wait."I asked for the customer service representative, "someone" came, he said the same and used the same simile as the service manager.The only bright spot in the entire dealership during this visit was the receptionist.This is a continuation of the behaviors I have received from this department lately.This was a negative encounter!

Excellent work on my vehicle after a deer ran into my car. They handled everything with my insurance company and provided a repair of excellent quality in the time-frame promised. I will use them again whenever I need work done on my vehicles.

Service Department is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. We had our vehicle towed over to Mike Reichenbach Ford while it was still under warranty, the service department was talking about how backed up the transmission guy was(Not My Problem I didn t think .). The vehicle (2020 Ford Explorer with 30k miles) was bought new from this dealership where they explained to me all the great service that I would get. Ford allotted us a rental car for the first 10 days that it was in shop, so I assumed that is the time that Ford thought the dealership should complete the job. At the end of this 10 days, we had to continue the rental at our own expense. We rented the car for 19 more days, then purchased a new cay for us to drive. (NOT A FORD EVER AGAIN). Getting communication from the dealership is very tough unless you just show up at shop, during my whole ordeal with this dealership I only got a couple of return phone calls from them and it was rare to get a call to them, even though most of the time my service advisor was sitting right there in front of a phone. (Can t understand that). I went over to the dealership about once a week to check on my vehicle I offered to sell the vehicle back to the dealership during this bad experience. They would not offer me anything for the vehicle until they diagnosed it(31 days just to diagnose it. After it was diagnosed I was told no offer until it was fixed. (General Manager of dealership told me this story number 2). After 63 days I finally received my truck back. I am warning anyone out there thinking of buying a new vehicle to go look elsewhere and save yourself all of the headaches that I had. Ford Motor Company should shut the doors to this place.

Where do I begin? I take an f-350 to have the motor rebuilt but was told by the shop it was just a bunch of seals. 6 months later it was done and it was $11k. I sell my camper, work trailer and motorcycle to pay it. So I fly down to South Carolina and pick it up and within 100 miles of driving the motor blows up and it cost me $1500.00 to have it towed back to Reichenbach s shop. I had to pay again for a flight back to Ohio and they called and said I needed a new motor and it would cost $18k and it didn t have anything to do with what they did. 7 months later I call them to find out what was goin on and to find out that the head guy got fired and that my truck didn t even have a work order. So for over a year I have been down a truck and have lost thousands in work not to mention the thousands payed to them or tow and flights. Well ya know now never take anything to them or buy anything from them because you will definetly lose!

Like the place and the sale manager was great but the sales guy on the floor totally made me regret buying from this dealership, first thing is he took the truck to get it filled up on gas and washed, well it came back 30 minutes later with 1/4 tank and truck was not washed at all and when I said something he responded with ohh we can t make it not have no dirt on it and said that s all the gas he could put in it. Then I asked for the keyless entry code and I get told I ll have to pay ford service to hook it up to a machine and reprogram it after paying over 50K for a F150. Ended up getting the code myself and having to wash the truck first day. Will never go back if the sale guys on the floor continue to lie and don t care after you have signed the paperwork.

My keyless fob stopped working and I called several locksmiths to get a quote, they all charged anywhere between 200.00 to 350.00 to program my fob, but Mike Reichenbach Ford was reasonable, quick and the customer service was by far excellent. I highly recommend them for all service needs!!

I receive outstanding customer service at the Ford dealership in Florence. I went in for an oil change the works. I was blown away how professional the employees were as soon as I enter the building I was approached by several employees who greeted me with a smile and asked how they could help. I was able to get several things done during my visit besides the works I was able to get one of my recalls completed. all suggested other services to my explorer to help keep it an excellent running condition. They were very knowledgeable and was never pushy. Unfortunately, I forgot the young man that assist me that day but he was absolutely awesome. He constantly kept me updated of the process of what was going on with my explore, I also noticed that the other employees seem to be happy every time you want to buy an employee they greeted you with a smile and I always ask are we doing OK? I have been a loyal Ford customer for years and if I have had work done at several dealerships in the surrounding area, but this dealership was far the best experience I ve ever had , I have decided that going forward I will be purchasing the rest of my Ford vehicle s with this dealership and my service will also be done at this dealership as well last year I purchased my Ford explore at this dealership because a coworker had a great experience here. I have now found my new home . The service was professional and outstanding I would give them 100% plus.

Called to see what the estimated wait time for a window motor repair as my window motor died and my window is completely down. When the woman answered she was very rude and short. She said they were booked out until end of September (which I understand). I asked if maybe they could cover my window with a safety film for the time being. She flat out said Nope . I said thank you only for her to reply yep and hang up. No offer to help me with my timely situation by suggesting a sister store. It is unfortunate that such bad customer service over the phone can completely turn you off from giving your business to a place. I hope they work with their auto service agents on how to help valued customers.

I was contacted about a pre-qualification offer from Capital One. I submitted my information to this dealership on Saturday. I waited a few hours for any type of information. I got an update saying the application was pending when they closed and I would know something first thing Monday Morning.I waited until 12:45 Monday morning and asked for an update from the person I was working with. I got a response at 8:02 pm on Tuesday advising they would be back in the office Wednesday morning and they would have some answers for me.It's not Thursday at 10:50am and I still have not heard from the person I was working with.Honestly if I was approved at this point I don't know if I would shop here. The lack of follow through and ownership is disheartening.

