Jay and the service team always do an excellent job. Performed the alignment as requested and the results of the alignment confirmed what I was experiencing in tire wear. I have been coming here to get my vehicles serviced for ten years. However, this time I was shocked because I was there until about five o clock. That s a long day. Then I found that y all do have loaners, so I feel like someone should have reached out to me to inform me of how long it was going to take and offered me a loaner. My other complaint is stop telling people that our cars are getting detailed because it not! Just say a quick wash and vacuum. This will not stop me from coming back but I just wanted to point out a couple of my disappointments. Overall, I rate the my experience a B+.Service: Auto maintenance

Honestly, I could not say enough good things or give enough praise to this dealership for my experience. I was driving from Atlanta, GA to NC for a family funeral when I had car trouble just 4 miles from this dealership. I was also driving in pouring rain & wind from hurricane Ian. I pulled over and googled the nearest Mercedes Benz dealership and we reached the service manager, Jay Holder, by phone. He was so helpful - asked us to come on in, pulled us into a service bay and ran diagnostics on my GLC300. After a short period of time he assured us we could drive on to our destination. While waiting, we met Jasmine Stone - sales manager for the dealership. She was very impressive. We got professional, timely and courteous service under some difficult circumstances. Replaced my cracked wheel and repaired my tire. The Service Manager, Jay Holder, was attentive, capable and extremely helpful. My car had broken down on a long drive and Jay made sure the repair was easy for me and that it was done correctly. He did a great job. I strongly recommend Mercedes of Florence and particularly Jay.

I had a great experience with this service department and specifically, Jay! My car malfunctioned driving from VA to FL requiring a tow from South of the Border to Florence - so you can imagine I was stressed. Jay handled everything promptly and the whole situation went very smoothly. He was able to get my car right in to check it out. I am thankful it was simply a malfunction and I was able to get back on the road the next day but I would have been very comfortable with this dealership fixing it had it required that. Thanks Jay for making a bad situation positive!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Customer service is always excellent!!! I have been getting my vehicle serviced since 2016 from establishment. However on my recent visit, personal items was stolen out of my vehicle. Reported issue to my vehicle care specialist and there was no resolution. So my advice please do not leave anything of value in your vehicle "Be aware of stinky fingers"!!!!Service: Auto maintenance

Service took longer then expected but Jay was Great and took good care of me. Everybody was nice, friendly and Professional. Shuttle service to and from the mall while car was being serviced was a plus. The brake system on my 2005 320 CDI failed. Yhe system was covered by a life time warranty.Jay Holder the Service Manager, expedited the repair. Parts were ordered on Monday and the car was redavailable on Thursday.The cost was 100% covered by Mercedes.I have 3 Mercedes Diesel autos, a 1980 with 680,000 miles, a 1999 with 302,000 miles and a 2005 with 275 ,000 miles.I have maintained these cars per specification and have had outstanding performance.Service: Auto brake replacement
