My husband worked with the ladies at the front desk, Megan and another lady s name that I just can t remember, to surprise me with a new Ranch Hand brush guard for my truck. I was told by my husband to walk in, hand Megan the keys and go sit in the waiting area, no questions asked.Well, I did what he said and in what felt like less than an hour, I was told my truck was ready. Still clueless as to what was happening, I was escorted outside to my truck, by the pros who installed it, to see a shiny new brush guard on the front of my truck WITH A BIG, RED BOW on it!Look, folks who work like this, who work like they care about their customers, they all deserve more than 5 stars, but since thats all Google will allow, 5 stars it is!The business itself is right off the main road, access to parking is convenient, and the quality of work is exceptional. The waiting areas are comfy - one inside, one outside, and there are snack and drink machines for your convenience.As I waited, I saw many happy customers come and go. If I ever need another Ranch Hand or the next time I need tires, I ll scoot on up to Estill to see these folks. I deeply appreciate how hard they worked to give me a really nice Christmas surprise!

Took my truck up there for an alignment and ball joints and the truck was still riding rough. So I got another mechanic shop to look at it and they said that the control arm was put on BACKWARDS!!! If I could give negative stars I would because i literally called dr tire and told them the truck was still riding rough and they told me it was bc of my tires!

My husband and I stopped on our way to FL for our check engine light. We were stressed about our vacation but were in and out within 30 minutes. The Dr. Tire staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We HIGHLY recommend, you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their experience!

They seem to be a great group of people, very professional, they advised me about something they thought I needed to complete the work I wanted to be done, in order for them to do an excellent job,I needed to purchase this particular product, but the Truth is, man it was DEEEP $$$$ POCKET, well maybe another time, but all in all it's a great place to hook up your auto repairs.

The secretary was very, very courteous. The workmen wrre very knowledgeable of their assignments, but more so, the cost to work on my vehicle was very reasonable. I'll sure do business with Dr. Tire agan and I would recommend this place.

One of the best shops I found on the East Coast. Robert and the whole staff have customer service one of their top priorities. There was an issue with my truck that left me stranded at the midway point of my journey. Dr. Tire rolled backed one of their personal trucks to my location so I could complete my trip and get my trailer with cargo safe at home. They repaired my truck with quality and care, all without sticker shock. This is an epitome of what all American Businesses should be practicing in customer service and quality workmanship. Thank You Dr. Tire.

Great service and friendly staff. They have been servicing my cars since I moved to the area over 10 years ago. They are willing to do whatever it takes to get me back on the road safely. They've even picked up my car when I couldn't get it to them. So convenient. Estill is lucky to have Dr Tire.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Tire. Ms. Dana was super helpful. I blew out a tire while traveling on my way down to Florida and was on a time crunch. The team there got my tire replaced and me back on the road in about 30 mins. I greatly appreciate all their help and will recommend them to anyone in the area!

Dr Tire always takes good care to ensure everything is ok with my vehicle! They take the time to explain the issue or issues at hand and answer any and all questions or concerns I have! Quick but thorough service!

My experience with dr tire was completely unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone. It makes it even worse that they essentially have a monopoly in the town of estill sc. Their prices are extremely high almost to the point of gouging. The staff is rude unknowledgeable and not somewhere your send your wife or kids. The owner doesn't have a clue about the products he sells and will not stand behind them. My experience was with a tire. They said it's not repairable just to make sure we had to come out of pocket and purchase a new tire. I then took the tire to another tire shop near my home and it was repaired and remounted for $15 it was obvious what they had done and the shady business will be the end of them. The other tire store confirmed my suspicions that not only the tire could be fixed but the real motive was to keep the literally brand new tire and repair it and sell it yet again. Words of wisdom it's worth going to another town for tires this place is full of crooks. Also it's pretty obvious when the entire town tells you they are crooks but there's no where else to go.....

If you are a trucker and stranded on I-95 from mile marker 1 thru 45 this is not a cheap option almost $840 for a used tire and 4hr wait - might be better off heading up the road to Walterboro and avoid this vendor

Every experience I have had at Dr. Tire has been great! The staff is very welcoming and the owners are extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to anyone local or out of town.

Had a flat, run flat, on the way to Hilton Head from Augusta. Though they didn t have a run flat tire in stock they did have a normal tire that worked instead, to get us to our destination, for a very reasonable cost. Very quick service too!

Megan is quite forgiving when a customer makes a mistake, and the service is quick, fair priced, I highly recommend Dr. Tire.May Richards hand heal quickly.

I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with this shop. Prices are beyond ridiculous because it's limited competition in town and the lack of experience is terrible. Found out they put water in my radiator which I never did before. I get a very bad vibe from this place and will no longer do business with a bunch of fraudulent people.

This place is a rip off. They came and picked my daughte''s car up less than 5 minutes away and charged her $75,00.They wanted to charge her $93.00 for labor to put a new battery in .Please take your cars some place else

It's a good place to go and get the tune-up tire fixed and tires line up and oil change and all that stuff I give it a four Wellman's people this day off matter fact I think the Christian people thank you

Totally got ripped off. And threaten when I questioned the bill .new post 1/16/2020I responded in email to owner.. still no response.. Such a waste of time..
