Quick and efficient. I've got nothing to complain about. I took my car to a blacks tire closer to were I live and after that work was done asked about some more work. That Blacks said they couldn't do it at their shop, but recommend this location. We got it set up I dropped it off in the morning and had it back before the end of the day fantastic job.

Highly recommend Black s on Palmetto St ! Great service with a smile, was in and out within a half hour for a tire patch, and cost me less than the other places in town would have charged. Again, can t stress how friendly the service was , I will definitely be giving them my business again next time.

When I went in and set up the appointment I asked what the price would be and was told for brakes and rotors it would run 350-380 per axle. I had rear brakes and rotors installed and the girl came over and said you need all this. She had added on a brake flush and tires. A brake flush and tires are recommended but not required but she presented it like I needed all this now. So I told her take all that off and just do brakes and the rotors. When I checked out my bill was $530. First and last time going here for an hour job I was charged $250 in labor and a $32 shop fee. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new garage and I will continue looking. Only got 1 star because that was the minimum I could give.

Unable to turn rotors. It the make the price too high . Went to Brakes for less what you were going to charge over $700 got done for $350. I have been along time customer. In the past I would go ahead and let you guys do the work. Now I guess I will have to check prices at other shops.

I've been a customer for 13 years at the East Palmetto St location. I've always been greeted with a smile, and treated with respect. I enjoy having conversations with Allan, he's such a funny but kind person. This will always be my go to place, simply because they stand behind there work.

I was not.happy I called and asked if they could change a low beam light . They said yes. I took it they didn't even have to ask my name I was in system. Didn't tell me it would cost me $60 just for them to change it. Bulb was $12.90 somewhere around there and a $4 and something tool charge. I honestly think they could have told me I would be charged $60 just to change it. When I called to question I was told we have to pay the workers somehow. I do not make $60 an hour let alone for 30 minutes. Just would have like to been told.

I live in Columbia and was passing through for work. Since I travel for work and have a lot of driving, I wanted to save time and went yesterday to get an oil change and 4 new tires. I was told they weren t very busy and they would be able to do it pretty quickly. I had a couple of meetings at a local hospital so it was going to work out perfectly.I went to my meetings and came back at 12:30, when they said it would be ready. They said it was almost ready. At 1:30 I asked when and they said 20 mins . I finally left at 2:30.However, on my way home I realized on the highway my car shook above 60mph. I called back and asked them if that was a problem and they said bring it back and they will check the balance . But I live in Columbia and couldn t go back.As I write this, I m in a local shop spending more money to get my tires balanced. Also, my tire sensors do not work. The guy checking my balance just told me make sure you get your tires from an actual tire store next time thinking I had gone to some hole in the wall due to the work they did. When I told him where I went, he said well damn, don t go there again .The guys in the shop were very nice and I appreciate their help. They even told me to send them a bill for the balance. But I lost another morning of work this morning and I m supposed to be on the road to Charleston now, so I m having to rearrange all my appointments. I ll probably not send them the bill and let it serve as a reminder to me to never go back there again.$700 and 5 hours of time should have me leaving a great review. It is highly disappointing and I would caution you to not use this business or at least this location.

Incredibly fast and kind service, got us in & out first thing the day before Christmas Eve, to patch a flat while we still had another 600 miles to go. Clean waiting space and our dog was allowed in. Hoping we don t need to come back in an emergency again but we know where we d go if we needed help!

Very nice guy on the phone. Unfortunately I went in to get a full inspection of my vehicle and they gave a me a few things that need replaced, including a "rear end" but when asked what was wrong with the current one, they wouldn't give us a direct answer. Just said that it needed replaced and that it would cost a couple thousand dollars.

Outstanding service! I am not from the area and my car was towed to Blacks for a flat that I didn t think was repairable. I was in a bind as my new vehicle doesn t have a spare. Add to this, it was close to closing time. Al could have easily sold me a tire, but instead he repaired it and did it all with a smile. Excellent service! If you are local this is where you should go!

I came in with a tire I thought only needed air. That was wrong. I had a good sized nail. The waiting room was quite full but they managed to fit me in and get me to my appointment a bit late but a successful visit. Thank you Black's Tire for helping me out when I needed it most.

I loved my first experience, they was very caring and made sure the job was done right. Kudos to the staff and especially to the female that helped, she came out with her little names on, checking tire pressures, answering the phone, taking care of clients and making them feel comfortable and then she was asking if anything else needed to be done. I will definitely be back.

Person behind the counter didn't seem to want to help me, so I left and went to Discount Tire instead.Discount Tire people were super helpful and got me set up for 4 new tires + other fixes.

I didnt have to wait no time I was attended to as soon as i walked in the door.I especially want to mention how professionally the young lady handled ab irate customer while I was there He put voo doo on her and even played the race card. We need more customer service people like her,I wished I had got her name but she was terrific!

My wife had an accidental tire puncture early in the morning. My 1st and only choice was BTS. I arrived 7 minutes before opening time and they let me in, worked up an estimate, and immediately started working on the vehicle. The vehicle was ready within a half hour and the invoice was a few dollars less than the estimate. Hopefully I don t have another tire issue early in the morning, but if I do and I m anywhere near Florence. I will take my vehicle to Black s Tire.

I did not like that they charged me for a fuel additive that I was not told about nor did I authorize.However, the tire technician was new and did a great job !

BTS has non-existent customer service. Will try to ensure you pay for things you don't need. Will ruin your vehicle. They changed oil and left a ratchet under the hood, beat my headlight to pieces, super lucky it didn't ruin my radiator. Do not recommend. Ever.

Al is and has always had excellent customer service and genuinely wants to help you with whatever your problem is. He is great and look forward to talking with him. The young lady that was there today put me on hold 10 times and never came back to the phone I ended up calling back and getting a young man that told me to hold for a few minutes. That s ok it took is someone taking the time to actually talk to verses putting you on hold and not return. I will continue to be a customer at Blacks Tire.
