Bob and his staff were very professional and did exactly what I asked for and I trusted they're knowledge and recommendation. They didn't try "rack up or tack on" additional jobs which is very common in auto repair industry, as per my experience. I definitely will recommend this auto repair shop.

Went for new tires. Scheduled an appointment for 10. They asked if I could come in sooner and I did got there about 9:30. Didn't get out till almost lunch time. That's ridiculous!

Always professional, efficient and cost comparable. My cars have been in the shop for various things including warranty work. I have zero complaints with this garage.

These guys Fantastic! Honesty, respect, knowledgeable.When you talk to these Mechanics they listen to what you say, treat you with respect and fix your car, at a fair and honest price. Best of all they stand behind their work. My family brings their cars to Roots, I bring my cars to Roots, you should bring your cars to Roots.

This place is the best, so kind, patient, and willing to help out!! They have worked on my Betty, a 1985 Honda accord, countless times, and she has come back as good as can be every time!!! she may be on her last legs, but they have helped me out so many times when in trouble. special shoutout to literally every employee, especially ryan and bob, as i know betty can be difficult!! Best car place, especially for older cars. I recommend this place to anyone!!! Very very helpful, knowledgeable, and on top of that the prices are honest and reasonable. This is long but i love this place.

On many occasions they went above and beyond for me and as a customer and it means a lot to me to know that I can take my vehicle somewhere that I can trust. And I have to say I been using this company for more than 5 years. With more than one vehicle .In one instance their mechanic pointed out a transmission problem and didn't charge a dime to do it.Go here for your repairs.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics, fair pricing, timely service. They're exactly what you want in a mechanic for your vehicles. And they don't try to sell you on stuff just becasue you're at a certain mileage level. I highly recommend Roots.

This shop is on top of it, very efficient. Their prices are very reasonable, I refer all my friends here, my family has been using them for years. They get you in quickly, call with an estimate very soon soon you drop the car off, and they call as soon as its ready, usually before I expect it to be ready. Never had any issues with any repairs/maintenance they ve done.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! They fixed my beater of a car for a more than fair price and were incredibly friendly and explained everything they did. Local and worth the money

Great service! Quick and efficient! I had a nail in my brand new tire and needed it patched up without replacing it and called Root's. He said I could come on by (it was about an hour before they were closing) and they had me finished up within 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

I would give them a 10 if I could. They have helped me whenever I have called. I feel it is hard to do business over the phone, but they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and have done a great job taking care of granddaughters vehicle for me. Thank you so very much Roots!!

These guys really seem like they hate their life. No smiles. No friendliness... zero feel of wanting your business or to help you with your vehicle and zero care to ask what you've noticed with your vehicle to help you feel confident that you will get to the root of the problem. The look on everyone's face i encountered was enough to turn me away. I'm unsure why I experienced this as they were recommended by another local tire shop that is excellent. I can't comment on their work because I didn't want to give them my money based on their attitude.

SINGLE WOMEN-this is a safe place to go. They won't sell you parts/work that you don't need. The pricing is fair and very reasonable. And, all the staff I've had the privilege of meeting were well mannered and respectful.

I love this place. They go out of there way to help a single mom. They are very friendly and try to find the problem. They have good prices and they have NEVER cheated me in all the years I ve been going there. I trust them completely and just want to say Thank You!!

Roots treated me with great service, didn't play any games with me. Was truthful on what I needed to be done on my Jeep, very satisfying service. Bob and Scott are very friendly, highly recommend for any service you need!

Bob Root has been the guy I turn to for years when it comes to our van or truck. We first found him when we had a quote for work that needed to be done from our dealership. The price they wanted was over a $1,000 and their service had not been the best. My wife called around and found Roots Tire and Auto could do the work for half the dealership cost. The service was fantastic and there were no hidden costs in the price. Bob is as honest as they come. I just drop my car off and tell him to do what he thinks needs to be done. I have total trust in him and he has always exceeded my expectations and usually the price is less than he quoted me but never more.

Great place, friendly people, and great service at a reasonable price! And in a VERY timely manner! Didn't even have an appointment, and they took care of my Van as soon as they could get the parts. Very knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. Very trustworthy. Women can take their vehicles to Roots and not have to worry about being cheated or sold parts or services they do not need.
