MY EXPERIENCE was nothing short of PROFESSIONAL! He was very punctual. Let me rewind a bit. He was very responsive. He informed me of the process to the services I needed. He took so much pride in his work, he called to check to see how things were going. He came to two locations two different days to repair another issue I had once the store got my part in stock because he didn't want me riding on bad brakes and rotors with 2 kids. I thoroughly and highly enjoyed and recommend this man! He's definitely on speed dial! U WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I contacted Euro Mobile on yesterday. I had a problem with lights on my dashboard of my BMW. It was raining but Chris assured me that he would be to my location shortly. He arrived, performed a diagnostic on my car. Provided me it the results.A plan was formed to repair the issue. Chris returned today with part in hand. He was very professional with a pleasant personality. Thank you for your assistance and for being very knowledgeable about your job. I'm now a forever customer. I will say that he is fast but is hard to get in touch with in order to follow up on other issues. He worked on our European car and wiped out the program and he failed to inform us but just kept telling us that he will come fix it and never did. Now we ve paid him and will have to pay another mechanic to fix the problem.

When I broke down far from home I was terrified of what the tow bill might cost me. Chris was there in 20 minutes. It would've been quicker but he had to buy some coolant on the way. He had the car going in no time at all and even checked a few other things to make sure I was set. He refused payment and then to top it off he called an hour later just to make sure I made it home okay. Not all heroes wear capes!

I had been traveling and checked into a hotel for the night went to move my car into a parking space but the car wouldn't start back up so I left it till the morning. I called around but I did not to have my car towed anywhere being 500 miles from home. I made a call to Euro mobile mechanic and he came right over and removed and replaced my starter at a very reasonable price. He was so very courteous and kind if I could give 10 stars I would.

My vehicle broke down at the laundromat. Gear would not shift out of drive. We called a tow service because we thought the issue was due to recent tune up done at a local shop we had it towed to. The tuneup was done incorrectly the first time and we had to get it reserviced twice AFTER the bad tuneup. Anyway, the shop who did the work kept the vehicle a day and a half only to tell me that I needed a new transmission. They referred me to a nearby shop they knew who did transmission work because they did not. I was not accepting of that diagnosis. The vehicle was running fine before the scheduled tuneup. I called Chris and he knew immediately what the issue was after telling him what the vehicle did. I asked permission from the shop for someone else to come help me with my vehicle since it was still there. They said yes so Chris met us there. He had my vehicle movable in about 20 minutes. Since it was after his work hours, he followed us home and said he would be back to repair the issue that next morning at 9am. He returned that next morning and had our vehicle repaired within 30-45 minutes. He did not charge for having to return the next day. It was a much simpler fix than the shop mechanics were diagnosing. He only needed to replace the grommet, which was extremely cheaper than having a transmission replaced as the other shop advised. We did not have to go purchase the part because he had it. We have a Nissan Pathfinder. I highly recommend Chris. He is honest, knowledgeable, fast, punctual, reliable, and very kind. Provided a fair quote that was far cheaper than many of the competing shops you would have to take your car too. Was fast and efficient l. I needed a an alternator swapped out on a challenger. The swap proved tricky with the tight spaces. He was able to remove the part even with some sized up bolts. Provided some coolant to top off my tank. Chris is a mechanical wizard and an amazing person. He showed up very quickly and solved my shifting issue in seconds, then had it repaired in minutes! Literally, he went right under the hood and knew what my baby needed, and had the piece for my transmission on hand. He knows what he's doing and loves what he does, therefore goes above and beyond. My vehicle ran hot and I called him. He came by and diagnosed the issues and performed the needed work on my car. New water pump, thermostat, coolant jug and water housing and I'm back on the road. He showed me things that I will need replaced soon and the mistakes (shortcut work) my previous service guy didn't repair correctly. I highly recommend him

From start to finish this guy held such a professional manner with me. When I initially reallched out to him he wasted no time coming out to do exactly what i asked. He also pointed out a few other issues i had goin on. I ended up needing to order a part, or so we thought, luckily he had what i needed and he informed me that i could get my money back for the part. I was very greatful of that. Above all esle he was very time-proficient . Definitely using him for any future issues i have and I certainly will be referring anyone to him! You dont run across too many straightforward mechanics, alot of them try to nickle and dime you, but this guy is top tier in my book! And yes im being extra because i was out of a car for 4 days. I wanted to take my time to write out a thorough review and i said i was gonna lay it on real thick (wish i wuda got a pic)! THATS IS, THATS ALL!Service: Electrical

My SUV needed the ac compressor replaced and the Mercedes dealership wanted to over-charge me. After reaching out to Euro Mobile Auto Repair I was able to have my ac compressor replaced for way less than I was quoted at the dealership. He was very professional, convenient and quick! Without a doubt, I HIGHLY recommend Chris and his service! (The short story being my son's vehicle broke down on the highway hundreds of miles from his home, and hours away from ours--and out in the middle of nowhere.) I cannot begin to convey the gratefulness we have for Chris' immediate response to our problem, the diagnosing and fixing of it, and trust he exhibited towards total strangers in getting paid. To say what he charged was extremely reasonable would be an understatement!! I hope to never break down again, but if I do, I pray there is someone exactly like Chris available! Simply an amazing experience. BTW, we found Chris by reading feedback just like this. PLEASE take the time to acknowledge when someone does something well (or not). It saved our bacon for sure. This is my second time posting a review, but was asked to remove the first one, which I did. Chris is a nice guy, but the communication and promises is baffling! I'm not going into the whole story like last time, because I didn't save it, but I have been waiting for repairs since the end of January. My appointment was supposed to be Tuesday, 3/9, for some additional work he did back in January, but I received no call or message about his whereabouts nor why he was unable to work on my car. After I cleared� my schedule of any additional activities, per his assurance of coming out to work on the car and not go anywhere, for my time to be wasted again. I'm out of straws.

After months of getting the run around from other mechanics and false diagnostics I called Chris he came out that Monday seen the problem right away ordered parts and got them at a very good price by the way.... once parts came he kept me posted on there where abouts and when they would be delivered he came and fixed my Volvo and was very reasonable with how he charged me. Very Sweet and honest didnt overcharge or add extra fees or lie about what was wrong he explained and showed me everything step by step ! Chris was amazing! On our way to enjoy our family vacation, the bolt came off of our brake, leaving our car stranded. We called Chris and he met us at the pilot gas station. As soon as he got out the car, he knew exactly what was wrong. He left went to the store, returned back in a matter of minutes, and repaired the car. He was a huge blessing to our family! Had an electrical issue with my car. My car was losing power, dash lights flickering on and off, and steering wheel locking up. I changed out the alternator and drive belt. Tried test driving the car and it would not crank or turn over and lose power shortly after. Called and he showed up less than 15 minutes after calling. Did a load test on my battery to ensure the battery and alternator were good and on top of that adjusted the tension on my belt. Today is my birthday, I broke down at South Carolina Federal Credit Union I went in google found this mobile repair company gentleman came out and assisted me in getting my truck back rolling I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs mobile roadside assistance appreciate you for your help today thank. The transmission cable came off and he had what it to to repair and get me rolling
