Whenever I have had a problem with my car, Black's Tire and Auto Service has been a blessing! They correctly diagnose the problem, fix it in a timely manner and charge a fair price. Everyone who works there is polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

At first the wrong part was ordered for my car, but Mike made sure the part was reordered and notified me when it came in. Everyone was very pleasant!! No problems with the work that was done!! I'm glad I decided to take my car there!!

My experience was amazing, that includes the employees and my service! I came in literally at 5:10 and they closed at 5:30. I needed to know if I needed new tires and they said I did, but they may not have time. I informed him that I had death in the family and had to get on the highway the next morning and would have to find another shop because I had to attempt to get it done today. He asked some of the guys if they d stay a few minutes late to do it, 4 people worked on my tires and had me out by 5:35.

I arrived at the appointed time and they immediately started to find and fix the leak in my tire. Black s has a pleasant waiting room and in no time my car was ready to go. The service team is very friendly and my tire was professionally patched at a fair price.

I needed a couple of jobs done quickly. I needed my rotors and brakes replaced and a set of new tires put on. Even though they weren't quick jobs. The staff a Blacks Tire made it seem like small jobs. Super quick and the price wasn't that bad either. Definitely recommend them.

I have always loved going to Black s Tire for service. The personnel are very personable, professional and helpful. I needed a tire replaced today when I called Black sTire. Justin was very friendly and helpful and told me that he could have a tire for me by 2pm. He asked what were the dimensions of the tire. I could not read it on my tire. He gave me his cell number and asked me to take a picture and send it to him. Justin ordered the tire and his crew was waiting for me when I got to the shop. The wait was not long. Everyone there was so helpful. I will always go there in need of help. Thank you and thanks to Justin and the crew.

My experience with Black's Tire &Auto Service was great because of the good customer service. The price quoted to me was a fair price and affordable. The staff were welcoming and answered all of my car need questions. I enjoyed the fact that everyone was happy to be at work and loved their job's. I walked out the door with a sense of peace for a jobwell done.I will definitely use Black's Tire& Auto Service again.

I dropped my vehicle off for routine transmission service and though out the process got great and timely updates. Super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be going back for future services. :)

Very professional people, very courteous and quite friendly. Didn't excellent job on my pick up. Let me know exactly what they were doing and called back in a timely manner. Go let me know what they were doing and how much it was going to cost. I would definitely recommend them. This is black's tire on Irby street in Florence, South Carolina.

Low tire pressure alert sent me to Black s Tire Center right away. I had just driven through a construction site. The 2 men there were very kind and helpful. I waited 20 minutes or less for them to assure me that I had not picked up any foreign material. They updated my information and I was on my way.

Great experience getting tires mounted, balanced and alignment done on car. Very friendly and exceptional customer service! Would recommend to friends and family. Even got a delicious cupcake while we waited.

The quality of work is great but the timeliness of the work sucks. I was in the store in Florence SC this morning at 8:15 to have an oil change and tire rotation and I was told it would be about a hour. Finally after about 3 1/2 hours I was leaving at 11:40 and there were no other problems or issues for them to work on.

I drove to Florence to attend a funeral and upon leaving the service discovered I had two tires with very low pressure. I went to Black s Tire and the friendly, professional employees were able to diagnose my problems, correct them and get me back on my way home! I highly recommend this place.

South Irby street shop has always been my backup go to shop. Very grateful for Bradley and these guys getting me worked in today since my jeep is my main transportation 7d a week!Thanks again for the wonderful service!

I have absolutely no complaints. I was treated with the most respect. My salesman ( Michael on Irby St)let me know where they were on my car without me asking. I would recommend Black's and Michael to anyone.

Bradley Hudson and his coworkers at Black s Tire and Auto Service on South Irby Street in Florence, SC, took great care of me last Friday as a customer, and completed the tire change within the short timeframe that they promised. I greatly appreciate their crew working my vehicle in their tight schedule, and most importantly, having the tire changed and the car ready by the end of my lunch break. As a result, I made it back to work, and clocked in on time. Thank you, to all of the team, for their professionalism, as well as their courteous service.

Why do I am make an appointment and it takes 2:30 hrs to get an oil change and rotate my tires. Plus the guy who did the oil change rooked through my whole vehicle to find my lug lock when I brought it in and it was the service order. Wasted an 1 hour and half of my time. Went through my personal property. Just come in and ask where it would be not rummage through my vehicle. Been going to this place for years. Worst experience I had in my life. also, the most I ve ever paid for an oil change $64. I can get that done at Walmart for $30. Joe will never be back I ll go to another black tire service store.

I have used Black's tire before and would use them again. If they can't help you they will try to find you some help somewhere else. I wished every business was that helpful. They will go out of there way to help you. That's the reason I give them 5 stars.

The people were very friendly and helpful with me. We didn t have to wait long and that s very nice. The job was done perfectly no problems. That s also why I keep coming back here. Bottom line they know what they are doing. Thanks BTS.

I cannot thank Jamie and Patrick enough for getting me and my kids back on the road. I was completely lost and traveling with my kids and dog when an incident occurred. Jamie went above and beyond to help me and honestly thank you isn t enough! If it wasn t for those guys, I truly wouldn t have been able to make it back home. They also didn t mind my dog hanging out in the Bay Area while they fixed my Jeep. This company will always be my go to.

I am a bit " old school" when it comes to technology. The art of good conversation is painfully slipping away. When I received your response I reviewed mine. I was remiss & would like to thank Mike M, Bradley and Mike the Mechanic . Respectful, genuine , Customer Service. Generous of time offering a solution to the entire situation as it requires making arrangements to go to & from the shop. Thank you for accomodating my needs. The one point my error. With that a certain amount of Faith & trust has to be folded in along with the need to ask for help and resolve the problem. Having lived a rather independent life you learn how to navigate through new situations. The Gentlemen named above treated me as a Lady and welcome. That made me feel good. I took my sisters car to have some work done about a month ago and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Fast forward to yesterday, my car needs to have a tire plugged. I didn't hesitate as to where I was going to take it. Blacks Tire did not disappoint. It is such a peaceful and professional environment. The young man that waited on me had such a pleasant disposition. Thank you, Black's Tire for a wonderful experience.
