Great place.I took my vehicle to 2 other shops locally. I had tired put on at both places. My vehicle was shaking bad. I took it back repeatedly to the other shops and it wasn't fixed.After 1 stop at Black's, my vehicle drives amazing. A huge thanks to Paul and the rest of the staff.

I had went to 7 different tire shops, including the local Chrysler dealership, and the lug locks could not be removed. Black's Tire & Auto Service did a fantastic job with great results with a reasonable charge and exceptional service. I will move from customer status to client status. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work performed .

My first visit to Black's. Bucky checked me in, listened to what I needed done, made suggestions, gave me options and cost. Loved the professional and personal service. The work was done quickly and results explained thoroughly. The waiting room was comfortable and the neatness and cleanliness was a surprise compared to others. I will definitely be back.

Quick service clean restrooms, nice comfortable sitting area and most of the staff is polite and open early for people who work 3rd shift and need to get car serviced when they get off. I trust them with my vehicles and I am always comfortable with calling them and knowing I will get help with what I need. They are a no pressure place. If you want someone to work on your car and not try to make up things or find fake problems to charge you for. This is the place. They also will call and recommend other locations if they think I will help you. I drive pass several other places to visit this location because of the exceptional service and consistency. I wish I knew the guys name who's always behind the counter but I'm always happy when I see him and he's the nicest man. Always greet you and such a down to earth person. I think he's the manager but I'm not sure because he's such a humble guy I never ask him his position. I wish they sold merchandise and I wish they did other work to cars because I would absolutely support them more.

Black's Tire shop was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician performed my services in a timely manner. Another satisfied customer. I'll definitely tell everyone I know and continue to come back for more service to my vehicle..

I've delt with these guys with company vehicles and with personal vehicles over 10 years. They've always been up front and never done any work that didn't need to be done. Just like recently I wanted them to check my breaks while replacing my tires. They could've easily just replaced them, charged me, and I'd have never questioned it. Instead they adjusted them and I was told they were still good to go and they didn't even charge me for that. This is one, I've got so many stories from over the years of them helping me like this. I'll keep using these guys as long as I'm here. Bob, Paul, and Buckey are awesome! The guys in the back too!

Usually tend to do good work, but this time around was honestly very disappointed with the service, got in my car after spending what seemed to be very overpriced labor, to see mud stains form their boots in my carpet after working on my car. Very frustrating and unprofessional, i recommend taking your car somewhere more reputable. I won t waste my time or money here again.

On way home from NC to Florida. Unfortunately hit curb at stop in Florence,SC. Thanks to help from hp was directed to them after road service put doughnut tire on. Hp officer told me you would be fair and treat me good. Not the trip home I planned. Thank you for the wonderful service as waited there. And for recommending a good place to stay after leaving there. Thanks to Edward hickey and the one who suggested the Comfort Inn as possible place to stay. God couldn t have put me in a better place after being stranded on 95 south!

Just moved here from Maryland and got stuck in Florence with a flat tire. I ended up at Black s not knowing what to expect. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly team. My tire was repaired and it cost me $27! They could have told me I needed a new tire but they didn t I have found my new mechanic. I highly recommend Black s. They do not take advantage of the consumer. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Called to see if they could fix my tire. Told me to come on in. Got there at 415pm and was taken care of and gone within 30 mins. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Nothing felt rushed.

These ppl at Black's tires and service was very helpful and they give me the vibe like they I'm not different. They treated me like I was a customer, my car has some performance add-on, but they still took there time to find any problems wrong with my car. The Black's tire & Auto place on W. Palmetto St. In Florence treated me towards the end like my car had a few aftermarket parts on it and it's not worth looking at. So these ppl at the shop on E. Palmetto St. In Florence SC near the Airport really did car. So I left with a smile on my face and they will see more of me for all the help they did.

On Saturday 12/16/2023 there was an elderly couple who had a flat tire beside the road down from Blake s Tire, I went into Blakes Tire around 11:00am I asked the lady up front could I have a tire put on a rim for the elderly couple down the road whom I had stopped to help on the side of the road at the store, I told the lady that me or the elderly couple wasn t from SC, the lady asked me to give her a few minutes so she could go ask the guys out back would they be able to put the tire on the rim. The lady walks back in and stated no. To my knowledge it would maybe only take 10 to 15 minutes to do the job they were a couple of people ahead of me which I was welling to wait I wasn t rushing at all I was only trying to help the elderly couple down the road which I explained to the lady not giving any aggressive feed back to her. To my knowledge they closed at 12 but if someone is at a company who needs help that shouldn t matter good customer support should always be your number one priority within a company.

I came in for a tire rotation. The service was quick and I was given outstanding customer service. I was given my receipt before my vehicle service was completed and I was able to drive away as soon as my car was brought to the front.

Friendly staff, competent staff, fair price. Being a maintenance professional myself on aircraft and electric trains, (40yrs), they met all of my expectations, kudos to the Blacks team!!

This is the best place in town. been going for years at least 10. cant trust my vehicle to any other place but Black s Tire. They re absolutely wonderful!

Been dealing with these good people for years! Paul and the rest of the staff are always taking care of business the proper way and they don't up sell services or repairs you don't need! Good and honest plus great service!

Had a tire impaled with a stick. Black s checked to see if it could be plugged but too deep. Quickly replaced tire with a comparable one. Excellent service. Pleasant interaction. Reasonable cost

Had a great experience this morning, getting my left rear tire repaired. Was treated kindly by some experienced staff member, and was out in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Blacks Tire Service for your automotive needs.
