I would not recommend this auto zone to anyone, the workers are all rude and not customer friendly, the old men there is lazy and no one wants to help any more, they broke an item on my vehicle and they did not go above and beyond to help find a solution to a problem they created .

The girl that helped us was wrong about the type of freon our truck took. She didn't know how to use the computer. We were holding a can of freon not knowing if it was right or wrong, after her trying to look up on the computer and acting like she figured it out, she told us the can we were holding was the right stuff. It was not the right stuff, and so went in to return it which took her a very long time and finally asked up help and we finally got our refund. I wouldn't go there again.

You got to love this place and the pouring rain I called to see if they could replace my windshield wiper blade and surely enough they said that they could! I am happy to report by the time I got there the rain has stopped God is good!

I had an amazing interaction with the manager. He was very nice to me and very patient when I didn t know what I needed. He took time with me but not too much, because he had to work with other customers. Jermaine was the best!

Excellent service, another auto store didn't what to change my battery on my 14 GMC Sierra. Brought it here less than 30 min for purchase and install. Very polite gentleman that did it , definitely would recommend and will return.

Store was clean but the customer service could be much much better. I found what I needed and proceeded to stand at the counter waiting patiently for the associate to get off the phone. Another customer walks in just as the associate was getting off the phone. The associate proceeds to help the customer that just walked in and acted like I didn't even exist. Terrible. Do better.

I run a mechanic business and I shop here almost everyday the employees know my name and are a pleasure to do business with there knowledgeable and fast past and unlike other parts stores have patients with there customers and the actually have a very good mechanic who works there as well so if you have any questions and what great mechanic advice ask to speak with TONY OR THE MANAGER SHOPIEA

I thought I had to buy a light for my car. But that was not the case. So the guy had to refund my money back. So I guess the manager end up having to refund my money back but instead of handling that he goes to take another customer which was somebody he knew. Having a long convo am like shock that a manager do that instead of given me my money and let me be on my way but instead he just going to talk and catch up with family. After that he end up giving me my after he family left. Am like that was so rude! He just try to ignore me and walk away like he do that all the time.

This is a great place to get anything u need for your car. They usually have the best price in town on parts with a lifetime warranty. Also, the guys that work there are incredibly helpful, efficient and nice. They will hook up the diagnostic test for free, put in a battery u just bought from them, help u put oil in your car. They are very knowledgeable and great.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I went in this location 2 years ago for a rear windshield wiper replacement. I immediately went back when I needed the actually main wiper blades replaced. It was not busy when I arrived and I had someone assist me quickly. We discussed what make and model of car and he went to locate the item. It took over 10 minutes to ring up the blades. I wasn't happy, but I just rolled with it. Since I was dealing someone who seemed to be in management, I just assumed it must have been a short staffed day - even though it was a computer user issue. We get outside and he pops my blades off, breaking one of them. He went to pop the new ones on and realized they wouldn't fit. We went back inside and he pulled another pair of blades from a rack. For another 5ish minutes I waited for him to exchange everything in the computer, paid for the upgrade cost of the blades and we then headed back out to pop them on. It was dejavu...... they didn't fit either! As we went in to begin an exchange again, I realized I'd been there over 40 minutes. I politely told the guy I just wanted a refund and I'd be gone. He slightly protested, to which I then told him a refund wasn't an option and I was leaving to get this taken care of elsewhere. It took another 10ish minutes to complete this transaction. It seemed that the actual manager had to keep logging into the computers for transactions - it made NO sense. I pulled up to AutoZone at 4:45pm and left at 5:50pm ....... still without new blades AND my old blades wouldn't even go back on my car since 1 was broken. I drove a few miles south down Irby to Advanced Auto. Start to finish my transaction took 12 minutes.....and that included getting out of my car, going in, getting waited on, paying and installation. I will never frequent an Auto Zone after this.