The customer service here is terrible. I recently brought a 2018 ford fiesta and there was a Crack in the windshield and Bluetooth not working. My car was suppose to be service and service man would contact me once the part in the shop. I called checked in on Feb and nothing and then I called in March and came up here twice and was advised my order was canceled and just take it to another ford but that was not the best option for me I had them re order the part it took until June for them to once again get my car in the shop for the 3rd time to do another diagnostic and this time the part came in they had my car for 3 days and never notified me the had the wrong part. I was treated so horrible when i came to pick up my car in frustration that Saturday morning i waited 3 hours with my mom for them to find my key, and then he asked me as a customer do you know where your car is, i explained i do not work here, how would i know, he then told me no need to get smart he know i do not work here but maybe i seen the car coming in. he said oh someone probaly just didnt tag the key thats why it was misplaced never apologized. I'm currently sitting at the dealership. I advised them I have brought my car up here 4 different occasion and never has been serviced for the original issue and my starter issue. I asked Mark or Matt (general manager) who was above him, he looked up the ceiling and said nobody and he never apologized for the inconvenience but told me that he is sorry I can't grasp the concept of what's going on here. I really wish I could just return the car and get my depoist back. I have never been treated so rude and unfair, just to get a car serviced and get the run around. I was told if the car is here to be scheduled for service if it's 4hrs or more I would get a rental. Now I'm being told it was waiting to be serviced but that's not what was stated.

I was very pleased with the customer service, but when it came to replacing the console; because an air freshener had melted it, I think we were charged a little too much. We ordered the replacement from ya'll, which we paid for with no complaints. My husband had inserted the new one, but had not clipped it in because he did not want to break something. I took it there to have them click it in. My husband had already reconnected all the electronics. The charge for clicking it in was above what was expected. It may have been that was just the going rate, but if that was the case, my husband should not have done anything.

My experience goes all the way back to 3/15/22, my engine light came on 3/7/22 and got an appointment, I had my vehicle towed there on 3/14 because I didn't want to take a chance on doing damage. Mark (whomever) called the next day and told me I needed a new engine, asked how long and he said there are at least 4 vehicles in front of me. I only checked in maybe once a month I was told maybe I would like to take it to where I bought it. Well to make this story shorter I didn't get my vehicle back until 9/3/22 and no need to answer my complaint with one of your auto generated replies.

They were very nice today when I had to have both my airbag modules replaced due to the recall.. It took less than an hour & 20 mins. Keith was very sweet.. I feel it will be a good place to take my Mustang for future things.. thanks guys!!

The gentleman that helped me was Reed and the experience I had was really and truly top notch. I called the day they had the vehicle I had been searching for come available online. The dealership was 3hrs from me so he understood when I made the drive I was going to want to close the deal quickly and get back on the road and head home. I arrived, he had all the paper work and the car was as he said it was from a condition standpoint. Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I experienced while there.

I had previously purchased a vehicle from here in 2021 and when it was totaled in a wreck I knew I wanted to return for my next vehicle. I had seen vehicles at other dealerships but I really wanted to deal with Mike Reichenbach Ford. My salesman, Mr. Rufus Richard was absolutely wonderful. At first we didn t see anything that would work for me, but he was determined and would not let me leave until every rock was turned over. Thank goodness I did not leave because he was able to put me in a brand new car with all the bells and whistles and the finance department was able to get me financed! This dealership has always done me right so far and I will definitely be a return customer of Mr Rufus Richard and Mike Reichenbach Ford! Thank you for making my car buying experience absolutely perfect!

My experience was good as usual. The only downfall was they put the wrong size screws back in my license plate. It took a drill to get them out. I just wished an offer was made to fix the threading that they messed up. When I returned the screws to the Collison Center, I was told they use the same screws on all vehicles.

I was never marked as a "waiting customer " when my oil change was done, because of the mistake, i waited an extra hour and fourty minutes. There were no apologies or anything. The clerk knew that i was upset. Also they never gave me the multi piont check off list either.

Brought my vehicle in for check engine light. They charged 170.00 check out fee but couldn't fix it. Said they couldn't get the parts. I went online and found brand new replacement parts. Don't worry, we won't be back.

False advertisement/Failure to honor listed price.Their website listed a price for a F-150, it showed a mark down as of Oct 26th 2022. I confirmed availability and moved forward with a hard credit pull with appointment set for that vehicle. After realizing an error on their part, the deal did not go through.As an Army Soldier stationed here at Fort Bragg, I am a firm believer in honoring a listed price. I have had to put in leave and make sure my vehicle was ready for trade in. I am highly disappointed with this dealership.Destiny and Reed was amazing to work with for that short period, I enjoyed their customer service. Definitely not mad with them, just the company itself for posting that price with price drop then not honoring their error.Now I have 2 hard credit pulls, leave from work taken and inconvenience of rushing to get an oil chance for a vehicle that listed wrong by them.I was extremely excited about this vehicle, never owning a truck before of course I bragged about. I do not think this was done on purpose to trick people, but here I am without the truck I made a dear for.Please see pictures posted of price error on their part.

I was with a friend, by the name of Jai Withers. He dropped his vehicle off there to be service. While the vehicle was on the property, it was broken into. A pair of Louis Vuitton shades, a bottle of Dior cologne, a book of starter checks, and all the change, in the coinholder, were stolen. When he spoke to the service manager before he could even explain what happened, she said we are not responsible. I was like WOW!! Here's a franchise dealership that's suppose to be first rate but yet your vehicle is not safe. Unless you okay, with your vehicle being broken into, without any recourse, I do not recommend you take your vehicle there. I can only imagine how many other hardworking folks have suffered a lost at this establishment, and the service manager saying "oh well ".
