I took my 2018 "special" model 6 series in under CPO warranty to BMW Florence 5 star.I dealt with Joel C. every time, he was aware of my concerns (check engine light and some diagnostic issues), I did not have to repeat or re-explain, I was there several times about a related issue. Very flexible appointment time slots. I was able to secure a loaner vehicle every time, even though I did not request one, they tried their best to make one available. If not, they provide transportation.Matthew was the tech that worked on my vehicle, I met him and spoke w him at length, he gave me his undivided attention and answered all my Qs.It is not a diagnostic on the spot, you would have to leave the vehicle there for several hours and be ready for an update call/text.Very very responsive.The turnaround for basic part order/delivery/installation is reasonable, on the quick side even.Pricey, but that goes along with any certified dealership prices.Good vehicle selection, decent prices (I did not buy my vehicle at this business), just an observation.So far so good, I will re-update my review if I encounter anything worth noting. I hope not to visit other than for routine maintenance, but isn't that any of us?Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Joel and the BMW Florence team always do an awesome job! Every time I come in, Joel always treats me with the best customer service and makes sure I have a great experience. He always explains what was found and what needs to happen without leaving out any details and makes it clear to understand. BMW hands down has best service and quality.Service: Auto maintenance

Joel was outstanding. He greeted me ever so pleasantly. Direct me through the whole process. Once work was completed, he didn't just let me sign paperwork and pushed me out the door. He escorted me out, even opening my door for me. Now that's over the top service comparing to others. I even received a video of the services performed on my BMW X1. Thank You Joel for your generosity....

These guys are amazing! Traveling down I-95 and encountered some trouble with a tire. They were fast, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Joel was a great guy and greeted us with a smile as if we were regular frequent customers and not just passing through. Joel was the service member that handled my entire experience from the scheduling of the oil change to the last moment when he opened my car door for me to get in. Matthew provided Friendly and helpful customer service and with a smile. He was very detailed with explaining prices that I had inquired about. Made sure I knew of any upcoming Services I had. I received excellent customer service from Joel. He was thorough in explaining the problem that occurred with the vehicle which was minor. Service was unbelievable with royal treatment from the moment I made contact by phone,and going and leaving the BMW service department. My CS guy Joel was simply amazing. BMW of Florence without a doubt has the right man in that position. He was helpful, answered every single question, and treated me and my Aunts, that came along for the ride, like we were royalty. He made sure we were taken care of the entire visit. He even made sure we got to the mall and back safely to kill some time while we waited for my services to be completed. Our driver was great as well eventhough I can't remember his name. BMW of Florence will be my place for anything I need for my 530I for as long as I own it.Service: Brakes

Matthew was very helpful and professional when I call him about the nail in my tire. He set up my appointment, and was true to his word that my tire will be in at that appointment. Awesome customer service! We had to drop our car off after hours due to a flat tire, and they had all four tires replaced with an alignment by the end of the next day. Five star service ALWAYS!!! Perfect, courteous service & prompt round trip pick up from their courtesy shuttle. I purchased my vehicle from them two years ago, and I have had my vehicle serviced with them ever since. My experience is always superior and professional. Had a flat tire at 6:30pm so I drove to BMW of Florence which was only a few miles up the road. Luckily, Matthew was still inside and was able to get me squeezed into an early appointment the next morning. Car has run flats tires so I was able to drive a couple miles home that night and back again in the morning. Matthew stayed in touch throughout the day and was responsive to any questions I had. I picked up the car after I got out of work at 5:30pm. No issues. Exactly the kind of service you should expect out of a dealership. Thank you!Service: Tires

I had experienced a problem with one of my tires when I was on my way for servicing. Joel and the service attendant took care of the issue. I'm satisfied with the maintenance and brake sensor repair thus far. The "Wait Time" could be improved though.The complimentary car detailing leaves much to be desired. The excessive murky drippings and spotting due to lack of rinsing and dryingleft me surprisingly disappointed. First impressions are lasting impressions. Driving along I-95 and ran over something that punctured my tire. Pulled off the exit and looked up the nearest BMW and was so happy it was only 3 miles away. Drove my car into the service center and had a new tire within an hour and back on the road. Great and fast service. So relieved!Service: TiresService: Tires

After terrible service provided at my local BMW Dealership, BMW of Columbia, I decided to drive more than an hour to Florence. It was very much worth it. Nothing but excellence. This is now my place. I prefer the long drive, than to receive bad attitudes and bad customer service. Mr. Joel is a professional.
