OMG!!!! I was traveling home with my family in tow and my truck starts dinging and wheezing and all other noises you don't want to hear. There I was. Stuck 400 miles from home and not sure what to do. Google searched Chevy dealers and Five Star was most rated and I see why. I called, he arranged a wrecker to come get me, even the tow truck driver understood the stress i was under.... Dan is AMAZING. The staff was helpful...I was in tears... and he made me laugh to ease the stress... he was VERY knowledgeable about the warranty and what it covered and THANK HEAVENS it was. ALL OF IT. They fixed it. And got me on my way. I am FOREVER indebted to him. He made what felt like the most devastating moment of my vacation seem like a regular Thursday.For ANY of your service needs or even if you're in the market for a new vehicle FIVE STAR Chevrolet is the place to go.

I love Travis! He is always so courteous and very willing to help, with even the smallest detail, concerning my Service and that really means a lot.Brittany in Service is great too! She is always so cheerful, courteous and friendly. She helped me reschedule to the next appointment time when I got held up in traffic.I give 5 Star Chevrolet Service Dept. 6 stars!

Thank you Five Star Florence BMW. I picked up my new vehicle yesterday and was greeted by friendly staff and sales management. My experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales manager Will was so helpful during our sales process and made my experience so positive. Our BMW genius Kendrick Goodman made sure my car was perfect and explained every feature to us. My car was fully set up before I left and he made himself available at anytime for follow up questions or concerns. Lawton from finance made our transaction so easy and explained all our extended warranty options which we were able to add to our purchase. I highly recommend this team and the Five Star family BMW, Chevrolet, and Mercedes in Florence SC! Visit them for a fantastic experience!

Dont bother using the chevrolet service department. After spending $3000 on a complete tune up we had to take our truck back 3 seperate times while on vacation. And after all that while on our way home our light came back on wich we were assured was a solved problem... is not. We wont go back to 5 star.

I purchased my vehicle in January 2018 and have had it serviced at Five Star Chevrolet to date. I always wait in the lounge while the work is done. Employees are polite, thoughtful and keeps me informed in person or via text regarding the progress.My only concern and question is why am I charged for the following??? CUSTOMER PAY SHOP CHARGE FOR REPAIR ORDER . I bring my car for regular maintenance; I pay for labor, parts and taxes! WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR ORDER??? I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.

William and Parker were extremely knowledgeable and made the buying process as simple as possible. Jonathan was great at getting the paperwork to me and signed as quickly as possible, and still explaining everything to me. I d recommend Five Star for a hassle free and simple buying process.

Good experience and staff. Trade in was undervalued, as I've seen similar make/model/mileage sitting on lots for 50% more than I was given for mine. I understand the need to make a profit, but that's the only variable they can change to get to the payment I want. Also, getting "close" to my desired payment is not really close when multiplied by 60 months.

Ssalesmam Jay was top notch. Answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. He was upfront and honest; a quality you don't see too often these days. Also the finance guy was awesome too! Explained in detail about the paperwork we were signing, and was very patient and understanding.

Easy to talk with, very responsive. Worked with Daniel Bass from sales. Daniel combined with the rest of the team at five star chevrolet got the job done quick and efficiently between valuing my trade in to getting paperwork signed and out the door in under 3 hours. We recently purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado from Five Star Chevy. Unfortunately, our experience has been less than Five Stars. The truck only had one key fob, however, they promised to get us another. After the purchase the Sales Manager told our salesman (who was great) that he would NOT provide an additional key fob. I even purchased my own key fob and asked if he would atleast cover the cost of programming it in their service department, he said NO. Additionally they still owe me money for a processing overage that I haven't seen yet. I just moved to the area and am usually extremely faithful to a dealership when treated well. I guess I'm still looking for my dealership.Update: They were able to obtain a key fob today. Thank you to all involved.

I was on a fast weekend trip when my diesel truck started running bad. Made a call to several places not familiar with South Carolina at all. Made a call to the 5 star Chevrolet dealership and Travis Buie answered and with no hesitation told told me if I could make it to the shop he would give me a ride To my motel room. I asked him what time he opened in the morning. He said at 7:30. I said I will meet you there showed up the next morning got me right in took care of. A major mechanical issue. And got me back on the road. Im an employer of 25 to 30 guys back in Florida. Wish a quarter of my guys were like him. Outstanding job I really appreciate him. I will definitely recommend five star Chevrolet without a doubt. Thank you, Donny Hogan.

I purchased a new 2022 Chevy Spark yesterday. Mr. Kendrick Goodman was the perfect salesman! My husband and I expressed that we were on a very tight budget and that we just needed something to get around in. Mr. Goodman right away catered to our needs and was able to make every single request we had happen. He did not push us to look outside our means and he was very personable and kind. I would recommend speaking to him if you are usually intimidated by car shopping and he can square you away.

I have been a faithful customer since arriving in SC in 2015. I brought my car into the shop for an oil change and then two days later for a lock repair. My car was dented while at the shop but the dealership does not want to take responsibility. My car is always garaged and I only drive in about 6-8 miles a day. It was in perfect condition when I brought it in. I am very disappointed and I have to say I will be bringing my business elsewhere. I expected more from you.

Jay Hoff did an outstanding job making our purchase of a 2019 Jeep Wrangler happen. He was in constant communication and went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle.
