Visited location today and have to say customer service was excellent from the time I arrived till leaving..the reason for visiting the location was not solved but I left w/no complaints due to great customer service by the staff. Huge kudos to the customer service representative Paul keep up the great job..customer service is a lost art lately and it s refreshing to see that!!

Brought a battery in November 23, 4 months later and it's dead, they won't exchange and the warranty that I purchased is not good through the store. It's only good for the manufacturer, $145 later and I'm stuck with a dead battery. Please go to Sam's club and purchase a battery or somewhere else.. Do Not purchase from here

My family has used this location several times, and they have been beyond helpful. I was visiting and needed help with my elderly mother's phone. In less than 5 minutes, they had the phone working and did not charge us. Hayden was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. My family and I will definitely use this store for further needs.

Bought an 8d class $185 buck battery o line. Bought in the core, got my battery loaded. I also took in 2 key fobs and 2 blank keys to be cut and programmed. The fobs turned out okay. The key didn't work. You hav to sign a paper that you agree they dont stand behind the work if it fails. Okay, I lost the keys but fobs were okay. I get this huge battery home and installed..I check voltage, it's sorta low for a new one..only right at 11.5. So I check fluid level..it's only 1/2 full. I call. They say jus add water. WAIT I PAID FOR A NEW BATTERY FILLED WITH BATTERY ACID... So I already installed it, I go buy 2 packs of battery acid from advanced auto. That solved the problem. CHECK YOUR FLUID LEVEL ON ANY BATTERY YOU BUY BEFORE YOU LEAVE...DONT LET SOMEONE CUT KEYS IF THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THE JOB.. This is just my experience, not saying yours will b the same. Instead of saving money, this battery cost me an extra 40.

Went to pick my new key fob up and the Regional manager helped me. He was very knowledgeable of programming the new key and was very helpful and friendly. He also was fast but productive getting me taking care of and checked out.

I made an appointment on line and got $10.00 off. The young lady who waited on me was very nice and helpful. When I went back to pick phone up, she told me whoever had put battery in last time (a friend) had not tightened the screws tight enough nor did they put the adhesive back right. This caused my battery to run down eventually to the point I had to keep it plugged in all the time to keep a charge. They fixed all of that and phone is doing great now.

We went to batteries plus today and was very pleased with the customer service, the price and technical support. They were beyond great with the customer service and called us when it was ready on time. I went and got my iPhone 8+ screen fixed and after words they also put a class screen protector on. I most DEFINITELY recommend going here

I am grateful for the fast and efficient job that they did for me. They replaced my battery in my phone and gave me information on what I needed to do to fix our lamp post outside. They also gve me energy serving tips for our outdoor lighting and suggested better items to try.

I'm a klutz. I've broken my iPhone screen twice now in a two month period (one with the case on!). Each time the fine folks at Batteries+Bulbs have replaced my screen in under an hour and they've done a fantastic job! Thank goodness they are here!! If you make an appointment, they even give you a bit of discount. Highly recommend this business!

This place is a bit overpriced. The staff is helpful but more like they are programmed than human, kind of like a telemarketer. You can get a battery checked here for free and they will tell you if it is good or not or if it can be reconditioned if needed. Some staff is more knowledgable than others. The prices need to come down to a normal level before I can give a better star rating.

Well, my phone went in the hot tub with me last night Fortunately, it still works BUT, it wouldn t charge ( liquid inside device ). I put it in rice overnight and lo and behold, a piece of rice got stuck in the charging port well Damn! This morning, I went to Batteries Plus and in less than 5 minutes, my phone was charging! They were super nice too!

Needed a flashlight repaired and afterward saw a display of LED bulbs. Jamye who repaired the light showed me how much cooler the bulbs were. I have had a problem with the heat from the old chandelier bulbs causing the wiring to fail. She turned one on and showed me how cool it was. i immediately bought 6 of the bulbs. She was helpful and quite well informed. An outstanding employee! You're lucky to have her!

I had been having problems getting my iPhone to charge and went to Batteries Plus today and the girl working was very nice and fixed my phone in a very quick, timely manner! 10/10 recommend!

Great customer service and very fast service on iPhone screen replacement BUT did not advise that replacement screen color would be different than OEM screen. Left store before noticing colors washed out . Screen was set dim at store. Maybe all aftermarket screens are like that but should have been communicated. Instead left feeling duped.

I needed 2 special batteries for a mobility scooter. Looked on line and ordered them. An hour or so later I got an email that they were ready for pickup at a local store! Went to the store and they were already to go. Really easy and the batteries fit perfectly!

After attempting to replace a shattered screen on my iPhone 7 plus, which left me with a broken home button and a disconnected camera, I made an appointment online at the Pamplico Hwy. location. Jayme was very knowledgeable and was able to finish the repair on my phone in about 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the service and will return in the future. Thanks again, Jayme!

Went to buy a battery for my cell phone and the lady was going to charge me the same price for the battery as if it were installed. And told me there was no warranty if I installed it my self. I told her never mind. The battery she was going to sell me for$75 was $17 online. She got mad and told me " don't blow yourself up". Rude lady!

Horrible manager and owners. Went there to get my phone fixed and when I asked how long it would take the manager snapped back at me and said "I'll call you when it's done." Which is fine, but there is a nice way of saying things. needless to say I will never return to another batteries plus.

Had a phone screen replaced. Son apparently dropped and damaged it again. Batteries plus repaired it at no cost. Wow great customer service. Store is clean, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Batteries Plus Florence SC

Love em. I was traveling from Va to Ga and stop here cause my drop my iPhone 6S at the rest area. They fix my screen within the hr to brand new. Very nice and professional.

The young lady that took care of my transaction is everything you want in a retail store position, friendly. courteous, well spoken, willing to try her best to satisfy customer wants. but with one issue that is No fault of her own.There seems to be a severe lack of technical training around the task of testing batteries and what is acceptable standing voltage. Also understanding basics like the difference between CCA and Voltage.. If you are going to put people on the front counter to sell and test batteries You need to get them some technical training. The first battery she brought out and wanted me to take was so low on standing voltage (12.3) I refused to take it. According to the digital meter she was using that battery was only at 38% charged. NOT acceptable for any new battery. It took 3 attempts to come up with a battery with an acceptable standing voltage.

Dealership wanted $240 for 2 key fobs, programming, and cutting 2 keys!! Called and talked to Keirra and she worked miracles to get it done and for less than $60 and I bought key fobs online. Still way cheaper and she went above and beyond. I have a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500...call her!!!

Took my Iphone in to get a new battery BECAUSE MY PHONE WOULDN'T HOLD A CHARGE. The 1st time the battery had my pictures looking worst than when I took it to them and phone still wouldn't hold a charge and picture was grainy looking. 2nd time I took it there they replaced the battery and phone worked for about a month then the phone started overheating and it completely shut down and refuse to even power on. I'M STILL WITHIN MY WARRANTY. I guess there battery doesn't work for my phone.I called to let the store people know the battery isn't working and was advised to get a new phone because my phone was too outdated, yet I took the phone to AT&T to be checked out and was told it was the battery. So since Battery Plus doesn't think they are at fault I will go get my 3rd battery and never use them again. It is so hard for people to ACCEPT responsibility of their things.
