Awesome shop. All the other shops around wouldn't touch our Expedition for 3 months. He took it right away. Customer service is on point. We wanted the original paint for our king ranch and he nailed it. Paint sparkles like new.

Referring to my last review,I m not understanding why the owner is putting a tire shop name under my review when that tire shop doesn t have anything to do with my review. It s Maaco in Florence SC who has my car. An it has been over a month an two weeks of lies and promises. The accident pictures.. It took them the whole month to just replace a door and paint that door because of that I had to cancel my trip. And worst customer service I would suggest going somewhere else. They said they would accept checks, and when I gave them the check, then they said your bank doesn't answer the phone, so I can not check that you have enough funds in your bank . And this they never told me before.

I had my entire car painted last month by Macco in Florence, SC. I am still so happy with my service almost a month later, that I am now leaving a review. The customer service that I experienced from Chris was 10/10 in every way! The full paint job looks great, and completely revived my chipped and faded car.I will be recommending Maaco in Florence to anyone else I know that is looking to have their car painted!Service: Painting

Had a rock take my paint all the way down to the metal. Mike and Chris had me squared away super fast. Color matched the pearl tricoat paint perfectly and can t even tell there was damage. My daughter's car was taken here to have her front bumper and grill replaced! The work itself was acceptable, however my daughter failed to take her money out of the arm rest before her car was taken to the shop. When her car was returned the $120+ was missing! Spoke with the managers of the shop and was told that anything left in the car was not their responsibility! I was totally disappointed in this response because all the work required for this car was to be done on the outside of the car, therefore there was no reason for the inside of the car to be searched! The money was not in plain sight so that means they were looking to steal! The people there are not trustworthy so make sure you take out anything that is valuable to you! I will not be using this business again! I was actually lucky that the repairs were acceptable with so many obvious dissatisfied customers, based on the 1 star reviews. No matter what the rebuttal may be, this shop has at least one thief, if not more! Spin it however you see fit but I have less reason to lie than this company does!

After talking with numerous body shops I took my Jeep to them against the advice of several professionals. Went in expecting much less than what I got! They did a great job and the Jeep looks like a new one! Very satisfied with the outcome and the friendliness of the staff. Was told it would be two weeks and they got it to me several days before that. Will use again in the future! A++

Really disappointed paid 1k for small paint job trunk and and hood. They botched it up overspray everywhere bubbles in paint. Too it back to have it fixed they said ok well fix it kept it 3 more days still didn't get too it. Awesome experience with Michael getting my truck fixed after some front end damage. His prices were extremely low, but more importantly his service was impeccable. He was in constant contact letting me know updates and worked to fix the few issues I did have in a timely matter. Glad I took the advice of others and came to see you guys!

I had a busted gas tank. I had a tow truck towed it to Maaco of Florence, but not before I call to see if they would accept the job. The answer was yes. My insurance company stated I had to take my car to a collision shop. The communication between Macco and my insurance company was awful, and that went on for 1 month. My car was there at Macco since April 7, 2022. In May my insurance company cut Macco a check after the car insurance adjuster went directly to Macco of Florence to inspect my car. Calls after calls I was told my car would be finished at the end of the week. That was months ago. I call October 10, 2022 to check the status of my car and was told it would be ready Friday October 14, 2022. I still don t have my car! It now November 6, 2022 without my car. Macco of Florence has had my car for 7 months even though my insurance company paid them. I had to get a rental for 1 month and that s all my rental insurance would cover, then I had to go get another car along with still making car payments on the car that Macco of Florence still have. This was a big financial burden on me. If you re looking for honesty and satisfaction avoid this place at all cost. I wouldn t be surprised if my tires is flat or the car won t crank because it s just sitting there. The crazy thing is I live 2 minutes from Macco of Florence and I peek and see if I could at lease see them working on my car.

I took my truck to Maaco to get a rear passenger fender repaired on my truck and I had the most horrible experience ever. They kept my truck for 3 months didn't repair my fender, damaged my other fender, and covered my truck in dust. I contacted customer service to voice my situation with that specific shop. They told me the cooperate office would be contacting me. When the cooperate office contacted me they apologized for the horrible experience I had a the Florence SC location. I accepted there apology and I requested could I take my truck to another location to get my truck fixed. They said no you have to take it back to the same shop. I responded "The same shop that took 3 months to fix a fender only to end up scratching my other fender then tried to fill in the scratch in with what looks like some kind of crayon substance, covered my truck in dust from other cars they were working on, and still did not fix the original fender they were suppose to be fixing in the first place. Again they apologized for the horrible experience, but told me I had to take my truck back to Florence SC location. So I asked could I get a refund. They said no my only option was to take my truck back to the Florence location. So I kindly decline the offer to take my vehicle back to such a horrible establishment. So not only did I lose $500.00, but I still have to get the original fender fixed and the other fender they scratched fixed. Im the most positive person I know and it pains me to write something like this on a person or company but this is the only justice I can receive in this situation. I just hope this review helps someone from wasting there time and money with this company like I did.Sincerely,Unsatisfied customer.Service: Painting

