If you need tires in Florence SC. This is the place to stop. I pulled up Michael came out and greeted me and said i can get you fixed up We had multiple flats on the way back from Florida Keys with our boat trailer. After many cheap o tires I finally broke down and got all new Goodyears. They had us in and out in under and hour. Excellent service. Much appreciated!

Wonderful experience at this Discount Tire. I called them when I was about 30 minutes to an hour away and they were prepared for my arrival. They quickly got my family back on the road by patching a tire for us. The team member who took care of us did a wonderful job and was hustling taking care of as many customers as she could.

Had a blowout needed the spare taken off and replaced. Was advised to replace 2 more. The blown out tire was under warranty. ( No charge). Was charged for two new tires. Get outside and discovered instead of 3 new tires I only got 2. When asked why I only had 2 new instead of 3. I was told I only paid for 2. Make this make sense. If my blowout tire is covered under warranty then I should have gone outside and discovered three new tires on my car. I'm no mathematician but I do believe two plus a free tire equals three. I come in inquiring about tires and he's talking to me about wipers and couldn't get my service right..

Our tire picked up a fast leak in the middle of a 12+ hour drive. The kind people at Discount Tire saved the day! They squeezed us into the schedule even though our arrival was near closing time, found a nail, patched the tire, and had us back on the road in under an hour. We are so grateful and impressed. If we lived locally, we'd never go anywhere else for tire service.

Had 2 nails in tire 4 inches apart! Picked them up on 95 and they patched them up for me and had me on the road in no time! Nick and Bryson were the guys getting it done!

Had a leaking tire in RV on way to Florida.Call to confirm they could help. Once we arrived, within 1 hour had four new rear tires. Great Service and very professional!

Customer service people dream of! Took me in close to time of closing and still treated me right! Got me in and out. The best part was watching how thorough of a clean up the entire team done within the shop at closing. Will definitely be a lifer here! The managers and techs were 110%!

Saturday We were headed to the beach and one of our tires started separating and rubbing the others. I called and from the beginning it was amazing customer service ! They said they had tires and so we limped in. We were given a time they would be completed along with an exceptional price. About 5 minutes prior to our completion time (they were still changing out our tires ) the manager gave my husband an update that it would be a few minutes longer - didn t have to do that we saw them working and were so greatfull! From start to finish we were in and out in a little over an hour ! Again. Truly exceptional experience !!!

Very polite, courteous, and professional. Tires in stock, service was extremely quick, waiting area very clean. They provided me with all my options without pressuring me. Turned a stressful unexpected tire purchase into a calm and easy experience. Forever grateful for them. Would recommend.

Warranty saved me today. 2x cut tires.. Good job guys.Went into the store thinking I had to fully purchase 2x new tires and ended up spending like 57$ because of the warranty. Get it.. it pays off.

These guys are great. A must for all your tire repairs and easy to understand quotes on new tires. Highly recommended. Kudos to Hayden!Update; another car, another nail in my tire, and Jonah and team got me in and patched up quickly. Discount tire is absolutely amazing. Worth the drive from wherever you are.

I'm a long time member, I went to the Florence facility on yesterday 6/19/23 to get a tire checked that I brought from here. When I asked the gentlemen, he said no problem, it will be around 7 before I can get to you. I said no problem. Then we were going to my car and he stop me and said, you can make an appointment because we close at 6. To me, that sounded like you didn't want to take the time to check out my issue and you didn't have time. I told him, you should've said that at the beginning when i asked. Don't games with me! I've been buying tires from there for the last 6 years. I told him, I will never buy another tire from there again. I don't play with me or my families safety. Long story short, I had to get another tire because it was unrepairable. No thanks to Discount Tires of whom I paid for full protection for my tires.

We're here to get three tires mounted. They did an excellent job, we're up front about the prices, and we're very friendly and professional. Definitely worth looking into to work on your car if you had a bad experience at another local tires place. Fantastic people great service and great prices thanks for all your help

These guys gave me a great price for Michelin tires for my Tesla Performance, they did a stellar job and treated the vehicle like it was their own. Great job staff, thanks for being personable, responsible and having a great work ethic.

Do not bring your vehicle to these guys,Discount Tires. They r full of it. They charged me $68.00 to mount and balance my 26inch tire. Marion tire charged me $35.00 to mount and balance, Wheel Country charges $40.00 to mount and balance. They are crocked. Where is the Discount.
