Advance auto parts is just like any place else the customer service is not very hospitable the employees don t want to be there and they act like you are a thorn in their side for even coming in the store. They do have decent prices on their products but you better be prepared to find it yourself. Better yet call ahead and make sure they have what you need.

Needed a battery. They had it in stock, installed it, and had me out of there very quickly.

Customer service non existed.... the cashier was eating lunch at the counter and talking to her child on FaceTime. They all were using profanity..... very unpleasant and unprofessional. Two weeks afters I purchased the battery I had to call road side assistance. As soon as he popped the hood he said Advance battery huh... I said yes... he said thier batteries aren't any good take it back! When I got to Advance they did test it ... again the cashier was eating at the counter. He said the battery is fine I think it's the alternator.....

Top notch service... These guys helped me above and beyond my needs... I have never had a customer service experience better than I had here today... They helped me out twice and made me look like a professional mechanic and I am helpless when it comes to fixing anything, let alone cars... We have 6 auto parts stores in town and I will never go to any other store!!!

The young lady there was incredibly helpful, she changed my battery, showed me what she was using and what they were called. Very pleasant, excellent customer service. I'll definitely do business when she's in. She wants a shop of her own, maybe Advance should help her with that.

Joey went above and beyond helping me with air filters. His personality and attitude were very pleasant. This will be the only store I deal with for my automotive needs. The customer service was amazing!

Advanced was a very good experience I went in with what I needed in mind someone approached me asked me if they could help immediately put their hands on when I was there to get in addition to that they found discounts and I was eligible for and I went home paying considerably less than I went and expecting to pay and a great experience customer service relations was outstanding great job

Amazing experience. Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and that we understood how to use the A/C recharging system we purchased. Extremely helpful finding the correct parts for my vehicle. Loaner tools provided so that I could install new bulbs in my tailgates. Their staff even came outside to see if I needed any help. Nice people, good prices.

Let me tell you about an amazing person that Joey at Advance Auto Parts Store is. We were traveling from Daytona, FL to Virginia Beach, VA. Around Florence we noticed something wrong with the way the car was handling. We pulled the car off 95 and one of our tires had 3 busted wheel lugs. We called Advance to see if they had the parts we needed and they did. We very slowly hobbled our way over there. We bought the parts and proceeded to work on the car. Well it turned out to be more difficult than we anticipated. Joey was in and out of the store making sure we had proper tools, helping my boyfriend when he needed another helping hand, and looking up information when we couldn't figure out certain things. He was there until after they closed to make sure our car got fixed so we could get back on the road. His customer service was outstanding and very much appreciated. We may have not been able to get back on the road if it wasn't for him! Thank you so much Joey! Advance should be honored to have you as an employee. May luck always be on your side in life! Thank you again!

It's a pretty decent place that usually has what few minor things I look for. Can't really review it because I'm not in the store more than 5 mins at a time.

Bought a battery 3 years ago and today got a replacement for free!! They installed it in minutes.. had a very good experience!

Bought a replacement rear windshield wiper blade, fire replacement is advertised but as soon as employee come outside he takes one look at it and says i need a special tool to take cover off and suggested i go to king Cadillac.I then go down to lee Hyundai and see my man tj who immediately changes the blade for me without the special tool in a matter of seconds.If the employee didnt want to do it he should've just said so.

My service there were outstanding I had misplaced my receipt for some car seats I purchase and they were able to look up the car seats on their computer and refund my purchase
