Josh and Crystal are the owners of Elite Euro. They are definitely awesome people who run a business on customer satisfaction guaranteed. My first experience was not good buy let me say this they have went above and beyond there duties to make my vehicle right when the dealer sold me a lemon. Thanks to this awesome crew for their hard work and dedication my vehicle is up and running. I greatly appreciate the service they preformed and the price is definitely better then any shop around. I will be a repeat customer.

I can't say enough about this shop. I do not live in Florence but was visiting on business from NC about 3 hrs from home. On the drive down I noticed a squeal under load from my AC belt which is also the accessory belt and supercharger belt. I own a modified E60 S85 that has been supercharged among other things. Needless to say its pretty tough to find someone who is willing AND COMPETENT with my vehicle. About 44 miles from Florence the belt broke. I drove it in without AC , supercharger and Power Steering. They were nice enough to work me in and was able to source my culprit which just wasnt a broken belt. The AC idler pulley broke - froze up - :( Not only did the shop find the parts - they stayed late to finish so I could get home - Thanks for that guy's! :) The bill came in lower than the original estimate so I was definitely like Wooh-Hoo!!! Well, you know how life is once it hits you with something it wants to keep doing - I had been travelling and my CC had a bunch of crazy holds on it. The shop even knocked another $20.00 off my bill so I could cover it with what I had on hand.This shop really helped turn a potentially VERY bad situation into a minor bump in the road.If you live near and are looking for a GREAT shop give these guys a call!

I was referred by a local dealership and had my Audi towed from Dillon under the impression that I needed a timing chain repair. I received a swift diagnosis that my car battery was dead. THIS IS A TRUSTWORTHY business!! I wiill definitely take my car there in the future!

Brought my Audi TT there well over 2 months ago. Car sat there for 2 months. Short on mechanics ok I understand. COVID I understand but when I finally made time to actually go there well it's actually just how I was told it was. Not sure where my car was on the list of being worked on but sitting for 2 months it seems I should have been given some sort of an estimate of when they'll actually be able to get to my car but instead was told the same thing I was told when I called. No help....COVID.... But the mechanic/worker did mention how dealerships in the area was sending there work to them as well which led me to believe my business wasn't a priority. Maybe I'm wrong but definitely the impression I am up under. A very disappointed could have been a loyal customer

Very respectful people!!! Trustworthy and reliable for all of you car needs. Excellent customer service and quality work. I started taking my cars here the middle of last year, and I couldn t have found a better shop. This shop exceeded my expectations and is definitely at the top of this industry!!

I left my car with them for a convertible top repair, oil change, and AC service. After holding my car for two months, in which time they could not seem to locate parts or part numbers for the locking mechanism on my convertible and only used slang terms for parts, I requested the other services completed and a return of my car. The car wasn't ready. I gave them three more days and we arrived to collect it, only to find my car was still not ready. Half an hour later they called to say my catalytic converter had been stolen (as an unlocked convertible should be left outside, right) and the muffler cut; it would take several more days for someone else to repair. A week later I collected my car only to find that, in two months, ONLY the AC had been serviced. The oil change was never performed. The coolant level was low (hey, thanks for asking if you could fill it while it's in your shop?!?) And all the gas had been siphoned out. Won't use again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Love them! They revived my 2005 Audi A4! So far, my Audi is alive and well. People here are very nice; get to know them! They also educate me about how to take care of an Audi. This shop is flexible regarding > 5.00 PM/evening meetings. Plus, repairs have warranties!

I am new to the area, and after bringing my BMW X5 to the BMW dealership and having a horrible experience, I decided to try Elite Euro. THEY WERE INCREDIBLE! I brought it 20 mins before they closed, and not only did they look to see what was wrong but the owner, Crystal, had her mechanics stay an hour and 15 minutes after close to fix the issue right then and there! Crystal's customer service was IMPECCABLE! She noted that I was a student and made an effort to suggest ways I could save money with other things going on with my car. 11/10 would recommend!!!!!!

I do most of my own maintenance and repairs, but if I lived anywhere near Florence, Elite Euro would be my go-to shop. My wife and I were passing through South Carolina on vacation, when our diesel Mercedes shut down with electrical issues. I had left my tools at home. :-( Elite Euro was recommended as the best in the area, so we had it towed there. They went to work immediately, and had us back on the road the same afternoon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Do not take your car to this place! They are absolute crooks! Charged me $800 to fix my ac and it lasted all of 3 days! Will charge u all kind of shop and tool charges in addition to your bill!

For Foreign Cars .I highly recommend Joe's shop in Sumter SC, Got Rusted metal brakeline replaced , a Control arm and New Caliber for less than $650..and yes thats with labor..And the car was ready the next day...Those guys are The best of the best...
