Setting up the appointment was very easy thing to do online. I arrived 30 minutes early and they took my truck right in and got started with the service. Very nice waiting area with plenty of chairs to sit on. Then I received a text message that my truck was ready and I proceeded out to pay the bill. Very quick and easy system they have set up for themselves. The only thing that would have been better would have been a free car wash.

I just love my Toyota Highlander. And I want to give a big shout out to Eddie my salesman. He is very considered, helpful and very nice to my daughter and I. He went over the detail's and explained and then ask if I understand and do I needed to ask any questions. Thank You All For helping me in getting the car I desired.

JB was the best salesperson! He really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Once I purchased the vehicle he also took the time to explain how to use different features. I have never experienced that before when buying a vehicle. I 100% recommend asking for him if you are searching for something!

I give Toyota a 5 star experience. Particularly one of the service managers Phil. His professionalism, calm and assuring demeanor, communication skills, and knowledge are why my visit was a success. Also, a man named Glen who worked with me on price and flexibility. Both men deserve a raise.

I had a great experience working with Jennifer! Crazy thing is I found her on Facebook market, sent her a message about a car and from there on she made me feel very comfortable talking to her. Jennifer really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensured top quality! My husband and I are SO thankful to have found her and we definitely recommend her and Toyota of Easley to our families and friends!

Glen, the service manager went above and beyond getting my Toyota Tacoma fixed. I had a very serious brake issue and with his help in reaching out to Toyota, was able to get the issue resolved. I know that it cost time and money to go through my brake system and they left no stone unturned. Thank you so much for all your help in getting this resolved. Great Job!! Also, did not ever want to leave out the service team. They kept me informed and were extremely helpful in this long process. Christine, you were amazing to work with!!. She is excellent at her job!! informative, helpful, courteous and cheerful. I know now where all my service work will be done!!

We just purchased a pre owned 2022 Toyota Sienna from Toyota Easley and had a great experience! George was so helpful from the get go when we called in inquiring about the car and sent us all the information so quickly. When we arrived, Don was there to help us test drive the car. Even though it was late and approaching closing time, he was more than happy to help us complete our purchase that evening and get everything sorted! We are more than satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend Toyota of Easley! The staff Don and George were so communicative, helpful, and friendly!

I just want to say I absolutely LOVE my jeep Renegade!!! Bought it this past Wednesday and I'm in love with it already!!! TAll of the people I met through my journey of a new car was friendly, and helped me along the way!! So far this has been a great experience buying my first nice car!!! Christine at the desk was really nice and super informative! I got my 2013 Corolla checked up on but upon driving home with someone following me I found out a tail light was out which they had not mentioned in the paperwork I received. Everyone was super nice at the dealership though like Adam from sales showing us cars on the lot + answering our questions on an upgrade for my moms car, and the gentleman inside the parts and services waiting room at the desk. (I didn t get a name).

Toyota Of Easley does an awesome job. I have purchased four vehicles from them in the last year. Jennifer (Sales person) and Rich (Sales Manager) go above and beyond to make sure the process is seamless. Every step of the buying process is great and the Toyota Of Easley team does an outstanding from Start to finish. I highly recommend Toyota Of Easley not only verses their competition (Ford, Chevy, Dodge) but also any other Toyota Dealership in the Upstate of SC! I had recently gotten maintenance done on my Camry and I had an amazing experience at Toyota of Easley. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone, it took about an hour, and everyone was super helpful on sight! I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, and he is simply a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable. They even fixed minor damages in my interior free of charge and without a request. If you ever need maintenance on your Toyota, they ve got you covered.

I took our Highlander in for routine service. The work was done in a timely matter. A written report was provided with recommendations for additional service without pressure to complete if I did not want to. Jacinda was particularly helpful, answering a couple of questions I had. Overall, I have experienced excellent service over the last several years.

