While the sales representatives provide you with exceptional customer service, the service department on the other hand, really sucks. Please take your vehicles elsewhere to be serviced. Especially, if you want any issues you re having to be rectified. The service manager and the general manager have very little knowledge pertaining to anything service related which is completely unacceptable. That also goes to show that they re about money and money ONLY. The general manager is truly something else. His attitude is very dissatisfying and it further proves that he brings absolutely nothing to Legacy s table but his ego. As long as you re putting money in this company s pockets everything is fine. But the minute you bring forth an issue to them that was created on their end and also provide them with the necessary documentation, their ability to have compassion, rectify the situation at hand, and take full accountability goes out of the window. And if we re being honest, it seems as though the general manager s cognitive dissonance deactivates his critical thinking skills the moment he feels triggered. Again, take your vehicles elsewhere to be serviced by people who appreciate their longstanding customers, are highly trained professionals and knowledgeable on what goes on, and enjoy fixing any issues you may be having with your vehicles.

I Would not recommend anyone to take their car there they have very poor customer service. My car was there to be serviced for it running hot on 10/25/23 they bled the kind just for me to leave again for it to run hot again took it back the very next day for it to sit another 2-3 weeks for them to say they don't know what the problem is they bled the line again it's still running hot I do not recommend anyone to take there car there mechanic are not skilled at all do not recommend

I purchased my Jeep from here and had a great experience with the sales department. The service department, however, has been anything but. I have brought my car back and forth for WEEKS in an attempt to have them repair a recall on my car. The technicians and service staff are unhelpful, unapologetic, and cannot repair my window adequately. Currently waiting on yet another part to be ordered, and this has been going on since before Thanksgiving - almost 2 full months. I would not recommend.

Got a great deal and had a great time with the Saleslady. Ms. Karen Moore as well as our GM, Mr. Dan Myer. They worked a good deal for us and we left happy with a new vehicle. Go there and check out their inventory!!!!

Went in to try and get a Chrysler 300. Even the base model would have been good for me. I have a Hyundai sonata 2021 with a fair trade in value and low milage. Chrysler are priced very nicely but when the financing was done it would have costed over $700 a month. I mean the cars great and it also has a V6 engine in it which barely any car today has in them but it's not worth $700 a month. I'm paying $400 now. Basically what I am saying is it's a car not a truck. I could see that price on a truck but on a car. What?

On the way home from Vacation our basically still new (don t even get me started) Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland started experiencing what appeared to be electrical issues. All the lights in the vehicle were flashing, the dash was going crazy, the alarm kept going off and the automatic tailgate wouldn t lock. Once we turned the car off, it completely went dead. Road side assistance had a very hard time jumping it, couldn t get it started and didn t want to drag it onto the flatbed to avoid further damage. The tow tuck driver from Xtreme Towing and Recovery was relentless, left and came back with different equipment and eventually got it started for us. He instructed us not to shut the car off and head on over to the closest dealer which we did. We found Legacy Jeep was the closest. We drove directly there, my husband kept the car running while I went in. The woman I encountered in the service dept was so incredibly rude, seemed completely bothered by my presence and the fact I was asking for help. She could care less we were a family stranded 10 hrs from home. She wouldn t know the meaning of customer service if it had slapped her in the face. I called the next closest dealer which happened to be 25 mins the opposite direction. I called ahead to make sure they were open, we wouldn t be turned away again and prayed we would get there safely. I got a service advisor on the phone by the name of Coby Cooper (Aka Gary)who was a breath of fresh air. As soon as he starting talking I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. He was so kind!! He insisted on taking all the info he needed from me over the phone so when we got there they could take it right into service. When we arrived he was on the phone but greeted us with a wave and a big smile and it was just what I needed after the morning I was having. Gary took the car into service and sat us in a very comfortable waiting room with TV s, snacks, coffee. He and his co-workers checked on us regularly to make sure we were ok and (2) of them even offered to have food delivered for us or to drive us to get food. Now that is customer service!! I hope no one finds themselves in a similar situation but if you do, go straight to Hartsville. #hartsvillehasaheart

Auto repair service if I could give it a zero I would. I had an appointment at 8 told them what I needed done. Didn t get my car back until 3 pm for them to tell me they don t work on that part of the car. Paid $280 for nothing and lost a whole day. Also the old guy didn t say anything to me when waiting to be services next. I was up there for 15 minutes and when another employee came out the back he told him to services me. Never once looked up and said I will be right with you or good morning

We had a good experience with the young salesman, he was very professional, apparently the service department, the receptionist lady, and management don t follow suit.My son and I have called this place for two weeks now, ( oil change ) service department haven t returned any calls, scheduled any appointments, on top of that, that lady answering phone phones was VERY unprofessional!Sales department appears to be great after that, you could very well be on your own!!!

Had an AWESOME experience with this dealership, specifically with Tony in sales and Charles in finance. We called the night before to reserve the car and solidify our trade numbers, drove from NC the next day to check out the new car, and purchase. They had the car cleaned, fueled, and waiting for us and the paperwork process was straightforward and easy. Thank you to Tony and the rest of the team at Efird Jeep, we love our brand new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland! Would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from them.

Don't bother calling this place for parts. I tried calling 3 days in a row then on the 4th day today, 3/1/2024 someone answered finally to say hold on and I held on for 15 min and still nothing. Poor customer service for sure...... If someone answers this review don't tell me to contact the service department because they won't answer!!

Just some back story. 2016 they had my wifes liberty to replace the electronic ignition (warranty). Killed a brand new battery because someone didn't remove the posts before working on it.Service Manager told me "that in SC the sun kills batteries all the time"(2 month old ).We decided it time for a new Jeep.After looking around on-line we decided on a 2017 JKU Sahara fully loaded.Talked to Efird and they were 8000 more than anyone else we had looked at.Sales Person told us "If you can find it cheaper go there". Went to Conway Jeep and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Made it a point to never let Efird make any money off us period.I have a 2012 JK that i bought from another place(not Efird)with extended warranty. because of the warranty company i had to take it to Efird (Jeep was not idling right). Tell me that the O2 sensor were bad and it needed new plugs. To the tune of $1200 to replace less than $200 worth of parts(OEM not aftermarket). How can a company that sells arguable the best vehicle on the market(my opinion) try and rip people off.Called Conway and they quoted me $600. I'm in a local Jeep club about 30 Jeeps strong and i can promise you that no one i know will ever take their Jeep to Efirds.
