Great service from the friendly, knowledgeable, and well mannered staff. They listened to every thing I said and after that they used their expertise knowledge about the to determine what my exact car needed. They also educated me on the car and explain multiple options/routes that I could take to make sure that I could afford what I needed to keep my car safe and maintained. They also were willing to help discount the services with their location deals offered at the time of service. The location is always clean and comfortable with a nicely stocked coffee service inside the waiting room. Have never had any problems with being able to get service or assistance from them for anything.Each time I have used them they always say to stop back in for a quick recheck around 2 weeks after they have serviced the car to make sure everything is working properly and they offer fluid check and refills for free for certain amounts. They are alway quick and thorough with little waiting time. Definitely recommend this branch location of Jiffy Lube.

I have been using Jiffy Lube to service my vehicles for years and it seems that the service is getting better as time go on. I own a range of vehicles from Antiques to newer Foreign & American cars and no matter what I bring they make a way to get the job done even if it takes going to get a part. So if you have questions about what s needed or if it can be done you can put your trust in them. And if I ever feel unsure I ask them to find Chris whichever store he s at on that particular day he hasn t fail me yet. See you soon on Pamlico HWY

I felt welcomed. Not like I was putting anyone out to help me. They informed me all of my needs I needed to know. Suggested other things to help my car run better. They were all very nice. I will be back.

I always take my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube on Pamplico Highway. Their customer service is always great and they greet you with a smile. Jacob is always very friendly and nice.

The Florence Jiffy Lube team is an excellent example of providing customer service at the highest level.. more than few employees have gone out of their way to help even when a problem has occurred.. I recently returned to Jiffy Lube for my regular oil change. I had been there a couple of months ago for a low tire pressure light. They were polite and listened to my concerns, took time to handle the tires and stood by the top-off offer for return customers. I never had to leave my car. I am very happy with their services.

Was great. Never got out of my vehicle which I d great if your 74. And attendant explained different things offered and I chose full synthetic oil meaning I could go twice as long between changes. Money saver and everyone competent and respectful and gave me informative paperwork. Will go nowhere else now.

My concern is why you , ll use one brand of oil ,instead letting the consumer have preference or at least a choice to choose from , to be honest Pennzoil is not my choice. For that reason l maybe seeking elsewhere. Customer should a choice, thank you!

Went there recently due to a bolt that in my opinion was over torqued and rounded off. From previous oil change done by this location.The manager there inspected the bolt and told me you would have wear and tear on it but he was able to get the bolt off using a torq wrench with a 15mm socket telling me it's basically the same thing. So at this point I angrily ask for my keys and I will go I stand up from talking to the manager in the pit and notice some young tall skinny guy who works there snickering and I ask him what's so funny. He then proceeds to get in my face inches away and tells me he's not the one and tells me to get in my vehicle and he will give me my keys. I say no give me my keys and then I will leave. In my opinion this is some of the worst customer service I have ever received from any location and will never give Jiffy Lube especially this location my business anymore.

Only go if you need oil change they lack experience on more complex issues and will charge 126 an hour for labor that they know nothing aboutI spent $400 plus and my ac was still not working after 3 days and they didn't put everything back together they had my dashboard guard sitting inside my truckThey didn't really careTold my I can take my truck if I wantedDon't recommend jiffy lube at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!They used be Allright but not anymoreYou have been warned go somewhere else

They broke the sensor in my tire and told me once I drove down the road, it'd go off. That doesn't "go off" until it's fixed. What does go off is the tire light once the right amount of air pressure is put in. (When you drive it) It would have been nice to at least be offered to have it replaced, but I guess that would have been to much of a decent thing to do.Service: Oil change
