Aww Man, Excellent & Above Service... Every single time... the Service Department A+... Very professional, thoughtful, patient, and caring. "My" Service Advisor (especially) & Service Supervisor were my Advocates. Tell the Service Manager to call me so I can give him this list of employees who are TOP Notch...

On the morning of July 28th, I was preparing to take a trip out of town when a still, small voice prompted me to check my oil. I ignored it bc in my mind, I had just recently had the oil changed when I had some other work done to my 2005 Sienna, that I fondly refer to as Toto. As I continued to prepare, the prompting persisted. I finally gave in. After 6 wide-eyed checks I had to accept that nothing was registering on the dipstick! It was dry! For years I've toted the same quart of oil around for emergencies. I dumped it in. It barely wet the tip. Jumping ahead, that same voice prompted me to just take Toto back to Toyota (just B4 I add a more). I hesitated fearing unfavorably expensive news, but gave in and went. They were swamped when I arrived. A very kind service rep approached me and asked me if I had an appointment. When I said I did not she apologetically explained that they had 70 cars to service that day, however when I explained my dilemma, she immediately called Chris Lee and Tabitha my service rep. They were so kind and caring and assured me that they would figure out what was going on and get me back on schedule. They checked their records and found that no oil change was done during my last visit. (My mix up, not their fault.) Only the requested repair was done, that I was and am still very pleased with. In spite of the fact that they were swamped, Chris took precious time with me to ease my anxiety and assured me that they would do the oil change and thoroughly check Toto out for the trip my girls and I were about to take. I expected to be there all day but they got me going in under 2 hours! That's amazing considering the number of cars they were servicing and I had no appointment! What's even more awesome is the inspection video that they sent me while I was waiting. I was shown everything and assured that there were no oil leaks and that Toto was good for our trip... and good she was! We are back home now . The other gift was the price. In my heart, I felt like they did so much more than the oil change, but that's all that I was charged for. I left Toyota, happy, confident and best of all, not broke ($$). To Chris, Tabitha, Jimmy, and the whole crew, thank you from the bottom of my heart. And special thanks to the young man that did the inspection, the actual work and the video that I am so appreciative of. As always, great job guys!!

Honestly? I left my car there to find out why it was rattling after shifting gears. Later, that same day, a receptionist called me and had no clue of what she was trying to explain about the supposed problem! So she gave up and said she would call me back, next day. After 42 hours, they opened the transmission, and told me there was a weird liquid in it. So, they added some oil, and told me to go somewhere else!?!First of all, I think the Mechanics, themselves, should explain what's going on with your car and what they will do or not do about it.I wouldn't go back there or in any of those dealers, to fix a car... They are not very interested in fixing your car, but in selling one!

Excellent job Nicholas!SherryinSC responded publicly on 7/12/23 10:43 PMI purchased my car from Florence Toyota. I brought it back previously because I had a tire blowout. Since the tire replacement, my vehicle was shaking when I would get up to 60 miles an hour. I thought it was one thing but my serviice advisor informed me that what I wanted to have done would not stop that. I agreed to have done what he believed needed to be done to correct the problem. The service took care of it, and it's back riding smoothly as the first day. My Service Advisor listened to my problem. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, and kept me informed of what was happening with my car. Thanks to My Service Advisor, Nocholas Vause, for having me rest asured that my car was being repaired properly. Mr. Nicholas Vause with his professionalism, is by far an excellent asset to Florence Toyota. Since I knew that Nicholas was handeling the details of the work on my 2019 XSE Camry, I felt as though my car would be repaired correctly and it was. Florence Toyota, you have a superb service adviser in Nicholas Vause!In light of his professionalism, and his eye for accuracy and detail, I will bring my car back for servicing. I will also tell my friends that Florence Toyota is an excellent place to have their car serviced. Thank you Florence Toyota, and thank you Nicholas Vause!

Had a 11:10 an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My car sat and didn t get serviced for two hours. I waited close to 3 hours in the customer area for an oil change not happy at all.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

My experience was awesome as usual. Toyota dealership of Florence is the greatest. Their customer service is top notch and I can always depend on their service techs. to resolve issues with my car in a timely manner.

Drove up from Bluffton SC and Rodney was very helpful. He got us in the vehicle we were after. Clean and professional environment. Highly recommend Florence Toyota!

A bit overpriced. They tend to draw you in with coupons in the mail. Unfortunately they are pretty inflexible if you happen to leave the coupon at home. It s my fault I know, but a little goodwill goes a long way for customer loyalty. $65 for an oil change and tire rotation.
