Anette and the team were amazing this morning! They are extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. I really appreciate them putting my new car battery in and getting me back on the road in a timely manner.

Somewhat understaffed. Had to wait a little bit before was able to buy my part. Other than that store is well layed out and has mostly what every do-it-yourself mechanic would need. Convenient location, plenty of parking, decent prices.

Not a very welcoming store. Also selection is minimal compared to other parts store with 2-5 miles and most products are about $5.00 more than the other stores.

Went there and worker was acting as if she didn t wanna help me . Please understand that most women don t know what there doing when it comes to cars and it s already frustrating to even have to go in the store ; don t make it s harder for us thank you

Ordered online they made us wait 30 mins.My order wasn't right so they fixed it but wouldn't honor my document.When asked about the discount the young lady said we couldn't get the discount because we were at the store and the order was done online. (ATTITUDE)

This store definitely has me missing the old-timers that use to know about cars. Now it's hard to find 1 employee who knows anything. Advance you can do better. Website price never matches in-store price.

Talked to a guy named Chris over the phone last week who was EXTREMELY nice, helpful and patient. Nothing better than someone taking the time to help look for what you need without rushing or sounding annoyed. Best customer service ever. Picked up my order tonight and beforehand he made sure it was in stock and had it available for me. So super nice as well in person which makes me want to drive 50 min away just for my next purchase.

The reason for my rating is due to me coming in to this location on several occasions only to see the same employees working with absolutely no help at all. This store needs to do some serious hiring. I work in retail management and you can t expect the employees that you are overworking to be efficient and provide great customer service in the working conditions they are working under right now.

I've never had a bad experience here until today... I needed to buy a starter and we have a corporate account here.Alex, the guy ringing me up, had a whole host of things to say about the other employees along with visibly being annoyed helping me.I asked if he could look up an account and he then said he was wasting his time doing so, after feeling somewhat awkward I just told him I will pay the full price as to not escalate the situation any further.Before leaving I also needed to buy a jack, I found one for $69 and I brought it to the register it was $95! When I said this is the wrong price, he said" yeah we havent changed pricing due to being busy, you do what you can do"Not wanting to argue I left but I will be contacting upper management and dealing with this from there.

We installed a new set of front doors for the store today. The manager and his associates were so friendly and helpful, not only to us, but to every customer that walked into the store. Very clean and orderly operation. Thanks, Henry D.

This location seems to have a number of great employees. I'm quite the regular here and so I definitely get to see this place and it's ups and downs a lot. Steven always is very helpful and the manager Greg also makes sure things are right. There are plenty of other employees here that I don't recall their names, but I do know that if I have a question that they will go out of their way to help. I've never had a situation that I was able to find information or better service somewhere else. I do shop elsewhere for a few of my needs as Advance simply doesn't carry or specialize in what I'm looking for. I also take my old oil here to be recycled - it's free and gets it out of my garage and not in a landfill.

I had went by this particular store because my headlight had went out on my drivers side. The employees came out looked to see what I might need bulb etc.They were courteous and installed with no problems. I will recommend them to everyone.

I went to the location on Two Notch and I was told that I could not be assisted with changing the battery because of the make and model of my car. But one man seen me struggling and offered to go above and beyond with helping me purchase and change the car battery. His name is Paul and he works at the advance auto on Two Notch closer to Elgin. Great guy. Thank you so much. This store has earned a repeat customer only because of Paul. Thank you again Paul.

They were very helpfulFrom the time I walked in .I had somebody helping me out in the storeroom.And at the counter as well there was no wire diagram on the part .they used several methods to get me the information and made sure that I understood which wire did what.I had a pretty good idea but I appreciated the fact that they went out of their way

Great products, great customer service, and good prices. If you want even a better price, shop on line and pickup on the store, I save 25% just for waiting 3 more minutes, and if a line by the time you get there your order would be on the system all ready. Save money my friends

13 yrs this has been MY TRUSTED STORE. And I've tried others. They hire experienced friendly helpful folks. Always saved me $$$. When I need a part, I would not go anywhere else. Almost bought expensive headlight assembly, was told you don't need them, shop my vehicle was in (routine maintenance) was told LAST WEEK had a headlight guru. WOW took advice Godfrey's Auto made dull Jaq light look brand new. I'd NEVER known wo Advance. They earned my business 13 YRS AGO battery from Auto zone went bad still under warranty they wouldn't make it right because I purchased in another city,?? SO back to Advanced who corrected ANOTHER stores mistake and helped me when they could have easily sold me a new battery, I didn't know wo Advance explaining battery, headlights, tons of help over the yrs. Customer for life. Highly recommend. Thank me later after you've saved big bucks, as I did. There focus seems to be on repeat business. Lucky us!!

Ordered parts were there, except one of them was wrong size. They couldn't exchange it for the right part, as they couldn't refund for additional hour until the returned item was updated in the system. I will have to go back again.

Had a headlight, fog light, and brake light that all needed to be replaced. It was 15� outside, and they still offered to change out the headlight and brake light for me! Had it done in under 10 mins. Highly recommend.
