Cannot say enough great things about this place. I always get great service. Joel was very attentive and helpful when it came to checking my car in for service. He also explained everything that needed to be done and also found that my car had a recall. He was very easy to talked to and gave me great advice on how to move forward with getting the needed work done to my car. Joel thank you for your kindness and patience with explaining everything to me. You made me feel that my car was in good hands.

Excellent customer experience with your service and sales staff, although I didn't purchase a vehicle. Your team was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to future engagements. The service updates via text and calls were much appreciated. Joel of BMW Service was my Service Advisor who scheduled me and advised me of the anticipated procedure(s) my car would undertake and was spot on, almost like a surgeon explaining a medical issue. Thanks Joel!

Had engine malfunction warning light activate on my Greensboro to Charleston travels. My X5 limped into the Florence SC BMW dealership. Joel was my service advisor. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They were very accommodating and despite my arrival at end of the day, were able to get me in and trouble diagnosed first thing next morning.

Joel with the service department is amazing. He showed genuine care throughout our entire time we were there for an unfortunate tire issue from I95 (serious pothole - wheel bender). He kept us informed and I m pretty certain he was following up with the service department regularly for updates. He made a what would have been complete misery very comfortable.

Bought my M550 brand new from this dealership with 5 miles on the dash. Service department has it running like day one at 111000 miles. I appreciate Joel, Matt and the rockstar mechanics that keep me rolling.. I look forward to future purchases when it s time.

Joel was very helpful when I called to make my appointment! Once I brought my car in he explained what all they would be doing ( it was a recall) and how long it would take! He was on point with the the time! When I went to pick my car up he explained once again what they had done! I also received a courtesy wash!

Great Customer Service and Service department! Joel is always super nice to me and make sure he gives me detailed information about my services I need or any question I have. I love how the service department gives you a walk through by video of your car . Parts and labor can sometimes be pricey but Five star has a flexible payment program. My car stay in tip top shape thanks to Five star Chevrolet

Purchased a used BMW from another dealership. Needed it checked out. Heard some mixed information about the N26 engine. Joel did an excellent job explaining the service process. Kept me updated during the service. The results of the inspection made me feel much better about my purchase.

The old bigger man on left side for services (Dan) wouldn t even bother to get up or approach us while pulled in the lane beside his door. You can tell he hates his job while customers like me are paying extra for services on wheels & tires. Told me the nitrogen machine had been down for a long time after my mom got it put in hers earlier that day! Basically referring to do it myself at home cause he didn t want to be bothered. He needs to be replaced with someone that s not lazy & rude.

I cannot say enough great things about Matt. Had my vehicle towed in after it wouldn t start over the weekend. Didn t have time to give Matt a heads up that it was being towed or anything. After leaving a message and asking him to call me, he made it happen.Matt really went above and beyond and he kept me updated along the way via text or phone calls. Thanks again for getting me in and out in a timely manner. Also, I m from out of town and never met Matt before this encounter.

Joel the Service Person was great. This low rating is not for Joel. It's for BMW service and parts. I'm a lot put off on BMW. The cost for service & parts is insane. Will never recommend anyone to purchase a BMW of any model. They are service & parts nightmares.

Always count on my Service Advisor, Joel, to help me with all my service options! The techs great with videos explaining overview. Would love cost to be lower, of course, since no warranty anymore, but service team excellent!!

I was out of town busting for funeral and was able to make a quick oil change appointment before heading back north. Matt & associates took care of me and the shuttle service was efficient.
