This place is phenomenal! We got a flat tire as we were one hour into our 5-hour drive. We pulled in there, fully expecting to need a new tire for a few hundred dollars! The gentleman said, "I can fix that!" In 15 minutes it was repaired and we were on our way! And, they only charged us $30 (plus a $20 tip!) Can't recommend highly enough! Professional, friendly, and honest!

I have been needing to have my front end worked on for quite some time after shopping around with a friend, we landed at this shop. After going here, I found out the first two places that worked on the front end, never really fixed the issues. I have spent thousands of dollars twice, and these guys made my car drive smooth as butter for way less, AND took under two hours to get the job done. I highly recommend Killian Tire Service. They are honest, affordable and have amazing customer service.

Was driving through town on a road trip when my alternator started going out. They very quickly diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part ordered, delivered and installed. We were in and out in less than an hour. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Recommend!

Prices are fair, but it just isnt the same.. Different owners, missing the atmosphere it use to have, but still better than alot of places around here..

For 30 years, I worked at the Post Office as a Rural Mail Carrier. Anytime I had an issue with my vehicle, I took it to Killian Tire Service. They always did excellent work for me.So today, my daughter was returning from North Carolina ( with brand new tires bought up in Albemarle, NC), and the tire sensor came on. She called home, and my wife and I sent her to Killian Tire. They took excellent care of her, stopped what they were doing, and gave it a look. Thankfully, the tires were fine. The geniuses in Albemarle didn't reset the sensor!!Thanks to Mr. Frank Bailey and everyone at Killian for taking such care of my daughter. I am glad to see there are some places that still have high standards and meet and exceed all expectations. Killian is awesome!! Traveling when we took a nail in our rear tire.We found Jillian and they were incredibly helpful in getting our tire fixed and us back on the road quickly. Friendly, professional and fair to deal with. We were fortunate to find them and appreciate their help.Highly recommend

May 26 2022 traveling from FL to NJ got a flat right outside of Florence SC. Nail in the tire. Found Killian's. In and out in 25 minutes and back on the road. They've done this before! Very good price. Great service. Guy behind the counter was great. Never got his name. Tire issues around Florence, fear not, find Killian's.

In town for the nascar race at Darlington and needed a tire for my trailer. Manager told me he didn t have my size in stock but would send an employee over to the distribution center to get just one tire. My tire. I appreciated it and they did all of it while i waited and it didn t take long. I d have to say excellent customer service. He didn t have to offer to send one guy to go get one tire. When I m in town and need something mechanical or a tire this is where I m coming too! Where they go the extra distance to make you feel special. The manager cares and that s rare to n this current retail world. But that s super impressive to me. They perform all maintenance services desired. Not just sales and installation of tires.

Great place to go for tire and other mechanical needs. Customer service is great from all behind the counter. Check them out if you are needing tires or an oil change or other possible mechanical needs done to your truck or car.

This location recently changed ownership and the new people running the place don t provide good service. I was told on 6/13 that they would order the tires I had requested and provided my contact info but that they no longer booked appointments after asking to schedule service for 6/23 .what auto place doesn t schedule appointments I could understand if they didn t accept walk-ins but no appointments. Anyway I called back on 6/17 to ensure the tires got ordered. I was told that they were being ordered that day and would arrive on 6/20. I arrived the morning of 6/23 to find out that not only did the tires never get ordered but all the contact info I provided was taken incorrectly. I spoke with who I assume was the owner and he had an I don t care attitude so I took my business else where and suggest y all do the same.

This place was great. I ve spent countless hours at auto repair garages waiting on oil changes and tire rotations. I had work to do at a store next door and walked in with no appointment. In 30 min I had an oil change and 2 new tires. The guys were very friendly and even drove me next door to do my work Bc it was raining out. Will be taking my car here for all future work. Highly recommend.

Had a blowout on 95 last night & we came here the next morning as they opened. The owner not only made us feel very welcome but even told us to take his car for us to get coffee & breakfast!! He even stored our luggage in the office!! Upon returning, the car was ready with 2 new tires & oil change & the shop guys even helped load the car back up. This place is the very definition of generosity & professional courtesy. If we lived in Florence, we would be taking all our cars here.

Had a flat on I95 south at the NC/SC border. I put my temporary spare on and called this dealer based on internet reviews. By the time I got to the store they had procured the special sized tire that I needed. Got me back on the road an hour later. Professional. Friendly. Courteous. Excellent!

My car exhibited extreme vibration at 65 to 70 mph. After taking it to Killian for a wheel alignment, tire rotation and balance I immediately put the car on I-95 hitting 70+ mph. No vibration. Good work, friendly staff.

Excellent customer service---- They took my truck in the shop without any wait time--- repaired my tire and gave me a great price on a new set with all taxes--mounting- balancing--labor all included in the price to start with

Always had a good experience with Goodyear Killian. If there's a problem with my vehicle, they will find out what the problem is. Always courteous service.
