One of the few really professional service establishments I have had the pleasure and confidence in attending in several years. I had taken a vehicle to be serviced sometime ago by a similar company. I chose this location strictly for convenience and received the greatest ,most professional a comprehensive service I could have ever asked for. I DEFINITELY will be returning.

The guys got my engine problem fixed and I was back on the road the same day. I was not expecting them to be able to diagnose the engine problem, have the necessary parts for my specific car and be able to fix it the same day but they did, and in a polite and professional manner. THANKS!

I ve used this Jiffy Lube for engine diagnostics and the resulting electrical /mechanical work to fix the issue. Kevin, the mechanic, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He s also honest! That goes a long way in my book. I ve had nothing but top notch professional service from this Jiffy Lube location and the one on Pamplico Hwy. George the mechanic at Pamplico Hwy is also a great guy to work with. The work at these two locations is done right and warrantied. I also have regular oil changes done. I m always in and out without issue. Great local business to support. Thanks!

They are unnecessarily high. This was one of my worse oil change experiences. The dealer is much cheaper than this place AND the attitude at the dealership is much much better.

James, Peyton, Joshua and Mr. Suggs were AWESOME! Three ladies not knowing anything about cars were treated with respect, were never talked down to or felt like they were talked into anything! They explained everything, were gentlemen, and very knowledgeable about their craft. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and not awkward! I will DEFINITELY visit them for all my car needs and tell everyone to go there, too! My daughter went there several weeks ago and could not stop talking about how friendly and nice they were to her. I went for an oil change while in town and would drive the distance to go there for the next one! Go see them!

Very pleasant experience . I took advantage of the option to stay in the car during my oil change. The crew was very pleasant and informative. Well my tires pressure was not checked , I noticed the pressure hasn t been changed cause I had just looked at them, where the closed my drivers door, I found grease finger prints and that didn t set well with my wife. Also, asked about a couple of discounts ( city of Florence or McLeod employee ) nothing offered. Not a great experience. Wanted my tires rotated, couldn t get it cause the tech was gone to lunch, told me it would be about 2 hours, wasn t waiting on that

I use the Evans Street location. My last visit was Saturday 10/7. I came early in the day, so it wasn't too busy. I brought two cars for oil changes, some minor fluid maintenance, and head light restoration. Prices were good for the services provided. The waiting area is clean, inviting, and has acomplimentary coffee maker. Everyone at the location was extremely professional, worked fast, and the work was completed efficiently. They offer a veterans discount and frequent specials are advertised on the marquis out front of the shop. October special is listed as 50% off oil change for first responders.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Went for an oild change in my Colorado Diesel. Asked th guy if they had dexos 2 oil before they started and was told they had the correct oil for my truck.They change the filter and I see the technician grab the dexos 1 oil to fill my truck up. I stop them and tell them I have to have dexos 2. Another employee, I assume the manager, comes over and says the Pennzoil platinum covers dexos 2 as well as dexos 1 and says "I do this all day every day" in a tone like I shouldn't question his authority on the subject.I research on my phone and the Pennzoil site says for dexos 2 to use Pennzoil euro L. I tell the guy what the website says and he finds some Euro AV in the back that says synthetic and for diesel engines. Basically says it's the euro AV or the dexos 1 Pennzoil.amd used the euro AV. Again I had asked and been told they had my oil when they checked me in.I call Pennzoil customer service and they say the only approved dexos 2 oil they have is the euro L. So now I have to pay for another oil change. Apparently this guy is using incorrect oils "all day every day" in people's cars while acting like he knows what the hell he's doing.