I bought a used 2023 Rav4 from here. My experience was great. Richard Freeman was the main salesman and he was wonderful. We test drove quite a few vehicles and he was quick with the info and very informative about each one. He is down to earth and not pushy or condescending at all. He really does go above and beyond to make sure any questions you have are answered and explains the process very thoroughly. He also called after the sale to thank us for buying from Toyota of Easley. Scott Ferguson is also very good too. They were both very prompt with answering a phone call or calling back quickly if they missed a call. The car was priced well for the current market.

I highly recommend Scott Ferguson if you are looking for a Certified Toyota or other used vehicle. He was really good at follow up, worked to get the deal we wanted and got us a very competitive trade in price on a 2020 Honda Civic. The entire staff was friendly and really listened well and worked to meet our needs.

Excellent experience. Jennifer was fantastic. Honest, caring, straight forward. Made the entire experience EASY!!! This is the only dealership we ve been to where everyone is transparent and you don t feel like you re being lied to or that you re needing to haggle. It s a clear cut process. They gave us the best deal in town, and were not pushy in the slightest. Jennifer called and messaged throughout the whole process, never pushed us in one direction or the other, and was honestly the nicest car salesperson we ve ever met. Others at the dealership kept us posted on the status of our car. They re a breath of fresh air. We will go back here in the future for our vehicle purchases. I highly recommend them.

I was a little disappointed with the service I got. They were running a spring special that included an oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off and fuel additive. I have a Jeep but didn't think anything of it . I didn't receive the tire rotation because they told me they couldn't get my lug nuts off and they didn't put any coolant in my car because they didn't have coolant for Jeep. I think if they can't service Jeeps they shouldn't take them in. I wasn't offered a discount for the services they didn't do. I had to take my Jeep to a Chrysler dealership to finish my service. So that discount really ended up costing me more. I really don't think you should take your non Toyota car there for service. Very nice staff.

I have great customer experience from Toyota of Easley. I was in search of Toyota Sienna. It was tough time for me to get a Sienna in multiple states. Most dealerships want me to wait for 4-6 months and these dealerships offer the Sienna with high markup price . Finally, i was lucky to meet and speak with Jennifer. She clearly described that i have to wait for 5 to 6 month and the out to door price that she offer for Sienna was the best deal for me. Luckily i was able to receive a sienna within 4 months with the exact amounts she mentioned to me. She really offer me the best price available at that time. Me and my wife really appreicate her customer services since she was always engaged and enthusiastic. Thank you Jennifer !

Best car buying experience ever!! We found our van online and there were no pictures so my husband called and spoke with Jennifer who said she would send pictures! Sure enough, she sent us a video with lots of detail so he didn t have to drive out to take a look! She thought maybe he should come in and start the paperwork because I was working. She was so welcoming and kind, our daughter was with him and she made her feel comfortable even though she is shy! He came home for a few hours and we went back after I got off of work and we spoke with Jennifer again! She is sooo sweet and helpful! Once financing was figured out (no haggling by the way - super easy, the man was very nice and upbeat, as was the rest of the staff), she made sure to put our tag on and take pictures! I 1000% recommend this dealership and especially Jennifer! I knew her for a whole 3 hours and she felt like family by the time we left!

It is nice to have a dealership that doesn't mark up there vehicles above MSRP as other do just because there is a limited quantity. I have purchased 2 cars from Toyota of Easley. Everyone is nice, professional, making it a relaxing environment. Adam was my sales person both times and is awesome! The rest of the sales team I encountered was just as helpful and ready to answer any questions.Great job Toyota of Easley!

We had a great experience at this dealership, and I highly recommend them. They were very professional with no high pressure. Corey was the first person we met and we liked him so much that we went back there rather than the closer dealership. He referred us to Eddy who was equally as nice and met us at our car with umbrellas because of the rain. Isaac was great too and did his job well with presenting the paperwork. Whether buying new or used I suggest checking them out first.

The service is great and so are the employees; they are always courteous with their set intentions and focus on serving the customer with quality, integrity, and a smile! This was my first encounter with advisor Phil Scheindlinger, and it was a very pleasurable experience!!! He made sure he understood what service I needed, and that applicable discounts were applied. It was service with a smile!!!
