I am very pleased with the dealership and it's staff. The only reason I am giving just the three stars is because of the extremely long wait for an oil change that I had a scheduled appointment that I arrived 45 mins early for that took over 3 hours which was longer than my drive from North Carolina (where I reside)to the dealership. Even though there was no charge, I would have preferred to pay for what would have taken 30 mins or less had I taken it somewhere else. It took up too much of my time to spend with my family I was visiting that weekend. I could understand if there was an issue with my vehicle, but I only needed an oil change.

This is a follow up on my previous review regarding Five Star Nissan of Florence Service Department. After speaking with the general manager at the location they came to an agreement to service or check the vehicle due to prior service to see if the issue have anything to do with the prior service.About 3 hours later when the vehicle service was completed the same guy stated that the technician was not able to find anything wrong with the transmission. That the oil was full and no leakage was detected. So I m saying to myself, A license mechanic don t know what they re talking about That was the reason i brought the vehicle back. Then the service manager going to state it was no cause for the way I acted okay mother. I don t think no one wants a place to mess up a vehicle whether it s new or use that they spent their hard earn money on. So you got what you deserved. So don t be acting nonchalant because if it was your vehicle you will do the same. Me getting an attorney was mention. She wanted to throw me out, rushing the guy with the paperwork.I spoke with the general manager after leaving. He wanted a report from the mechanic. To resolve the issue. No problem so I headed back to the mechanic to print information but at the same time I wanted to know why the service manager was so confident that nothing was wrong with the transmission on their end when it clearly was. So the mechanic jacked up the vehicle and everything that was previously wrong was corrected. Wow. Why can t a company admit when they are at fault instead of telling customers nothing wrong. Where is the honesty? When you have a manager to bribe you with discounts to get a good survey. Still be honest because that s the only way bad issues can get resolved. To save you guys the headache. Take your vehicle somewhere that is trusted and will be done right,

This has been my first time ever at Five Star Nissan in Florence, SC. I had an airbag recall on my 08 Nissan Armada and I also received a coupon for a free oil change. I had to wait 3 and 1/2 hours, even with a scheduled appointment, but it was okay. They also washed my truck for free, even though it was totally halfed washed, but that was okay too! I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!

On my visit I receive a routine oil change. After just doing a 12-hour shift -management was kind and attentive, informative and very professional. I did try to dose off but the services I received that day was excellent and well performed. They even provided information about tires and my rear window blades. And after working 12 and had to go back again that night. The first thing that came out my mouth was that I'd let the old man know once I made it home.

I am very grateful and very pleased with the experience of purchasing my brand new Nissan Rogue. My salesman, De'Angelo, was very knowledgeable and shown me in great details how my vehicle operates. My car sat there for 2 days and I received no call about the status. I left a voicemail and still no return call. Finally when my husband called to inquire they originally said the car wasn t there, then claimed they couldn t call because I opted out but my husband gave his number when he checked the car in. It s amazing how yesterday I get a call from Five Star regarding this survey. My car was fixed within 2 hours of my husband expressing his dissatisfaction. The inconvenience of not having my car excessively longer than needed was frustrating. The price was ridiculous to replace a battery cable. I will use another Nissan dealer for my service needs in the future.

If you need your car fixed take it to Nissan the people there are very pleasant and they know what they know their job they will explain everything to you they're very nice they treat you with respect and when they get finished the job on your call you will be very happy that you went to Nissan

You were asked up front to just clear out the obstructions blocjing water flow relief from the sun roof. Your service rep at check in said you would not work on the car unless a diagnosis was made and paid for. There was no choice but to sign to request the diagnosis even though I did not want or request one. Gues what? Your diagnosis confirmed what I asked for is what is needed. You should refund me the diagnosis charge and train your service department to offer a disclaimer if the customer refuses a diagnosis and request a spesific service. Doyou charge for a diagnosis before you agree to make an oil change. I think not.

On my visit to receive a routine oil change and brake pad replacement -management was kind attentive , informative and very professional. The services I received today were excellent and well performed. They even provided options and ways to pay for the service if it was somewhat costly which really helped me financially and allowed my car to be repaired. The customer service is great, but all the additional fees along with the triple cost for certain supplies is ridiculous! I also don't like the fact that you earn the rewards but can only use 15% of them towards your service.

Initially after service i was experiencing some problems. I took back the car to the service department and in less than 15 minutes the problem was fixes. It was just a minor something that needed fixing.

The service Department is just great. Especially Keiffer . He was just awesome. He will made sure when there is an update pertaining to my car he made sure to inform me of different changes. He was just the best and did right by me.

Kristi was awesome as she was attentive from my arrival to the end of services. However, I came in 10:00am and did not leave until 3:30pm.My car was to be detailed as well and it was incomplete. The man that attended my car was beyond rude. I informed him the vacuuming was half done and windows were still dirty. He responded, "Lady go head with that cause I ain't got time for that cause 11 cars after you". I responded that I will speak to the manager. He said, "Go ahead" and walked away.This tells me he has done this before, does not respect authority figures, and was not concerned about the consequences of his actions and/or his job.As decent as Nissan provided customer care, he was the rotten apple of my day. From this point, I will only get required services and leave. This angered me as evidenced by the disrespect and lack of character. I informed the manager, service was completed but I don't see where there were consequences for his actions. I was willing to identify him but management said they would figure it out.
