I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with this Service Department. Travis Cooper is a true pleasure to communicate with and he's truly willing to help any way he can! If I'm ever in the Florence, SC area with an issue that I need taken care of, I'm going to Carolina International!!!

Staff was polite and researched parts that I had enquired upon. Sometimes they may ask if you could snap a couple photos to send them to them to make sure it's the correct item you may need. Staff ordered my parts and they were in their hands by 2 days.

Absolutely fantastic dealership experience!!! One of the closest customer experiences to Chick-Fil-A I've ever received at a dealership!!! Travis in the Service Department is absolutely fantastic!!!Keep up the great work and attention to customer service!!!!

I have been trucking for over 18 years. For the last 6 years, I have been an owner operator. That's 18 years of breakdowns, repairs, and shops. With 6 years of being taken advantage of and being constantly lied to. HOWEVER, this International shop is absolutely hands down, without a doubt the BEST International shop I've EVER been to!!!!Whenever I went to the dealership for repairs, it was a guaranteed month or 2 down & out of work. Not here!!! I came in with 2 major and 1 minor repairs along with a PM. Guess what... My truck was ready in less than. 2 weeks!!! LESS THAN 2 WEEKS!!!I was updated daily with whatever was going on with my truck. To top it off, I ended up paying $9000 LESS than the estimate they gave me. Yes, you read that right!!! This speaks large volumes of honesty to me!!! They will definitely have my business for as long as I have my International truck!!!

Most expensive shop you will ever go to for Labor. They don t do anything and when you leave their shop you will be paying at least $600 just for a road test and diag. NEVER GO. STAY AWAY.

Do not let Joe sell you a truck. He will lie and not try to help you in anyway. No knowledge on semis, warranty work, or on the paperwork you sign. The mechanics are lazy and liars. This interaction has been a disaster since we started buying this truck. Promised to fix DOT issues and it had two wheel seals leaking. The mechanic lied and then tried to cover the leak up while it was on the lot. These people are not here to help you. Ridiculous I hope international knows this lot is awfulEmail below doesn t work

This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY!!!! Do not let the mechanics work on your truck.Take the advice from my experience and many other comments. They are not out for your best interest or good business. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the most unethical dealerships I have ever had an experience working with. Took my truck in for an ABS light as well as do a DOT inspection once the work was performed. For one they did the DOT way prematurely before the work was even completed on the truck at a cost of $170 kind of pricey don t you think? Second they charged another $170 for a road test I have never been charged for a road test for repairs in any other dealership ever. After receiving the estimate I chose to pull my truck from their shop. Final bill to get my truck out of their shop was over $1100 and all of that was labor with the exception of $54 bracket. The ABS module that they said my truck needed they quoted me a price of almost $2500 I called another dealership and out the door it was $1800. Use this dealership at your own risk I think they were building a bill and padding their pockets with unreasonable labor cost. Sad thing is as a small fleet owner they just insured themselves to never see another one of my trucks ever. Oh and to add insult to injury the $170 DOT inspection that I paid for they couldn t even be bothered with sending the report with the driver when she picked the truck up. Even though it failed I still paid for that report.

When it comes to getting the parts you need with great service, this is the place. I don't live in SC but when I call they are very helpful, they ship the parts to me and all with great customer service. Two thumbs up and a bowl of grits.

Do not use JOE or KENT from this location. Do not bring your truck to get fixed the mechanics are not up to DOT par because they think oil is moisture. Please stay away from this location.RRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a problem with my truck and they took care of it! They were very professional and helpful. Great communication skills also, they kept me updated. I ll recommend them to any driver seeking service.

Had ac problems they got me in and out one overnight stay they had to order the part up and running the next day. Girls in service department and the mechanics will go above and beyond to do what they to get you rolling again. I highly recommend this place for repairs. Well done guys and gals well done

The $130 an hour rates are ridiculous and they overcharged for simple jobs. They wanted to charge me $534 in labor on a one axle break and drum replacement also a wheel seal on one axle total price was $894. 41 axle. That is ridiculous I'll never go back here again for any type of service. Their parts are reasonable but service is ridiculous

It s very EXPENSIVE for the little work that is done personally i will not come again was trying to get another place to service a few of my trucks this isn t the spot. Hope your experience is better than mine.

Had dpf light on when they got around to looking at it they said exhuxt gaskets need replaced and nox sensor was bad told them to replace the gasket and reck they did 24hrs after I told them to do it then they change main and said maybe it the dpf filter was cracked not it got to be scr catlais then we ll have todo more checking I said no give my trk they did my bill of3000 and all that was 155$ this went on for a wk very VERY VERY BAD service don t go their if you bring and BIG check book

I will NEVER take my truck back here for any reason. I would rather pay a tow truck and have it towed somewhere else before i have them work on my truck.The dpf filter cleaned there but they failed to tell me after i paid that they can't clear the codes on dash. Same lights that were on when i dropped it off to them are the same ones thats still on. I have to go to the kenworth dealership and pay more money to have codes cleared. This place is a joke !!!!!!!! Wish i could give this place negative rating !!!!!!!

Its feb. 28th. My trucks been in since tuesday. Been told being diagnosed. Well it's been sitting outside. So how is it being worked onJust wondering wouldn't recommend this place to anyone have to come here because my company sends it here. Not very goodservice.

A wonderful place to go if your have trouble with your truck on I95 passing threw Florence, SC and YOU DON'T MIND SPENDING ALL DAY getting ignored and lied about they will check your truck when they can.. Ha.. like you got something better to do like making money and running down the road. I suggest you try or call somewhere else if you can before you waste a day sitting over there.

Amazing service on my 2013 International prostar every time. The service staff and technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. I won't take my prostar anywhere else