I took my BMW 650 in for body work after someone hit it in a parking lot and damaged the bumper and front quarter panel. I found them to be very professional. The job was completed in a timely manner. The workmanship was fantastic. You can't even tell there was ever any damage. Looks like it did from the factory. It was all done at a very reasonable price. My experience with Florence Maaco was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

My brother has had his car over there for at least 4 months. He only wanted it painted and there were minor scratches to be removed. He has not gotten his car back yet. We will be contacting an attorney tomorrow.They painted his car the wrong color and now they are basically holding his car hostage meanwhile he still has to pay insurance and figure outother transportation.I will also be contacting the local news and using any and all social media to share this story of the worst customer experience ever. The people in the corporate office won't even call him back.JUST TERRIBLE!!

***Update****I received a phone call shortly after posting from Michael whom advised that there is a 3 year warranty on work completed by the shop which was never communicated to me by SilverRock, nor did I receive anything in writing from the shop once repairs were completed. I will be taking my vehicle back to Maaco next week and will update my review afterwards.Purchased a car that was damaged during transport. Repairs were authorized to be completed by Maaco (Florence, SC). Dealing with SilverRock was a pain in itself however, the repairs were absolutely subpar. I reached out to SilverRock (company that authorized repairs) for assistance on making the repairs right to no avail. Car is currently in shop for an unrelated issue. Upon inspection the following was noted regarding the previous repairs rear bumper previouslv spot refinish on the left side - Paint looks flat. particles in finish, and oversprav line on the quarter .

I'm shocked and appalled at some of the other reviews that have rated this establishment 5 stars. Shame, shame and shame. If DHEC was to come by and observe this establishment, they probably would've had this place shut down due to the building so old and run down. They were very nice people but their Job performance was somewhat ok! None of it's employees are in uniforms. Children running and playing around in the shop while my vehicle was being serviced. Nothing within that environment shows any form of professionalism. The shop is completely covered in a lot of dust (fire hazard). I was overwhelmed with complaints from another customer as I await for the completion my vehicle. Too many red flags . It's a good thing I didn't get a paint job because they probably would've monkey my car up. I just had a simple headlight replacement but the performance was far too slow. Waiting period was approximately 4-5 hours. I'm definitely not sure if this is a trusted business. Take your vehicle there at your own risk.This was my 1st experience dealing with this company and it will certainly without fail be my last. I had to return my car back to them the next day because of their failure to adjust my headlights properly. I would love to not recommend this business to anyone. I wouldn't wish nothing like this on no one.

They did a great job on my Ford Mustang. The paint has some runs and imperfections, but at the price I paid. I'm very happy with it! Will use them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Had to have work done from tailgate hitting a trailer and the staff here did a great job. Looks better than before and the customer service experience was top notch. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday and was supposed to pick it up Friday they did not meet dead line as well as me paying extra fees for a rental car for an extra 5 days out of $225 of extra fees they only reimbursed me $60 as well as me working hard for my money, I spent a total of 600 dollars for body and paint work very disappointed in the body work the front end looks disproportional but paint looks good, definitely can see they didn't care once they had all my money. I would not recommend anyone.

They are not professional at all. Manager name Michael lie more then working and can t even install a new bumper on a truck and they charge me for a new bumper but actually didn t even order new bumper for me they fixed my old bumper and put. It back on My truck then told me it s done. And. ! The staff there all look like under influence while they working ..I wouldn t let any low life touch my car if I knew !!!

Horrible paint job. They had our vehicle 5 days and we still ended up with paint bubbles. Also they did not properly re-glue the spoiler on back of the trunk. And we found paint peeling on the edges of the trunk. We dropped our vehicle off on a Monday and did not receive it until Friday. Their excuse was that they were "backed up" and had an "emergency job come up" as if us being without our vehicle beyond their promised finish date wasn't important. I would not recommend them. The only reason why we took our vehicle there was because our vehicle suffered damage at another business and Maaco is who they contract to do their repairs.

My car had minor damage from a tree limb falling on the roof. I decided to have the entire car repainted along with the repair. I opted for their best paint service as this car was less than 2 years old with under 20,000 miles on it. It took them 2 months longer than they said it would, everytime I went to pick it up the car still had obvious blemishes all over it. On the fourth attempt I took the car home even though I was unhappy with it because I figured they were NEVER going to get it right. Today I traded the car in and got $5,000 less than the average trade in value, because "the paint job is so messed up." What this particular Maaco did to me should be criminal.
