I filed a claim through my insurance company for roadside assistance and Chris s Auto called me almost immediately to inform me that they would be there within 10 mins. They were quick and efficient and best of all, not creepy! They really saved my day and kept me on schedule even with an unexpected setback.

I would definitely recommend Chris auto/towing for all your towing needs. Magnificent customer service and services from Mr. Baggett, kept me updated on ETA and he went above and beyond when it came down to towing my 2009 Dodge Challenger. Would definitely call him again if I ever need my car towed. THANK YOU!!!

Car broke down. Requested a tow through my insurance provider. Got a call back from the driver within 10 minutes of the request, and was told he would be there within the next 15 minutes. He got there on time and had my car loaded up quick. Was even nice enough to save me from walking, and gave me a lift. Awesome service, and the driver was friendly! Would definitely recommend, and use in the future!

This company really did an amazing job for me. My wait wasn t long and they were really polite and helpful. Even took the time to help me with another issue. He and his wife is an awesome double buo. I would call them again anytime. Thanks again for all your help.

Chris was extremely professional, and quick with our tow to the repair shop. He handled my truck with care and was extremely helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend!

Just blocked my car in to help someone, next to four empty spots, then refuses to move the truck so I could leave. I parked away from the building so I could run in and out. My 3 minutes turned into fifteen. I waited while he aired up the flat spare, asked the person in the car if they could move the truck they couldn t. So rude.

Jennifer and Chris were amazing! They arrived within 30 mins of the call ( it was a 5:00pm call, so that s impressive!). Very personable, friendly and professional! Highly recommend!!
